This was my first time going here, I’ve used the same guy/salon for over 15 years. However; I just wanted to try something new. I am super glad I did! First, it’s a beautiful salon. Secondly, I was greeted with the most friendly lady and felt welcomed immediately! Thirdly, I showed them a picture of what I wanted done and was super nervous… however my nails turned out better than the picture! Also, Tina? Who did my pedicure gave the BEST massage! I absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time in, and I couldnt be happier! I had heard awesome things about Mia from one of my coworkers. She was super sweet and friendly, as well as the other workers. Mia was awesome with helping me choose colors and helped me get exactly what I was wanting. Definitely would recommend them!!

Always a great experience! Friendly and talented staff and technicians. Always start my happy hour here with a couple of vodka cranberries and pampering!

I simply dont recommend.I think this is a nail salon that you can use when youre in a pinch. I do not recommend if youre looking for great nail design or even a good quality Mani/Pedi/gel. They just want to get you in and out.The couple of times Ive had nexgen or gel there are particles under the gel making the finished product bumpy. There are pieces of silver glitter that got in the finished product today. Also, Ive noticed the front desk clerk will gladly greet customers and engage with them about their life and, as they leave ask if they enjoyed todays visit.However some she just tolerates, talks to them harshly, will not greet or say bye. Today, as I went to pay clerk she was on the phone and already had my order ready on the screen (totally okay)but, I waited until she got off the phone to confirm which she said yes and completely turned her back to me and just stood up there and I just left without so much a goodbye, thank you have a great day-theres def a preference here. Ive just been to two other nail salons recently, Nail treatment center and Bliss in Highland Village who both provide better quality and customer service. Ive been coming here for 2 years but, Im tired of seeing this pattern. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

This place is nice, clean, and has many options for colors. The only thing I did not like is that I was rushed out, even after I expressed concerns about my nails not being dry yet. My nails smudged when I was paying but I was honestly not up for complaining since it was only nail polish. Aside from that I liked the shape and the staff.

Michael did an amazing job on my toes, as well as Andy on my finger nails. I got gel on both.They had an eye for detail and were very hospitable. Something I really liked was that they asked and tried to be clear with what I wanted.They informed of price changes and confirmed to see if I wanted to continue with my new choices. Everyone was very nice! I enjoyed their decor and atmoshpere. Thank you Michael for my much needed calf massage and taking great care of me!

Ive gotten my nails done a handful of times at different salons in Denton and none have impressed me until now. A few weeks ago I got a botched acrylic set at a different salon. When I came here for my birthday to have them filled and get a pedicure, I was told the dip powder was much better than acrylic so I gave it a shot. Im super happy with my nails! They are natural looking and my nails are strong while still being much thinner than the acrylic on top of being much cheaper than the salon where I got my previous manicure. The atmosphere is nice and it seems like all of the employees get along well and have fun while working! Ill definitely just be coming here from now on.

Received a lavender pedicure by Brian and dipped powdered manicure by Nathan and they were both phenomenal. I came in at 11am and there was a steady flow of traffic but there were enough employees to where the gentleman doing my nails didn’t feel the need to rush to help the next customer. They both were very attentive and made sure to clean up my cuticles and cut my nails just as I liked. As I was leaving the lady gave me a $5 off card for every visit from here out! Will def be back!

I went in for a pedicure which was rushed. Did not include all the perks of the pedicure selected but was still charged for it. Very unprofessional manager is always mad because I don’t get my nails done so she instructs the techs to give me a poor quality pedi. Will not be returning.

I have been to Legacy Nails and Spa three times, and the past two times as I entered the beautiful owner whose name I am drawing a complete blank on greets me by name which I am so impressed by. She is the sweetest most personable lady, she makes conversation with you, listens to your response, and remembers what you had done your previous visit. A genuine lady with exceptional customer service. That is a combination that is rare these days. I grew up in Denton and have been to every nail salon in town as well as the surrounding areas. This salon is by far the best, the nail techs are so good at what they do and always have smiles on their faces. I wanted to upload a photo of the amazing hombre Ryan did on my mails but it is not allowing me to. I highly recommend this salon to anyone wanting a mani or pedi you will not be disappointed!

Over charged for service will never return

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I brought my wife here for her birthday for a Mani/Pedi because I wanted to do something nice for here. The manager/owner gave her recommendations for her manicure and she and she said ok. There was no mention that all of these suggestions would cost extra, and not just a little. I know you pay good money for this service, especially you want a good job, and I totally expected to get out of there for $100 plus tip, BUT they added a $55.00 charge for Ombre on her nails (suggested by said manager/owner) $5 for add tipps (huh?) $5 for long nails (?uh) and $5 for shaping the nails (isnt that part of getting nails??). When we got ti the counter and they gave us our $165 tab (plus tip) we were in shock. When we got to the car, my wife (whos bday it was) was IN TEARS. she was so upset that it cost that much. And it wasnt even a $165 nail job. I waited a few days to cool down and call them . . . The person I spoke to on the phone didnt care about my situation and told me that nails are expensive . . . Then . . . She hung up on me. Do yourself a favor people . . . . Theres are tons of other places to get your nails done that treat you well. AVOID LEGACY NAILS!!!!!

Waited in waxing room for 5 minutes just so the lady could tell me I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone could help me. 15 minute wait for a quick wax? Last few visits have been terrible. Theres a ton of other nail salons and service like this will definitely lose you business.

Mistake stopping in for a manicure. Worst manicure I have ever had. I just wanted all my nails trimmed up since I had a few that had broken. She clipped all my nails down to the quick, three if there were hurting so bad for several days following the service and when she realized I wasn’t happy she had another lady finish the manicure. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Legacy isnt what it use to be. It really depends on the nail technician you get. I went the first weekend the shop was back opened after the Covid 19 orders were lifted. The lady cut me not once, but twice during my pedicure. She put oil on the cut to try stop the bleeding. The pain was so bad I couldnt finish the pedicure. The manager and receptionist just stood by speaking Vietnamese (very unprofessional). As I left, they did ask if I wanted to try another service such as a massage. I declined.

I have been twice and absolutely ❤️ It!! Jennifer, has done my nails both times and she is AWESOME!!! I definitely recommend this place, oh I almost left something out they serve drinks as well 🍷. Just another plus in my book. Go see Jennifer see definitely knows how to do a good job on nails.

Greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and treated me great even though Im a minor (Envy nail salon across the street was so inconsiderate, dont go there).2. Sarah, my nail tech, was really sweet and offered me a drink a soon as I got settled.3. Gorgeous nails! She made sure everything was a good shape and that I liked everything.4. Only $45, $5 extra for matte. Such a great price for such great nails.Yall HAVE to get Sarah, she is so awesome!

I have been going here once a month for over a year now. They are great! I get my nails dipped and it last a month! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the prices are very reasonable. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

The guy I had just gave a lazy massage, He seemed like he didnt want to be there. The scrub was good. So Im going to go 1 more time for my pedicure and see if I can get a better person. The owner is really nice.

I had one of the best pedicures ever, by Bryan! He took his time and was thorough. My feet have never been so soft and smooth. And his paint job was amazing. I’m going to make sure to request him every time I go. Thank you Bryan!

On Thursday May 2 I got my nails done. I did simple dip acrylic nails with a square shape. It is now Monday May 6 and Ive had FIVE nails fall off when the minimum of me having nails on is two weeks, it hasnt even been one. On of the nails has a hole in it and they didnt go all the way down to my cuticle. I didnt get a receipt, or asked if I wanted anything to drink. After they sat me, there were two nail artist that was available and left me sitting there for half an hour. Im very unhappy with how everything has gone with these nails. I will never come back again

This is my usual place to get my nails done and they always do a great job. There was a bit of a wait today but it was beyond worth it. Michael was the who did my pedicure and it was hands down the best one Ive ever had. He did phenomenal from start to finish and I couldnt be happier. Im usually bad about writing reviews when I get great service but he was so great Im literally sitting in my car writing this outside the salon. A++++++

Pedicure was relaxing, but the polish for both my toes and nails were poorly done.The polish on my nails was peeling off within a day.For reference I paid for regular polish on my toes and a standard french manicure (no gel, etc).It seemed most people coming in were doing more technical options, so they might be better for that.Youll definitely need a reservation if youre going during the weekend.

To be completely honest, this is the greatest place on earth. You know how hard it is to find a nail salon perfect for your wife? There are TONS in Denton alone! Not to mention the dozens outside of the area. Our journey began with many broken nails, bloody fingers, and tear stained cheeks. Our journey ended with beautiful nails, a free drink, and a happy wife. I had never gotten my nails done before, but after trying it once with these amazing employees, I am hooked! We love this place so much!

They were super nice and attentive. Im super picky about my nails but they did them perfectly and I love them so much, the color is so cute. The layout and decorations of the inside are stunning and gives that high-end vibe. Definitely will get my nails done here again.

Very friendly service. One woman posted it took a while to be seen, but I went on a Saturday afternoon and was helped immediately. Very nice decor, and complimentary beverages- including wine and sangria. Overall I’m very pleased and do plan on coming back.

I usually love this place and it usually is a great environment but I recently had a bad experience. I get tips and usually they’re pretty long and I ended up breaking one so I came in to have it fixed. They are usually understaffed and so the receptionist was the person who fixed it. I’m picky about my nails and she was doing an extremely rushed job but she also kept getting up to help other customers. Basically she got annoyed with me and started talking about me loudly and angrily in her language to her coworkers. You can tell she was mad because everyone who worked there turned to look at me. It was just poor customer service and I was really disappointed because it had become my favorite nail salon. Be careful going here, service is hit or miss.

I absolutely loved my nails! First time going there and my experience was great. Great customer service. I got Jo and she did an ombré on my nail. She was very detailed and picky doing my nails which is great! I will def be going back and making this my nail place. :)

HORRIBLE NAIL SALON!!!!! I came in a few weeks ago and got a lavender and dipping powder by Tam and it fell apart not even a week later. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

WORST nail place in Denton! I went to this place a couple times and TYPICALLY the nails are ok. I was charged $55 for French tip, why so expensive? I have had LONG nails with much more elaborate colors for only $35. That is absurd. When getting my pedicure the woman was absolutely incapable of doing what I had asked, a very simple French tip (it looked like my 3 year old brother did them) so I had to have her change to a plain blush pink. She STILL managed to smudge that. I walked out paying $105. Will never ever go back.

Best nail salon in Denton by far!

My nails are great and Jennifer was great to me but I will not be returning again after my experience today this was my third time getting my nails done at this salon. The first time I was charged $40 for medium/long length with a coffin shape, the second time I was charged $50 for medium/long length with a square shape I figured it was extra for having them removed but wasn’t given a receipt for my service then today I was charged $41 for a fill. They didn’t know how to do a fill with dip nails, I’ve had it done at other salons so I was unsure why a fill on dip nails was a problem. All that being said I do not want to have my nails done somewhere that I have to play a guessing game at how much my service will cost each time or essentially if they are STEALING from me. The pricing is VERY shady. I was charged for extra length (on a fill) and a gel coat when I questioned why I was charged for extra length on a fill or what a gel coat even is on my receipt she told me the top coat they did was a “gel coat” I thought a top coat was done every time you got your nails filled and was part of the initial cost... She stumbled upon answering why I was charged for extra length. To try to satisfy the situation they gave me a $5 gift card which to me wasn’t worth anything when I feel taken advantage of and stolen from, how is it possible I payed LESS for a whole new set with a coffin shape than I paid for a fill?

First time coming here, and I had a pleasant time. I do love my nails! $50.00 to dipped nails.

I went to this salon a week ago for the 1st time. My pedicure was below expectations but after witnessing how another customer was treated I opted to just pay and go. My polish peeled of in two days, so beware - this is what I seen. A customer showed the manager where her ankle was bleeding from the cheese grater used for pedicures, and other problems with the pedicure, I couldnt hear everything until the manager was demanding payment and yelling at the customer that she was too picky. The customer asked if they could at least repaint the toes and the manager said NO, Pay and GO!

I follow Lan to whatever she works because she IS the best PEDICURIST!!Legacy Nails has a history of quality Customer services. Youll like it here!!

This place is the best nail salon in Denton! It is the only place in which my nails do not pop off after a week! I have very tiny nail beds and some people have a hard time working on them. Chau, the manager is wonderful! I have observed how she knows all of the regular customer’s names and what they like to drink. She makes everyone feel welcome! Jennifer and Jaqui are also now working here! They are wonderful nail techs too! I have watched this nail salon grow tremendously in the last year so make sure you have an appointment or you could be waiting a while. When I first came it was very slow but due to the exceptional customer service and quality of the nails it has tripled!

My new favorite salon! They always do such an amazing job on my dip nails, and their spa packages are a great deal.

First time at Legacy Nails in Denton, TX. very disappointing!! bad customer service. I had a pedicure and manicure done the lady doing my pedicure cut me. 20 minutes later someone else showed up to do my manicure told me if i did a gel it would only cost me $5.00 more ended up being $15.00 more. I told them what i understood at check out but being a language barrier they pretended they did not understand. How do you not understand yet run a business that requires English!! I dont recommend no one to go to this place not only they are not careful but suggest other products and over charge you. Envy nails has been in our area for many years, if they are busy its because they are good. Please be cautious of places like Legacy Nails.

I came on a busy Saturday & was seen right away. My gel manicure is flawless & my tech was so sweet.

Best place ever!

First off I had a appointment at 4 pm didn’t start me or the other 2 people that had a appointment with me till 4:40 pm and then they had to redo my nails due to them not being all same shape and then my moms toenails were clumpy and horribly uneven, not to mention my finger cuticles were very chopped at the end I left with bleeding fingers, the price they charge is not worth it therefore I will not be returning.

My go to nail salon for me and my sister. Always nice, fast, and helpful.

They always remember that I work with my hands everyday intensely, they provide me a hand and armMassage for free and of course I tip generously, but this place is definitely recommended in my book.

I have been to other places, and by far this was the best pedicure I have ever had. Lee lee was the best....never felt rushed or like they were in a hurry. So relaxing, I will defiantly going back.My two daughters also went. One had mani/pedi by Jason and Bao. They were both amazing. My other daughter had acrylic and manicure done. We are so happy with their services. Thanks for caring about your customers and taking your time with our massages. We truly felt pampered.
