I have used StinkInc before. As a Realtor, strong odors are really a problem in home sales. This time the put a membrane on a dirt are in the basement and deodorized the area in the kitchen, after the mice problem was remedied.

I had pleasure of engaging Stink Inc. for a basement/crawlspace restoration work. I said it was a pleasure because I had a completely out-of-the-ordinary experience for me working with a contractor. They did a thoroughly professional job. They knew what they were doing. But more importantly, they are honest - a rare trait when it comes to working with contractors. Stink, Inc. is not just a catchy name but it is, also, a company run by a genuinely cerebral man who has notably educated his personnel. This is the second time in 5 years that I have had to call for their remediation services and have help assist in squashing my Murphy’s Law-like life. Most recently, and the second time this has happened, Stink, Inc. came to the rescue to remediate a skunk stench when a skunk spray right outside my HVAC fresh air intakes and flood my entire house by means of me furnace and ducting. I laugh as I write this review but during the amplitude of emotions during consistently smelling the odor, Stink, Inc. was the only answer to killing the smell. Kyle, Bob’s on-site gentleman, came immediately, bombed the house with a deodorizer as I evacuated my family, and left giving me an assured confidence that my family can return. Put it to all you readers this way, I’m a rural living, construction superintendent who rarely calls anyone for help for I, typically, am able to conquer issues myself. If something like this is to happen again, heaven forbid, Stink, Inc. is the only answer for me. I know this is a lengthy review but the aforementioned is a modest conveyance of how appreciative and impressed I am. Thank you Stink, Inc.

I was absolutely certain that my noxious fumes problem was some sort of combustion byproduct like car exhaust. Bob recommended that I call Xcel and get them to do a gas leak check. They did find two problems! So Bob talked himself out of work, but saved me a lot of time and effort. Thanks, Bob!

Bob has helped us out on two occasions and assisted in helping determine causes of smell, detection, and solutions to get rid of annoying smells in our home!
