Warning: do not hire Altitude if you value quality or level of service. Im not one to leave negative reviews, but I dont want anyone else to fall victim to their horrible standards. I would advise you to check Yelp or Facebook as well where Altitudes reviews are more indicative of what you get.We hired Altitude to install central AC in our house a couple of years ago. In doing so, they drilled extra holes in our exterior (ones they didnt end up using), and caused water damage on our bedroom ceiling.We found out later from another contractor (whos great), that they used wiring that was not up to code, and failed to install a drip pan in our attic (also not up to code), and that missing drip pan caused the water damage in our ceiling.After countless hours on the phone and coordinating via email, altitude did come back to bring their work up to code (I think because, however they did not fix the ceiling damage and went non-responsive on us.Do not hire these thieves. You will regret it.

RUN!! Their tech came out and installed a new AC in my house and a couple months later noticed my carpet was wet in that area. Turns out she installed the PVC pipe from the drain facing UP so the water started pouring through the furnace and ruined my carpet and baseboards. Took her 3 days to come out and she admitted complete fault saying shes so sorry and has never done this before. When I asked about fixing the damage thats been done she told me to call Doug who I have now text 3 times and called and CRICKETS!! His voicemail is also full so I cant leave a message. Terrible business. Terrible customer service. Next stop Im contacting an attorney... if youre reading this Doug I would call me and fix the damage thats been done!

AC was not working efficiently and the heat in house was so uncomfortable. I contacted them and they were extremely kind, understanding and professional. They were very helpful in first walking me through some checks at home before deciding to send a technician out and worked around my schedule to squeeze me in. I received a notification when the tech was on his way and the technician was just as professional and knowledgeable. Immediately found issue, did a thorough check, cleanup and service on my AC units. Gave some additional helpful advice. Im back in comfort again. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them to service my heat & AC again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Whatever you do, do not use Altitude for any service. We are now dealing with a very poorly and incorrectly installed evaporative cooler. The company we hired to take a second look at the horrible installation of this unit will not even work on it because they dont want to take on the liability of just how poorly installed it is.This company does not respond to our calls, they do not act professionally on the phone. A few of their service techs are nice, but this company should not receive any more business.

We couldnt be more satisfied with our experience with Altitude Comfort Heating and Air. They were quick to respond when our A/C stopped working and sent Amanda to help us out the next day. Needless to say, she was amazing. She quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get parts and then had everything working in less than 2 hours. She also cleaned out the outdoor unit for us which was causing problems as well. I cant say enough how professional, knowledgeable and polite she was. It was a pleasure meeting her and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. We will definitely use them again in the future with all of our HVAC needs.

We had our refrigerator stop working late In the evening. They were able to get us scheduled and come out first thing in the morning. We got a text when they were on their way. The technician explained what and why he was doing things and the service was very reasonably priced. We will be using them for future repairs!Very knowledgeable and professional. He was efficient and prompt. Fixed my fridge in a short time and saved me money as I was about to buy a new fridge. Will use Fuse again.

Took the technician a day and a half to complete the job and had to make multiple trips to get the correct parts. Pretty sure I paid labor for all the trips to the store, final cost was high. Extra time was also taken to get the connections to stop leaking and the supply line for swamp cooler was not run very professionally.

When my furnace went out during the coldest month of the year, I contacted numerous businesses to fix my furnace. Altitude Comfort was the first place to answer my call as well as schedule a professional to come to my house to look at my furnace. The entire experience working with them was pleasant from the nice, professional, and courteous man on the phone to the technician who came to my house, Amanda. Amanda was able to diagnose the problem and get my furnace working again. She was pleasant to work with and very professional as well. I will definitely use Altitude Comfort again when the need arises.

These guys do a great job and have excellent customer service. They are reliable and have great technicians working for them. The technician that helped us out is Amanda, she did an awesome job and was really friendly and professional. This is the first negative review Ive had to write for a company, but felt it was important to share my experience. We scheduled an appointment ~2-3 weeks out and were supposed to have someone come by the house this Tuesday between 10 AM - 12 PM. 11:45 AM rolled around with no word, so I gave them a call. I got a quick response an assurances that they would try to make it out around 3:30 PM due to some jobs taking longer than expected.No one showed, so I called on Wednesday morning. They said that they had a job run until 7:30 PM and didnt want to bother me at that hour (which I appreciated) and would be able to come around noon. I got another call around that time saying the job was running late and that it would be closer to 3 PM, but they werent positive. I appreciated the follow-up and said that wasnt a problem. 3 PM rolled around and, again, no one showed.I called this morning (Thursday) and was assured they were coming straight to our house (another late job the day prior and another time they didnt want to bother me). They said they were about 2 hours away and would be there around noon. The time came and went, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt until the end of the day. Its now 4 PM and I called to let them know we were going to take our business elsewhere, but no one answered.Im a big supporter of small, local business and gave them the opportunity, but am ultimately left disappointed. I know things are crazy right now, but a simple phone call at the start of the day or a voicemail was all I was hoping for. Im sure theyve been great nine times out of ten, but this was not one of those times. Best of luck!

Quick. Fast. Easy. Had my heater take a dump on me the day before Christmas Eve, they fit me in same day which is what I needed. Amanda, was great, she figured out what was wrong. She fixed it and even took the time to clean my entire heater. The pricing was a bit steep but Im okay with paying for expidited, professional service. I would use them again if needed.

They left the place a mess and actually installed incorrectly and caused a leak.We had it inspected and they didnt even use up to code wiring. It was tons of back and forth with them to fix the mess but in the end it leaked again. So now we have cracks and water marks on our bedroom ceiling. Ive been trying to call the owners for months to repair and they dont answer any calls or return voicemails.Luckily we found someone great to fix the unit issues, but we still cant get a hold of Altitude to fix the cosmetic damage. If anyone asks for an HVAC recommendation, I steer them far clear from Altitude and recommend you the same.

The people at Altitude Comfort were great. Doug quickly evaluated my needs and gave me an incredibly fair price on a new air conditioning system. No attempt to up sell. They worked hard to move our installation up on the schedule during extremely hot weather. The installer (Camden) was amazing and professionally installed the system with a great deal of attention to detail and left our home and furnace in actually far better conditioned. It is very hard to find a service team as good and responsive as my experience!

When I called for service first thing in the morning they said they would get back to me soon. When I didnt hear from them after a few hours, I called and they said they were still trying to fit me in. I explained that I needed to get someone out soon. The man said if they couldnt fit me in that day I was on the list for the next day. At about 4PM they left me a message that they were still trying to fit me in. I never heard from them again! I waited a full day for them when I could have scheduled service with someone else.

Our heating unit was not working properly. Amanda from Altitude came out to our home and fixed the problem in no time at all. Amanda was very professional and courteous she knows her profession and explained what the problem was and fixed it. Our heating unit is running like new again. Kudos to Amanda and Altitude for sending her out to us right away.

The Altitude team was amazing to work with. Doug was so helpful and friendly and the install team did an excellent job. After getting 4 quotes, we went with this company because it was so affordable but are so relieved we picked them because we had an amazing experience and were finally able to have a decent night sleep. Update 2021:. Made me feel important. Talked about having a rattling noise and they got me on the schedule today!UPDATE with Cam:He came out a day early!! In the evening as the sun was setting. He thought we needed a recharge but instead found the valve that was causing the problem, essentially blocking the cooled air from coming in the house. IT WAS THE SIZE OF A pen point! seriously!! And he fixed it nearly in the dark.Well choose this company when we replace our unit, definitely!July 2020: talked with Joel to get another price on having a technician come out and check why our A/C couldnt keep up with the heat. A place was coming out for $169 to do a 12 point inspection but no actual cleaning or advising. Joel had me test out my A/C for the entire day until I called to follow up with what the A/C was up to by noon the following day. He advised me on how to better run my A/C and saved me an expensive waste of a 12 point inspection. Turns out opening windows at night makes it harder for the A/C the following day!! Who knew!?

We are very grateful to Altitude Heating and Air for fixing our evaporative cooling system. On the hottest days of the year, weve never been cooler. Weve lived in our home for 7 years and this is the most comfortable weve felt during the summer months. The customer service was especially exceptional. We felt cared for and appreciate that level of service.

Chris was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to help my family get our furnace running. I didn’t realize that (1) I had a second furnace up in the crawl space (2) that it was ridiculously difficult to access (3) that is was malfunctioning!! It took a few below zero days to make me realize that I had a real problem. Fortunately I found Chris. His professionalism and expertise were evident the moment he arrived. He quickly maneuvered his way into the crawl space and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part that we needed and his follow through was stellar. Cant thank and recommend Chris enough!!

Every person Ive ever spoken to at Altitude is so nice. Theyve always been so helpful. Camden fixed my AC last year and he just installed my new furnace. My daughter recommended them to me because they did such a great job for her and her husband. You can tell by the way they treat their customers that they really are good people.

My heat quit working and i called altitude.. they had a tech out within 2 hours of my call. Mike came and diagnosed my system very quick and had it running PERFECT after fixing the issue. And at a very reasonable price. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is the first negative review of a company I have ever written, but feel like my experience needs to be shared. I had an appointment set with Altitude from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for a furnace that broke in the middle of a stretch of sub-freezing days. With an infant at home, I was happy to have their services at hand. By 1:00 pm, no one had showed, so I called and left a message. Finally at 2:00 pm they responded, saying their phone system had been down and they couldnt reach one of their technicians, but they would send another one my way, promising to call back in just a few minutes. 15 minutes passed and no call. I called them back and no one picked up. Another 15 minutes and the same thing, then another 15 minutes and the same again.It was nearing 3:00 pm when I realized they had abandoned me and that I had wasted a day of leave from work with nothing to show but a broken furnace and a house that was going to be too cold for our family. Still I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but when 5:00 pm rolled around with no word, I called to let them know I was respectfully frustrated and gave them the opportunity to reach out to at least calm the waters. They didnt. To think that they had such little respect for the basic needs of a client tells me everything I need to know and I would advise anyone to find a different company.

Our furnace stopped working last night, and I called Altitude Comfort literally 3 minutes before they closed. They were still able to send someone to our house - and I cant thank Chris enough for coming out at the end of a long day. He took care of everything within an hour or so, and we didnt have to go buy space heaters to get through the night. I really appreciate the customer service. Chris clearly cares about his customers, and it shows in the way he does his job.

I called this morning for an appointment to repair my broken A/C, and they sent one of their senior technicians, Isaac, within a few hours. Isaac walked me through the diagnostics, explained what parts I needed, and had the parts on his truck ready to install. He showed me the pricing and worked efficiently to replace the parts I needed. He checked both air filters for me and replaced them. He advised me about regular maintenance to keep my equipment running smoothly. The prices were better than the previous quote I had received from another local A/C repair company. I will definitely recommend Altitude and Isaac to my neighbors and friends! Thank you again.

Paid $300 for them to inspect my Hvac system and my ac didn’t even work! I’m very curious what they actually did when they were here. I really think they did absolutely nothing, checked some boxes on a form, charged me, then left. I ended up having to pay another company almost $1000 to fix my ac. Thanks for nothing!! And good luck trying to call them they never pick up their phones. Stay away this company will scam you!!

They got 95% of their job done and we paid them, with promise theyd come back out to finish up the following week. Weve been trying for 4 weeks to get them back out and now they dont even have the courtesy/professionalism/decency to return our phone calls.Two stars is based on a very good installation, combined with perhaps the worst post-sales customer service Ive ever experienced.

At the end of October, our heat stopped working. Called a few places, and only Altitude was available to troubleshoot. The tech, Mike, came to our home and quickly discovered that the thermostat was malfunctioning. Before all of this happened, we had planned on replacing it, so he got the heat working with a temporary thermostat, without trying to up sell us. Really appreciate the communication, honesty, and efficiency. Reasonably priced after hours emergency visit. Thanks

I was scheduled immediately for repair service for my A/C unit. When technician came out he was on time knowledgeable and very organized. Horrible company. Had a service call out to Altitude the end of October. Their Technician got the heat working but left to“ find a part. ”9 weeks later, after multiple unanswered calls... the heat stopped working again. I called Altitude hoping they would make good on their poor initial service. Instead they left my family and in the cold over New Years.l after promising g to come rectify the problem.When I had a reputable service company come inspect the furnace two days ago they found multiple Issues.Some examples: Flame sensor taped in place. Multiple safety switches taken down. Material crammed in the Exhaust and Intake pipes to limit air flow. Paneling left open and furnace filter removed and not replaced.All serious fire and safety hazards that put my home and family in danger.Of course they refuse to answer or return my calls. I plan to take legal recourse. Check the BBB Rating. Beware.

We failed to check Yelp and the BBB and relied on the stellar Google Reviews when doing our research - do not be fooled as we were.We received several quotes to have HVAC installed in our home June 2019. Altitude Comfort Heating and Air visited our home, seemed professional, and gave us a reasonable price in comparison to other companies we had vetted out. When it came time to do the job, scheduling was unorganized and when the two technicians arrived, they seemed highly unprofessional.The job took ALL day, and technicians were in and out of the home, leaving for 30 minutes to an hour at a time and coming back. This seemed odd.When the job was finally completed, seemingly properly, we were just happy to have cool air. A day or two after installation we noticed zero cold air blowing into one of our main bedrooms. My partner crawled into the crawlspace and discovered the tubing was not connected at all.Fast forward a few weeks, and cool air stopped blowing completely. Someone eventually came out to repair, but scheduling was a nightmare. They never answered their phones and were unreliable, not showing up at times they have promised. This went on for days.When the HVAC went down again a month or two later we decided to hire another company to check out the system, as we were unable to get in touch with Altitude and it was HOT. The new technician informed us that the installation was not to code and had been installed completely wrong. It was at this point we found out that Altitude had not even pulled a permit with the city.We let it go for a few months and it was eventually winter. We are now dealing with the same issues we did last summer and decided to get two more opinions. Weve since found out that our furnace was completely incompatible with the HVAC system installed, and Altitude did us a complete disservice by installing and failing to mention. The installation was also a whack job, with parts installed sideways, etc. The other technicians laughed out loud.This company is NOT BBB Accredited as they claim to be (they have an F rating). Their warranty and 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke. Bottom line: do not hire this company if you do not want to work with crooks.

Altitude installed an A/C unit at my property 12 months ago. The installation went great and the team was VERY professional.But that all changed when I needed a tech to come look at my A/C unit when I was having some issues this spring. I am shocked at how bad their customer service has been!First, I tried calling multiple times over multiple days and received a “this voicemail box is full” after no one answered. Although frustrating, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they had phone issues. After several more calls, I finally reached a real person (pretty sure it was Doug?). He was very helpful and apologetic and said he would get a tech out ASAP.Perfect! I was ready to look past the communication issues and give altitude a 5-star rating. I left work early to meet the tech, but the tech never showed! I called altitude back, but guess what? No answer. I called back 15 minutes later, no response. I left a voicemail and even sent them an email, no response! I repeated this for several days with no response.So here I am, 4 weeks after my first call to altitude and no tech has made it over to my house. I honestly cannot believe this company has such bad customer service. I had a great experience with them on the installation side, but they have dropped the ball in a HUGE way on the service side.I recommended Altitude to friends and family (several of which had them do their install). I now regret this decision and wish I hadn’t given them such a glowing review.I hope this review makes you second guess going with this company!!

Will not return phone calls for a faulty air conditioning they installed. My wife and I have both repeatedly called and have both been told they would be here next. Next day comes around no one shows up and no one answers the phone.

Reached out to install a new AC, humidifier (And possibly new furnace) but reps did not show up for two scheduled appointments (had to call the office each time to ask where people were) and then never followed through on the opportunity for a third appointment. It’s fully understandable that schedules get messed up, but that much disorganization could signal what service might look like in the future.

We had our swamp cooler serviced last week - Chris was so polite, helpful, and fast! Where do I start? These guys are amazing. I have been in my current home for 3 summers now. And after talking to my neighbors they told me the past owner refilled the system with refrigerant for the last 5 years before I moved in. I called Mike (he is the best Hvac guy I have ever worked with), and instead of just charging the system he looked into what the issue was. He fixed the problem for $300 and my unit is running great. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Very reasonable pricing but I would pay double for their service.

We just had our furnace and air ducks cleaned by Brent S. Not only was Brent on time, he was incredibly polite and thorough. We have cats in our house that try to get out the door anytime it’s opened, and Brent was very respectful of our cats. He even took time to say hi to the cats and gave them a little love. 😺👍. So nice.The day after Brent cleaned our furnace, we had another furnace contractor in the house for a house warranty issue, and when he looked in the furnace, he commented on how nice clean it was.I really appreciate companies that send out quality people to our homes.For a lady, it’s nice to feel safe and not creeped out.Next time our furnace needs to be cleaned, checked or repaired, I will request Brent, he was awesome!Thank you,Leslie M

Everyone at Altitude Comfort was a pleasure to work with. From the initial phone call to schedule a quoting visit to the last moment the install techs walked out my door they were focused on providing a great experience. One particular point that was pleasing was then they discovered the equipment they were planning on using for my AC install would not fit into my crawl space opening. The solutions were to cut into my floor and expand the opening or find a part that would fit. Doug from Altitude spent at least half a day calling his distributors looking for a part that would fit so they didnt have to cut through my floor, and kept me updated every step of the way. Once the part was located, they had it shipped out right away and rescheduled my install for the very next day after the part arrived. The actual installation was completed by Ryan who was fantastic. He was polite, professional, and knocked out the AC install in no time at all. He even took the extra initiative to do some repairs to my ducting and furnace at no extra cost. He went above and beyond in every way. Not to mention he left his work space cleaner than how it was when he showed up. Im very impressed all the way around with Altitudes customer service, and their price was the best in town by a wide margin. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating or cooling work. I needed my furnace repaired and a friend of mine at work recommended I call Altitude Comfort first. So glad I did as it became obvious pretty quickly why they have so many great reviews.I called at almost 11pm and a real person answered the phone. Robin was very cheerful even tho it was late, and she scheduled an appointment for me early in the morning. Jose was my technician and he is amazing! He really put me at ease and it turned out to be a pretty minor repair. Very grateful to have found a heating and air company I can be totally comfortable with. Very very happy with the service I received!!!

Two people showed up at a service call that I placed today. I had no idea what their names were as I was not told prior to them showing up. The actual technician who performed the work didnt say one word to me. They replaced my igniter in about 10 minutes, which was quick, about the only good thing. Bill came out to $500 for 10 minutes of work. Beyond dissatisfied.

Im very disappointed in this company. I bought a new AC and Furnace from them directly a few years ago. They both came with a warranty. Now my heat is out and they wont even return my phone calls. I have left several voicemails at this point. I would not recommend them. Very poor customer service.

Another company told us we needed a new motor that cost over $2,000. I called Altitude, and their technician said we didnt need a new motor at all. A drain pump had just gotten clogged up, and the repair only cost $189. Glad we found an honest company. Highly recommend these folks.

Parker was great! He had my furnace repaired quickly so I didnt miss too much work, and the cost was very fair. Not cheap, but definitely fair.

Recently had our homes AC go out and contacted Altitude Comfort heating and Air to do the repair. Everyone was extremely helpful and they did such a fantastic job. I would recommend the company to all my family & friends!!

Doug was great! He was very professional and walked me through the whole process step by step. He checked everything before suggesting a whole new motor and thankfully he did! He saved us a lot of money by finding the real problem and checking the system under different settings. By time he left our house and nice and cool again which was great because back in June we were on the verge of 90+ degree weather!

I had a great experience with Altitude! After calling several companies, Altitude was the only company that could come out within 24 hours. When we scheduled, I was given a time, 9 am, not a window. The serviceman showed up promptly as scheduled and was friendly and communicative. He did some experimenting to determine if the issue could be fixed, rather than the unit being replaced. I appreciated trying to do the lower cost fix first. In the end, he could not fix the issue and had to replace the AC unit. To accomplish this, he and two others who joined him, worked until 9 pm to finish the job. I love this attitude of work until it is done! In the meantime, headquarters was communicating with me as well about needed info like pricing. This companies replacement cost was considerably lower than another company quoted me. Overall, the service was great and our house is pleasantly cooled.

From the initial phone call to the actual technician service I would give an A+. Dave Y. Who was our tech was absolutely amazing! He reassured us and made us feel comfortable. Offered us several payment options and was very helpful. When we called, the man that answered was very helpful and understanding (wish I remembered his name). Our heater went out and it was beginning to snow. Our house was so cold we had to bundle up our 3 year old. The gentleman I spoke to said he would put us as a priority (which I was truly grateful for) and Dave was here in no time at all. I would highly recommend Altitude Comfort Heating and Air!

She scheduled a time for the same day, which was great because my heater was broken and my house was cold!Michael, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time and got to work. He had an apprentice with him and both of them were courteous and professional.Altitude Comfort Heating and Air got my heater fixed quickly at the price promised, in a very reasonable amount of time. They also stuck around to make sure the house actually warmed up, and fixed some wiring issues with my thermostat.I have had a history of hiring incredibly $hitty contractors in Denver, but was amazed and impressed with Altitude Comfort Heating and Air from beginning to end.When I replace my furnace in a couple of years, you bet Altitude Comfort Heating and Air will get my business.

Late Saturday morning my renter informed me the furnace would not kick on. I immediately called Altitude Comfort Heating and Air, and the professional sounding gentleman who fielded my phone call let me know they were more or less overbooked with A/C calls because of a warm-up in weather the week prior, but hed try to figure something out. He called back within 10 minutes (as promised) and informed me he could get someone to my rental but it would be later than I hoped for. He completely understood my need to attempt to get another company out to the house sooner.Another local HVAC company was able to make it to the house quickly and diagnosed the problem, but said because it was Saturday hed need to have the warehouse opened up to get the part, which alone would cost over $200. He went on to say the furnace looked like it was 15+ years old, probably a 1990s model, and suggested I work with a sales person to look into getting a new one. I immediately lost any trust for this company knowing I had the furnace replaced roughly 10 years ago.At this point I politely paid for the service call and chose not to have the work done, then immediately called back Altitude Comfort Heating and Air. After explaining the scenario and my desire to get a second opinion, they were still able to get a Service Pro out to my rental that evening. The professionals at Altitude diagnosed the problem identically as the first company, but they had the part in their van and had my renter warm within an hour of showing up! They also followed up later with a phone call to let me know they had looked up the information on my furnace and confirmed it was a 2007 model.Id absolutely recommend Altitude Comfort Heating and Air to anyone. Honest people, great service, fair prices.

My Mom had me call Altitude Comfort because shed had a good experience with them. Everyone was so nice and Dave is just the best! I thought I needed a new furnace but he said it just needed a relatively minor repair.He probably could have taken advantage and recommended an expensive repair or a new furnace because I wouldnt have known any better. Thank goodness hes such an honest person. Hes obviously a very good technician and an even better person. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!!

Very glad I called Altitude before making my decision. I had to get quotes for a new furnace on my own when our furnace died, and there was a big difference in my experience with the people from Altitude and the other companies I met with.The other companies who came to the house pretty much just walked in, looked at our old furnace for a minute and then told me which furnace we needed. Both of the other companies immediately tried to pressure me into letting them install the new furnace that day. Never asked anything about our home to find out what would be best for us, just tried to convince me we needed the most expensive option they had.When I met with Chris from Altitude, he took the time to ask questions about our home, and our family, and then explained why and how different options would benefit us. He also made it very clear that we could choose the most basic option and it would work perfectly well. He did a great job of explaining everything, and I never felt pressured at all, which I greatly appreciated.The first two quotes I got varied in price so much that I knew something had to be wrong with one (or both) of them. Altitude was not the lowest quote, but they included a much better warranty and written guarantees no other company offered. We did get a new furnace AND a new air conditioner for about the same price as the more expensive company quoted us for just the furnace. We have been very happy with our entire experience with Altitude.

Top notch....Camden and the crew from Altitude Comfort did an excellent job on our AC install. Good communication, professional staff, quality work, with attention to detail. It is rare these days to find people who actually take pride in doing their job and doing it right. Camden and the crew hustled all day to make sure the install was done right. He even went to the extent to work on quite things while our 7 month old was napping. Didnt ask him to do this, he just did it on his own. Pretty impressive company on all fronts. Highly recommended

My air conditioner line was freezing and barely blowing through the vents. I called Altitude Comfort heating and air, they were able to get me in the next morning. However, When my tech arrived he cleaned out the Ac unit outside. It was dirty! Thank you! But when we asked him to look at the A coil he refused. We discussed how I didnt want him to have to come back out and me pay for another service. He promised I would not be charged. The next day my ac line was froze again and my house was HOT! I called and they sent the tech out the following day. Again I asked him to check the A coil. He refused AGAIN! He stated I had bad ducts and my AC unit was fine. I ended up cleaning my A coil myself! Now my AC works great! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

From the estimate to the install, the whole process was smooth. We were pleasantly surprised at the overall estimated price as we were expecting it to be much higher. In addition to the central air install, we also had to upgrade the electricity panel. The whole thing was finished in one day, and to our satisfaction. the goal was to wake up to cool air, and it was a success. All employees were polite, and concerned with helping us. If the need arises I will recommend Altitude Comfort Heating and Air!

I’ve used a couple of the big heating and air companies since I moved to Denver, but never never got the kind of personal service I received from the people at Altitude. I called them about my air conditioning, and right away I was impressed with the friendliness of both people I spoke with in their office - Lisa and Robin. I was happy to hear I didn’t have to wait around the house during a 3-4 hour window for a technician to arrive. My appointment was scheduled for 8am sharp.Ryan was the technician who came to the house to diagnose the problem with my air conditioner, and he was very personable. Most technicians I’ve dealt with from other companies I’ve used in the past have been either indifferent or downright surly. It was obvious Ryan has a great attitude and enjoys his job.Ryan had the problem with my air conditioner diagnosed quickly, and also let me know that the blower in my furnace had evidently been neglected for some time as it was caked with thick dust. The cost to pull the blower out and clean it was reasonable, and Ryan’s thoroughness may have saved me a very expensive furnace repair down the road.I never write long reviews, but the kind of customer service I received from Ryan, Lisa, and Robin made it worth the time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Altitude Comfort to any of my friends or family members if they need heating repairs this winter.

I needed my furnace repaired and called several companies before scheduling an appointment with Altitude Comfort. Robin was able to get me an appointment pretty quickly since my furnace had stopped working completely.Chris was my technician and he showed up on time and was very courteous and did a professional job. I like that he gave me options for the things that needed to be fixed as well as things that could be done if I wanted but werent absolutely necessary. I felt like that was a very honest way to give me different options without trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs. Id recommend Altitude and I wont call anyone else next time I need heating or air conditioning repairs.

He provided a thorough explanation of the service the company provides and left a detailed estimate. While we did not proceed with a contract for a new AC/Furnace at this time, when we do this company will definitely be one that is considered for our installation and then continued maintenance.

Chris was awesome and very knowledgeable in the tune-up and clean of my furnace. He gave some great recommendations to keep it running smoothly and even crawled up into my attic to check on loose fan/vent duct work that an inspector reported. Very easy to talk with, and ask questions. Definitely going back to them for future work.

My AC went out, I called at 9 pm and left a message. Got a return call in a few minutes! They didnt have an opening for the next day but said they would call if they had a cancellation. They ended up being able to come out late the next morning. Camden was the service tech. He was friendly, did a great job, and was very courteous. He represented his company well and I definitely recommend Altitude Comfort.

Very customer focused and easy to do business with. They took the time to help me figure out what type of heating and air system would be best for our house. Ryan and Zach were very meticulous when they installed the new furnace and AC and the follow up has been more than I expected. Definitely made the right decision going with Altitude.

I called Altitude at 7 oclock at night expecting to schedule an appointment for the next day. They were able to get someone to our house by 8:30 the same night, and didnt charge extra for coming out that late.The technician that came to fix our air conditioner was awesome. Chris explained everything he was doing and showed us what the problem was. Not only did he get the a/c fixed, he stuck around to show us the temperature of the cold air coming out of our vents, and make sure the house was cooling down before he left.Pretty rare for someone to go above and beyond to provide great service at a time when theyre probably ready to get home to their family.

Furnace was broken and needed a part. Dave Y. jumped in the truck and was back in one hour. Fixed the furnace and allowed me to go on a trip without a worry about the heat. Amazing. In the property management world, it is very hard to come by great vendors and get fast responses. With Altitude Comfort Heating and Air, I had good customer service and Dave was able to come out to one of my properties the same day I called. Dave kept me updated on the issues and got it resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend Dave anytime!
