We hired EnviroCore to come out and test for asbestos in our basement floor. We were in the middle of getting new carpet installed when the installers were concerned and stopped work until we got a test and it came back negative. I called and John was able to come out in a matter of a couple hours. He was very friendly and was knowledgable as he explained everything to my wife and I. We rushed the lab results and got the results back later that evening. -No asbestos! We were thrilled and called back the carpet people to resume installation. In short, these guys helped us out of a jam in a matter of hours, and were extremely friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

I had an unfortunate flooding in my basement which led to the discovery of possible asbestos. Chad was the one who took the phone and Nick showed up the next day. You can just tell he is very experienced with this stuff. He gave me a lot of information regarding this hazardous material and took the samples with him to conduct proper testing. The test results have proved that our suspicion was correct. I have no choice but to remedy and remove such hazardous materials from my house. Nick also helped me to locate the proper companies to do this type of job. The price is very reasonable, especially you have an expert who has done this for decades. You cant go wrong with them if you need a proper testing done for your house.

John walked me through every step of the testing process and answered every question I had. I felt a bit bad as Im sure my appointment ran longer than it should have. He was transparent on what needed testing and what didnt which saved us some money in the end as we had to get over 30 samples. The report we received was thorough and he was kind enough to get on a call and take me through the report. We got results in 48 hours which some companies do not offer unless you want to pay an upcharge.

Enviocore (and specifically Chad) were incredibly helpful in our home buying process. First off, even though they are located out of Denver, Chad was willing to make the trip down to Colorado Springs to do asbestos and mold testing. He was the only person I found to do residential asbestos testing in Colorado Springs, despite the fact that his company is located out of Denver.I cannot stress enough the value of doing asbestos (if your are ever planning on making changes to the house) and mold testing, and Enviocore does both. The first house we were under contract for, Chad found both asbestos and mold, and it literally saved us 10s of thousands of dollars in future problems. My wife is very sensitive to allergens, so based on our test results we would have found the place unlivable, even though you couldnt tell just being in the place for a few hours.Our second place, we found mold that pointed us to a leaky roof that even a master roofer didnt find. The sellers ended up fixing the problem based on the mold report, and we again saved thousands in future problems based on a simple test.In addition to the normal services that Enviocore offers, Chad is super knowledgeable with both asbestos and mold. For example, new homes can be built with asbestos containing material due to NAFTA. He also knew a lot about mold, like how the life cycle of mold shows that with a stachybotrys type of mold, the home has been subject to regular exposure of water over time, and not just one small leak or something that is part of the outside environment. Its very helpful when you are trying to diagnose what a problem is based on the results.Chad was super responsive via phone, text, or e-mail, and we received our results quickly. Strongly recommended for mold and asbestos testing in the Denver Metro / Colorado Springs or anything between area.

We contacted Chad in February to test for asbestos and lead for a remodeling project in our 1950s home. He was able to schedule an appointment quickly, was very professional, and patiently answered all of our questions (we had a lot) while he was collecting samples. He took the samples to the lab and emailed us the results the next day. A few days later, we had a fully detailed report with pictures and lab results that we gave to our contractor to help plan the remodel. If we decide to remodel any other parts of our home, we would definitely call Chad to come back out and test more areas.

I recommend working with envioCore for asbestos testing. I had a quick response to my initial request by Chad and then had to opportunity to work with Nick on the testing. I am new to having to have this type of work done, so having an experienced individual like Nick was a really nice to have. I did the walkthrough of the house with him and he thoroughly explained why/what he was doing in order to make it safe for us to live in. Also, he is experienced in what testing needs to occur to ensure we wouldn’t be having issues down the line acquiring city and state permits. Unfortunately, our place came back with levels above the allowable threshold. But, good for us that Nick was available for a quick follow up call (or two) for me to ask about the next steps of remediation and what to expect. If we find ourselves needing any testing done in the future on another project, we will for sure use envioCore again.

My 4 month old baby and myself were having a reaction to something in our house. Our doctor suggested that it may be mold. Chads writtern report confirmed that it was. It was a pleasure to work with Chad and Nick from Enviocore. I called Chad in a bit of a panic around 730pm one night because I suddenly realized I had demo-ed a small area that posed asbestos risk. I didn’t expect him to answer, but wanted to be first on the list the next day. To my surprise, he called me back right away, very apologetic that he had missed my call. He was able to get Nick onsite the very next day to assess and sample the area, and very quickly got my results back from testing. Luckily for me there was no asbestos, but either way I felt so much better that the Enviocore team was so on top of things, so easy to work with, so professional, and with such great turnaround. My panic attack turned to relief all within 24 hours. I highly recommend this team!

In January, Chad Moore collected a sample of ceiling tile from my basement to test for asbestos. I had many questions and he took the time to explain what my options would be if the tiles contained asbestos. I also had mold on part of these tiles and he thoroughly explained my options to handle that (if the ceiling was asbestos free). He said he would call the following day with the results of the test. He did call the next day, which was very much appreciated, as I was very worried.Fortunately the test indicated no asbestos. Chad was very knowledgeable, and kindly answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with I would definitely call on him again with any testing or abatement issues I might.
