I called Relion Restoration and they had a team at my house within an hour to assess damage and recommend a way forward. Rich and his team worked quickly to prevent further damage and immediately started clean up/drying out efforts. Zero stars at this point. Communication is ABYSMAL and unacceptable. Started off strong - Noehemy, Rich, Drake were kind and painted a much a different picture. Everything was going be taken care of --- but things went downhill rapidly with poor communication across the team, no single point of contact, and several frustrating mistakes made by the mitigation team.My last straw, after being as patient and forgiving as I can be, has been sinceI texted the owner of the company Rich Velasquez 3 days in a row, called and left a message the 4th day, and have called the office on the fifth day to be told hes in a meeting and will call me when hes out. Did you go out of business pal? That was over several weeks ago, with no follow ups - at this point the job has been abandoned.Its been 3+ months of hell with this company. Truly avoid hiring them if you can! They have been handling a water loss at my house, since March 23rd. For the past several weeks theyve gone radio silent. My kitchen floor is down to subfloor and my basement bathroom is gutted to the concrete. All I have been asking for is an update. Even a simple phone call to tell me its going to take a few more weeks would have been fine. They just stopped responding to me though -- not a great way to maintain a working relationship. The mitigation team also made mistakes (even almost caused a flood by not properly connecting my condensate pump back to the drain). The most ironic part is their name Relion.. more like cant Rely on! You need to keep your customers updated in a timely manner - especially when they reach out!

Relion responded to our call for help in removing water and mold damage in an upstairs closet after a roof leak. They are very professional and thorough in their bid process and were competitively priced. We hired them, and they got on the job immediately. Their containment of hazardous material was excellent. Their crew was on time and efficient. The work they did was extensive and thorough. Any questions we had were responded to immediately. The only reason we havent hired them for the rebuild is because we have contractors weve worked with for years. I highly recommend this company for any work they offer.

We had vandals break into our vacant rental property destroying the house, many windows broken and even the kitchen door to the world was gone. It was a Saturday, and Relion was able to show up within hours and board up the house.Unfortunately, the very next day....new window broken, so another call to Relion to board up the other 15 windows. My main contacts were Leah in the office, Deziree in billing and my Project Director, Gabriel, and each of them deserve more than 5 stars. The crew too. They were fast, competent and professional.Leah always answered the phone and relayed any messages in real time and made coordinating very easy. Deziree in billing listen to my bizarre request, and did some magic to save me $80. And Gabriel deserves a medal. Personal attention, and very patient. I erroneously told him that his workers missed a window to be boarded. He had a board cut, put it in his car and brought it to me personally as soon as he was off of work that night. It had been installed all along - I was looking at a different window that we had decided not to board. I am very sorry about that Gabriel! (Sorry to the crew who probably heard words too.) Pretty amazing customer service.I hope to never need Relion again, but I wont have to look for a different company if I do. Thanks guys.

Everyone was kind and helpful in the process, which was such a relief after a stressful ordeal. Mack was the talented contractor who completed the remodeling work for us and he did a fantastic job! I am so impressed with the workers in their professionalism and their compassion for what I was going through because of the water damage. Juan Rodriguez & Mike Schemmel were the main two people I worked with but every worker that was here were so respectful and did all they could to keep me as comfortable as possible. They were clear in their instructions to me when they left for the day—I was able to stay in my home while all the work was being done. And the results really are great considering the amount of water in my home that had to be removed. They were able to save my hardwood floors and most of my carpets. Now the next step of renovation.

I came home from a ski getaway to find my basement flooded again. I called Relion immediately.As soon as I talked to Mike Schemmel, he put all my concerns away very quickly. He walked me though the process and then he then showed up an hour later with his team. Some of the most professional people I have met. These guys were great. I had some significant water/mold damage to my house. Relion responded immediately to my request for an evaluation. The eval team, the water mitigation team, the mold team, the carpet replacement team were all timely in setting up appointments and fixing everything for me from the teardown of the damaged walls/carpet to the mitigation and drying out of the damaged areas to the repair. Nothing but good things to say about the company and their team. PLUS when my insurance company didnt want to pay everything needed to get the repairs done, they went to bat for me and go the rest of the needed funds!

I wish I could give Rich and Relion Restoration 6 stars, they are TOP NOTCH! I had a dishwasher leak for an unknown period of time to the point water was seeping up through our kitchen tile floor. He came highly recommended and I see why. Just a couple of weeks later, I had basement flooding and they were super responsive - showed up quickly, seemed almost as frustrated as I was about the repeated flooding but worked hard to take care of everything. I appreciated their efforts in the midst of a pretty tough situation.

After a slow roof leak I started to notice my ceiling in my living room starting to bubble. I was afraid that because it had already started to turn brown in that area there might be some type of mold growth.I called Carlos and he showed up same day! He informed me that because of the year my house was built that I could have asbestos and lead, he did some testing and it came back positive for asbestos. I was immediately grateful that he did his due diligence because I had called another contractor before calling Relion and he told me he could tell that my ceiling did not contain asbestos by the way that it looked...Carlos explained the process thoroughly, communicating every aspect of the project and finished the project ahead of schedule.Take it from me, get a company who is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Called Relion for some water mitigation in our basement as the sprinkler system had broken due to the cold weather. They sent Mike Schemmel and crew up and and Mike and his team were awesome!! Not only from the process and technical aspect of the mitigation but also the customer service and soft skills needed to translate their jargon into layman language. Mike and his crew is an example of how service professionals should respond to calls. The whole experience with Relion from the top with Rich to Mike Schemmel and his on-site team was top notch!!

We had our basement flooded from a severe rainstorm that caused rain to come in through our basement window along with mud and water covering the entire basement floor. All of our box were soaked as well as the bottom portion of the insulation. This flood came at the worst time possible as my husband was in the hospital getting a bone marrow transplant and would be coming home in the next week. I called a few other restoration companies. Relion Restoration called back right away and set up an appointment to give us an estimate for work to be done. From the beginning I met Carlos I felt confident he was the right choice. His crew were friendly and did an excellent job with the clean up. Carlos even brought in state of the art mold inspection. From the excellent work Carlos and his crew did we passed the mold inspection with flying colors. Which was very important because the Drs wouldnt let my husband come home if there was any source of mold. Relion was going to take out 2 feet of insulation and because of my husbands health he removed all insulation to insure there would not be any problems later. He was very thoughtful of my husbands needs and requirements to come home. Even though my husband wasnt able to be there Carlos included him in decisions. Carlos also said if we need anything else he would be happy to help us out in the future.We cant thank him enough for quality work and his professionalism. We will certainly use Relion in the future.

Where do I start, Erik Trujillo ought to be fired from this company! He will lie to you and take advantage of you if you dont know about the process.I had water damage to my home and shortly after found out there was asbestos that needed to be removed. I called Relion Restoration to get a quote for abatement, Erik was very flexible in getting the quote where insurance approved. However, he then flat out lied to me several times. He told me on 08/19/2019 that he would be filing a 10 day waiver to get the project started 08/26/2019 ending 08/28/2019. Which was great because I had to get the contractors and carpet guy out after him and had to have everything finished by 09/08.I paid my $500 deposit on 08/19, and Erik did not file for the permit until 08/21. Then, when I reached out to him to check in on the permit on 08/21 he said that the 08/26 start date was not looking good (little did I know he was just then filing the permit and for a different start date). When I still had not heard from him on 08/22 I called him. Erik Trujillo flat out lied to me and said our 10 day permit was rejected and he could not start the job until 09/03. I asked Erik if there was anyone I could call to resolve the issue and he told me no.Well, I am a persistent pain in the A** so I called CDPHE myself to see what I could do to get this work approved, this is when CDPHE advised me and sent me proof that Erik filed the permit requesting to start work on 09/03 but if he wanted to revise the permit they would approve. I assumed there had been some sort of miscommunication so I called Erik back and advised him of CDPHEs response, Erik then said oh wow, who did you talk to? and They said that? when I told him that I had the email communication between him and the CDPHE employee he then said oh well I dont know if we can start on 08/26 now, I think we booked upErick flat out LIED to me several different times, when he told me he filed the paperwork, when he said they would start 08/26, when he said CDPHE denied the waiver. This should be considered completely unacceptable and the company out to do something about his habitual lying.When I called Chris, Eriks manager, he was extremely professional and understanding of my anger. He made sure that I was refunded for my $500 and gave me his personal number in case I had any problems with the other company I was working with. Chris is the ONLY reason I am not filing a report with BBB and I hope the owner of the company sees that ERIK IS A LIABILITY not an asset while Chris is absolutely an asset.

My dishwasher sprang a leak while I was running errands, I came home to a puddle on my hardwood floors. I didnt think much of it, so I mopped up the water.A few days later i noticed my new hardwood floors were starting to warp and shift. I called a flooring company and they quoted me an outrageous price to replace the damaged area.After doing some research I called Relion and told them exactly what had happened. Carlos came out and explained that the damaged wood floors could be saved, they set up some equipment, it ran for a few days and when they removed the mats the hardwood floors were flat again!!Thank you to everyone at Relion Restoration!!!

So I recently experience an issue that I needed to get Relion out, I called them one morning and by noon Robert was here to look at the problem. In past cases I needed to wait several days to get a vendor out, BUT not Relion. Robert was super professional, friendly and on top of things, answering all questions I had. No doubt I will ask for him to get the job done!

I was able to get my roof replaced but didnt realize the water that had already leaked through the roof had saturated areas of my attic.I was not sure who to call, so I googled water damage and Relion popped up. Carlos came out and did a full inspection the same day.Turned out I had a mold problem due to the water damage. Carlos was able to work with my insurance company to get it all covered. I am extremely pleased with the service Relion provided!

I had a dishwasher line break while I was out of town. I called Relion late at night and was able to talk to a live person, I was then transferred to Bill who responded to my home within 30 minuets of my call. Once Bill arrived he walked me through the process of fixing the damage and made me feel like I was 100% of his priority. After helping me contact a plumber Alvero and Teresa showed up and went right to work. They constantly checked in with me to make sure I was ok and comfortable with the process. It was so comforting knowing they were all very knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation and my needs. Relion worked with my insurance company and made everything seemless. I just bought a new house and 45 days in a pipe broke and flooded my basement. Naturally I googled flood services having no clue who to call, and I got Rich. He was literally out to my house within the hour! Could not be more impressed! Rich came by multiple days along with Daniel to make sure everything was dried up, met with the adjuster and had estimates readily available to submit for review. They really made a nightmare a whole lot easier to deal with, and took care of everything! I highly reccomend Relion for what ever disaster you may need help with. Update: After I called the manager, he was very concerned about what had just happened. He was very apologetic and was very good about fixing the situation. The employee that did this no longer works for the company. 5 stars for the company for being professional and fixing the problem👍I would defintely recommend. Big thanks to Carlos, the managerI want to start out by saying I have never used this company. However today one of the drivers of this company thought it would be funny to park his truck behind my car and block me, and make me wait 15 minutes in 90 degree weather before he finally came out to his truck. He laughed, through attitude, and then acted like it was no big deal. If this is how their employees act, I suggest you NEVER use this company.

One phone call to Relion and them came out tarped off my roof met with my insurance adjuster ran dehumidifiers to prevent mold I literally made one phone call and they took care of my every need .
