Really a great place to go to pick up parts. They offer refreshments and food for visitors which is a great gesture. The only reason I did not rate 5 star was the process they require to return any products. It was not a very easy one and I felt like they were not trying to help me out. Other than that I would rate it 5 stars.

Attended another great Training seminar hosted by Carrier today! Several discussions today regarding residential furnaces, residential air-conditioners, residential heat pumps and ductless mini splits. Received training on 0% interest financing, Cool Cash rebates and Xcel Energy Rebate Program. A lot of great products that we are able to give to our clients! Horrible experience the parts man insinuated I was lying about the order that I phoned in on Friday. Than he told me the part was 3 weeks backordered to I assume get rid of me. And than the part magically appeared in the warehouse. In my 30 years of dealing with Carrier this was the worst experience.
Weβve used different distributors for equipment in the past. Once we started with carrier we no longer have issues with support for anything. Not only a great company. But a great tool for any company selling and installing HVAC equipment.

Im a professional in the industry and have had very poor experiences in regards to technical support. I recently called and was treated like Im a first year technician. Then I installed a replacement part that I was questioning its sizing capabilities and it failed. So I tried to call technical support back in witch both times I called in, I was directed to leave a message and will be called back. Its been 4 days and never heard back. Then my client Im doing the work for is a mechanical engineer and has a contact inside carrier, in engineering and was supposed to get with tech support. This was days ago. Meanwhile my customer is without cooling for days in a very hot summer. I as the contractor am going to have to do the job that I quoted for too do once now twice for no extra charge!

I had a mini split system installed, it lasted 6 months before it quite due to a mouse getting in ruined some of the wiring. Had a professional try to fix it with no luck, so I called carrier to see if they could replace it they said thereβs nothing they could do. Wonβt use them again.
Wonderful company that supports local non profits. Has great employees and a network of factory authorized Carrier and Bryant dealers who are the best in the business.

Their products are very good. Pricing keeps going up but their custom we service struggles to maintane because of constant employees turn over. Always double check your deliveries.

Selena in parts was amazing to me. I needed a part for a williams heater. She worked with me alot keeping good attitude the while time. She could not sell me the part because the company doesnt have a retail license but she did try to get a third party vendor unfortunately none of the vendors wanted to do it for me. Selena thank you.

Carrier sucks especially this location they dont know their heads from their butts if youre looking to pick up something quickly go somewhere else and God forbid you need to warranty out a part here they will screw you up one side and down the other and look for whatever reason not to warranty a part

I was disappointed that they would not work with anyone except a retailer. Also, they would not allow a retailer order the part and allow ME to pickup the part even though i offered to pay the retailer and the retailer would pay them.Normally i wouldnt have an issue with the whole residental end user is not welcome on wholesale property. However,it was today. 18 degrees 30 mph winds2 of snow.Furnace wasnt workingInside house temp was down to 56 degrees and dropping fast.And i was willing to pay and take the driving risk to save my pipes and keep my family warm.Wouldnt you think that they could break the policy on a day like that?
