I have a young child and so was very worried about my indoor air quality, but they eased my anxiety and took steps to makes sure the work space was totally sealed off and filtered. When I pointed out an additional area that wasnt part of the original estimate, they offered to deal with that as well for the original price. Id highly recommend using them!

Couldn’t be happier with the work Irwin and his crew did. Irwin was very polite and professional and his price was very competitive. I can’t overstate how amazing his crew was. They worked very fast and efficient but never cut corners. They were very friendly and surprisingly respectful of our house considering they were there to gut it. Any time they had a question they would stop to ask me, and they ended up saving a few little treasures we had overlooked when clearing the house out. We asked to add a little scope right at the last second, and Irwin quickly quoted the additional work and the team worked hard go get it in without taking any longer than they had originally quoted. The abatement passed inspection the first time and we were putting our house back together faster than I could have hoped. I would highly recommend Rockies Environmental and Demolition Services. Prompt, conscientious, and affordable. Irwen came out to our house on short notice to evaluate a project. We have an old house that had hard to remove HVAC ducts. The crew took great care to make sure that the removal of the ducts did not damage the interior drywall. We really appreciated the care that they took to prevent damage to the interior of the house. Irwen promptly responded to all of our questions and concerns.

We hired R.E.D.S. to remove zeolite insulation from the attic at our newly purchased home. Irwen and Alfredo were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Really friendly, efficient, and quality service!Im just a renter so I wasnt privy to much of the behind the scenes stuff that went into setting up with Rockies Environmental, but they were in and out in a day. Once the property management company and insurance got sorted out, they came in super quick (next day?) and did all the abatement stuff. Once that was done, the environmental testing folks gave it the go ahead and they were cleared out in less than an hour after.Really pleasant experience, I talked with Jeremy and he was super friendly and helpful. Kept me up to date about the whole process. Definitely recommend working with this company!

Highly recommend this company for your asbestos job. We had a copper pipe leak in the kitchen wall behind the cupboards. They were prompt, professional, quick and thorough once we discovered that we had asbestos in the drywall. Very friendly, easy to work with, and explained everything they were doing. After they were finished, they quickly cleaned up everything and household air tested clear.

They do a great job get her done, and have flexible prices and will work with you. I would highly recommend them, also very nice people.

R.E.D.S did an amazing job abating the asbestos found in the joint compound located in our hallway and basement due to encountering water damage from our swamp cooler. The techs were extremely professional and very accommodating to our hectic schedule. They completed the job in an extremely timely manner and also did a fantastic job with the clean up afterwards. Working with Irwen and Rockies Environmental & Demo Services was a very good experience. When we found our home had asbestos it was a terrible feeling. We wanted to do a major renovation but needed help getting rid of the asbestos as soon as possible. I highly recommend Rockies Environmental for asbestos removal, on Dec 29th the main sewer drain for Aurora backed up causing my entire basement to flood 1100 sq ft. During the drying process the floor tile and drywall tested hot for asbestos. To make a long story short Rockies Environmental came to my home on Saturday Feb 23rd to remove all floor tile and do 2 feet flood cuts on all the dry wall. Jeremy and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable, they prepare my home for the job with great care. When going downstairs upon completion of the asbestos removal I was impressed!! My basement was very clean and the flood cuts to the drywall was straight as a line. The air quality was tested and passed before any equipment was removed. I highly recommend this company and the pricing was reasonable. Thanks to Jeremy and his team Im on my way to getting my basement back in order!

After a lot of hurry up and wait from other people, Rockies Environmental came in and in ONE DAY completed a project and completed it well. If you need to get asbestos removed fast and done right, these guys are it.Irwen and Alfredo came out for a site visit for an estimate and they were able to put a team and get started the NEXT DAY. Jeremy and Ibriham supervised the project successfully through the end. Any slight dissatisfaction I had (minor stuff), they were happy to take care of them.In the end, my popcorn ceiling (asbestos) was removed, the air clearance report came out less than state minimum, and they were very professional and eager to please their customer through out the process. I will use them again in my future asbestos removal projects.
