Called to get more information about various permits, laws, renovations because the City of Denver, and Colorado/government is very vague and not descriptive. I got the information I needed and was told that I didnt need to test. Meanwhile another group I called insisted no matter what I had to test (of course they want me to right? $$). I think it is a truly honest and great business practice when a company and worker can say their service is not needed therefore I will hands down work with Colorado Asbestos Inspections in the future if I need too.

Jim was very responsive and got to our house within a week to do the testing. We have received asbestos reports from 2 different companies over the last 4 years and Colorado Asbestos was hands down the easiest report to understand. This meant we could ensure the abatement company was pricing out and removing the correct material. He also did a great job of explaining to us what the results meant without over charging us. This is the only company we will use in the future when it comes to asbestos.
