It’s only been two days & 4 of my nails already broken by touching the smallest then I got A pedicure with acrylic nails on my two big toes ! They broke soon I walked out the door this was not worth $70

Been going to Hollywood Nails & Spa for 15+ years and love the people and their work. They do a good job and even if theres something you dont like they work with you on it. This is my nail place of choice and I will always go there. Awesome job and great people!

They are extremely friendly people! This was my family and I first time here and they took very good care of us from the moment we walked in the door. Our nails and toes came out lovely we will be coming back again next month.

He did an awesome job on my acrylics. She did an awesome job on my eyebrows. And both very friendly and professional.

She took her time and did every detail I asked for just right. The pedicure was awesome. I had chip the polish off my big toe and when I returned they fixed with ease.

I don’t ever leave reviews but This was a horrible experience. After one day I had 4 nails come off. Went back yesterday I said they did a terrible job since 4 nails have come off I want them all re-done they were super thin and not what I asked for. They refused to re do them just glued the 4 back on. Fast word to today, mind you I went back just yesterday guess what another 2 nails just came right on off. Worst customer service DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. I’ve never had such a bad nail experience I was literally out of there in 35 minutes never have I ever had my nails done in 35 minutes, Waste of money.

Very great service for pedicure and acrylics

Service and customer experience was phenomenal!The man nail technician is an absolute professional, he set my acrylics to perfection. He helped me choose which nail tip would compliment my small violin nails, with the almond tips he was extremely meticulous in his work. The process was extremely thorough, and the results were impressive: they looked natural to my hands, every nail tip even and the same, and my hands looked so pretty! As a violinist I am used to having nubs for finger nails, so these nail techs were really dealing with a lot with my problem nails.The woman nail artist was responsive to my requests. I gave her creative freedom and I am happy I did. I wanted a “Christmas” theme, and I feel so happy and festive. She was attentive and kind-hearted!The environment is so clean, and sanitized, I was so happy with my experience...I am telling everyone I know about this place, what a treasure.

Love this place!

This nail place is literally right around the corner from where I live and i am in love with this place. My nails were rushed this last time because Ms. Vicky had a lot of people, but every other time has been great! They are affordable and dont take all day to do your nails or feet. I like this place and as long as I live right around the corner this will be my go to spot!!

My experience was horrible. A unfriendly man worked on my nails and did an awful job. My nails were very thin and 4 of them fell off on the 2nd day! Very poor quality and will never go there again. Don’t waste your money!

I went there to get my nails done for graduation and they did such a good job. Vicki did my nails and they turned out so well!! Will be going back again since its so close and has good prices.

My daughter and I were out of town and really needed our nails done. We made it to Holloywood nails 30 minutes before they closed and got right in. The people were very nice and did a great job on our nails! We are in the area a few times a month and will definitely come back!!

Waste of money. They put the bare minimum effort into your nails. I honestly could of done them better and I am far from talented. Don’t bother. I’ll probably end up having to take off the polish before going in public. Super disappointing. I even have a blood spot on one of my nails. How is that even possible? It’s dirty and the atmosphere is dull. Just overall poor experience. Also their kids would periodically just pop around the door screeching. Far from a relaxing experience.

The girl who did my nails did such an awesome job! She was nice and talked to me while doing them and made me feel comfortable. I walked out very happy and in awh of how good my nails looked. My best set so far!

This place is great! I got a deluxe pedicure, and a NexGen manicure with design for $81! (It would’ve been $90, but they were running a 10% off deal.) Ask for Vickie when you go, she’s great!

Went in for a pedicure and could not be more pleased!

This place was the worst, I went because they had good reviews but I regret it so much. I had nexgen and I showed a very simple picture of what I wanted done, short almond shape with a very light pink. I ended up with long nails, and this bright peach polish. To make it worse he put acrylic on me, cut down my very long nails and put clear tips on them and you can literally see the tips lifting from my actual nails. This has got to be the worst set of nails I have ever had in the nine years that I’ve been getting my nails done.

Ive always had very caring service here. I only have pedicures, and I give my person a tough job every time! Its very unusual to have to wait, and the prices are more than fair.

Im not the one to do reviews or anything because its only angry people, but tonight i got the worst service yet by hollywood nails. I wanted to get my acrylic nails taken off- never have i been to a salon where they do anything but soak them. i had to wait 20 minutes for her to rip the acrylic nails off using a fake nail that they glue on- which was extremely painful and then still charged me $10. Now i didn’t want to say anything in there because i felt like that would be embarrassing for both them and i so i called them after i left to be talked over and screamed at. i was told i have to tell her not to hurt me. worst service ever and extremely unprofessional staff.

Absolutely terrible, the guy was very rude and didn’t act like he was trying to make them look good at all, the color is splotchy, and they didn’t even try to shape them evenly. This was my first time there and definitely my last...

They did an amazing job on my nails and were very nice! Great price for gel nails that were shaped well, painted without feeling like they were rushing, and made me feel welcome.

Would rate none if I could. I’ve been coming here because the location is convenient for me, compared to my favorite nail salon (x nails) in Lewisville. I’ve gone and received SLIGHTLY acceptable jobs every other time I’ve gone. But this last time I went was certainly my last. For starters, you can ask anyone that goes there, these facts are as accurate as they come:1. Only the owner and Vicky speak English so the rest of the staff has no idea of what your saying.2. They charge the maximum for any little detail they can. Such as length, shape and design.3. They use WAY TOO MUCH powder and acrylic on fake nails it’s disgusting.4. Their shape proportionings are off by a mile, in reguards to the height of the nail and it’s shape.5. No cuticle cleaning what’s so ever, in fact they left my cuticles white, powdery and deformed.5. Very messy work from the owner himself. Out of all the times I’ve put my pride to the side and visited, the work was rushed and sloppy. You can tell he was overwhelmed and I would say anxious to just get me out of his store which, is very discouraging when wanting to make corrections (my reason for this comment)6. Expensive. Point blank. And not worth it all.This is sad because I really enjoy Vicky and the way she works but I just won’t accept a bad set anymore. With my last visit, I tried my hardest to leave satisfied by pointing out all the mistakes I seen but it clearly lead to a rushed imperfect job. The owner huffed and puffed as I politely asked and apologized for being precise but really I was just fed up with walking out of there unhappy. Which ended up happening anyway. I take my nails very seriously and this place certainly does not. Save your money and go any place else.

I expected way better. TBH, the nail color is super pretty, but theres sooo much excess nail polish all over my hands, fingers, under the nails that I had to (& still am) picking off of my skin. it hurst really bad. While he was shaving my nails for the nexgen, he nicked my figured quite a few times.On one of my nails, you can visibly see & feel that the nexgen wasnt spread equally. Id rather go to a nicer salon & pay $40 than get the service I got for $35.

Ive been coming to Hollywood Nails since I moved to Denton in 2006 to attend UNT. The owner, John and Nail Tech, Vicky have always welcomed me and others into their shop with open arms. They take time to get to know you and will ask about your family. I was disappointed when they moved from the mall, mostly because they were right next door to the store I worked at. But I gladly drive to Teasly to get my nails done. Ive recently been promoted to another store at Stonebriar mall but I will only get my nails done at Hollywood Nails in Denton. Im very happy for them and their new location.

Wish I didnt even have to give a star to write this review but I do what I have to do pure garbage my nails were dropped twice in one week they didnt even put a new nail on they just covered it up so it re rip my real nail now and bleeding screw this place will never come back again and Ill make sure I tell everybody I know not to

Good customer service, a great experience and manicure.

Just got my nails done, you can still see the old polish under the nail. Didnt cut cuticles, acrylic doesnt even cover the entire nail, and the paint is wrinkled in areas.
