Sadly I would have previously given this place 5 stars. The only reason I am giving them 2 is because the girls work so hard. I have gone here every 2 weeks religiously for almost 8 years. Recently they are under what I assume is new ownership. I have given them the benefit of the doubt, assuming everyone was just trying to adjust to the changes being made. The girls are the same, but I feel they are being rushed by the new owners to do more and the quality is suffering. I used to get the deluxe pedicure every time but have found that recently it is just a waste of money and time and no difference in the cheap one. I occasionally get gel on my toes if I’m in a hurry which was usually an extra $5 FYI it is now an extra $25. I have always done Nextgen nails and the last three times they were so rushed they looked terrible when I left and not filed well enough around the cuticle my hair would get caught in the nails, pulling my hair out. I am very sad to say I guess I will be moving on as badly as I have tried to stick it out with them.

First time here and it was so relaxing. I had a manicure and pedicure done by Mimi and my mom had hers done by Pina . They were both super sweet and amazing (looking forward to going back again).There was four of us going for an impromptu girls day out, so we were all walk-ins blessed with no wait time and great experiences and definitely coming back again.

Jackie really did me justice. Really good clean acrylic set just what I was looking for.

Ive been going here for years I believe they are on their 3rd owner. I come here because of the staff because theyve been there for years also. Unfortunately, the prices have increased so much I may consider other locations.

I’ve been going here for years now. The ambiance of the spa is so beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Whoever did their interior design has a very keen eye 😍. The nail technicians are so kind, accommodating, and skilled. Cindy and Sara are my personal favorites and they aren’t the type to chat it up with other technicians nor are they busy answering calls when I’m in their chair... so they remain very attentive and focused which makes for a much more relaxing and quality experience. I can’t review all of the techs, but both of these ladies are not only great with nails and understanding client expectations, they also give great massages 💆🏻‍♀️. And as long as they aren’t too busy in the spa, they let me stay in the massage chairs as long as I like so that my nails are dry before I leave 💅

I work a pretty crazy schedule and I’m talking 9:30-7 everyday expect Sundays lol. That is pretty much the timeframe that most nails salons are open but, every time I call Envy right around 6:45 they are very quick to still invite me in. I’m very grateful for that on top of them doing great quality work. I’m starting to feel like I may have found my “place”.

We were seated in the pedicure chairs, but no water was ever run into the tubs. We waited 40 minutes past our appointment time and finally left without ever being served. Horrible experience. Will never go back.

Have beenncoming here for 3 years and loved the staff, service, and how great my nails always looked. I moved 35 mins away but drove all this way to get my nails done in my usual schedule. I had a 5:15pm appt. for NextGen and a pedicure. Showed up at 5:10pm. Was sat at a pedicure chair, where I waited for for 20 mins for a nail tech to start. Service was iffy, had to ask her to redo several things. I couldve given myself a better pedicure and saved $30! Left before even getting my NextGen done because I didnt want to wait another 40 mins to have someone start my nails! They are clearly understaffed but instead of telling walk-ins they were busy,they took them and had them sit and wait! They were still waiting when I walked out! I will NOT be back ever again!

Very Clean! Sterilized nail tools and disposable liners in footbath. Fingernails not shaped the best and not clean lines on french tips, but the nail techs were very sweet with gentle touch and most importantly did not cut me when trimming my cuticles of which I have had issues at other nail salons. I would probably go here again.

I have been coming to Envy Nail Spa for the last 5 years. As long as I live in Denton, I will only ever come here to get my nails done. Everyone that has ever worked on my nails at Envy Nail Spa provides excellent service. You will not be disappointed!

They offer free drinks, I’ve never been disappointed! I went to Bella Salon once because it was closer and I was so disappointed in my nails, I’m never leaving Envy again!

I’ve tried many nail salons and this is by far my favorite. Ann is exceptional at NexGen. Julie makes every pedi special. That said, everyone who works there is talented, professional and a joy to be around. I highly recommend.

Extremely rude manager asking you to pay before they finish providing service. The lady doing my nails was pushing for the easiest and fastest shape, my nails were thin and mediocre design. They are in a hurry to get your nails done and in a hurry to charge you.

When it comes to pedicures it’s definitely worth it they take their time and massage you real good but manicures is terrible I showed them a picture of what I wanted and afterwards my nails looked nothing like the picture it was not satisfied nor compensated for me being unsatisfied I spent $60 pretty much for nothin and had to go to another salon and pay them to fix what they messed up. I wouldn’t recommend you to get a manicure here at all.

I hadnt gotten my nails done since March and this mama was in desperate need of a mani/pedi!! I went to Envy with the intention of spoiling myself with a Heavenly manicure and pedicure - mission accomplished!! Lena did a fabulous job on my manicure and gave me the most relaxing massage. Ann buffed the ugly discoloration from months of poorly done self pedicures and gave me beautiful French tips on my toes that were exactly as I requested. I felt safe the whole time I was there - all employees and customers followed the guidelines to a T. Envy Nail Spa is doing it right!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

I moved to Denton a few years ago and needed a new nail salon that was closer to my new house, but I wasn’t expecting to find one I loved as much as my old nail salon. I was very pleasantly surprised- they are excellent!! Kim is amazing, but everyone I’ve come in contact with is professional and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they are sanitary! Highly recommend!

Love coming here for NexGen nails! Always sweet staff and the result has been the best for their price. $38 for solid color set or $48 for ombre.

Envy Nail has been my go to salon for a long time. Their Nexgen nails always come out perfect. Ive been to another salon where my Nexgen was lifting in a week. The pedicures are very thorough and make me feel pampered. The color selection is great.

First time in and had a great experience. Very little wait time on a Sunday morning. They were on top of things making sure every customer was greeted and seated as quickly as possible. Inside, it was very clean and I couldn’t smell a single chemical. Kelly did my Nexgen manicure and she was amazing. She was quick and did a beautiful job. I left feeling like I have spent my money well.

They do a good job, but get aggressive cutting around toenails sometimesthe woman at the front is not friendly at all, and i’ve been there 15 times, and tip well EVERY TIME . she could pretend to recognize me as some retailers and service folks do, and that would go a long way !

Kim is amazing! I get nexgen pink and white, and I love having longer nails. She is precise. She doesn’t make them too thick, they’re even, and she cares. She is a sweetheart too, and cool to talk with. Anytime I have a pedicure, I feel so relaxed, and my feet look and feel amazing!

This is my regular spot for my nails, pedicures, and eyebrow wax. Kelly is great for brow waxing. Kim is my main person for my nails (nexgen)! She does AMAZING! Kelly also does great with nails! I always get compliments when they do my nails. Jimmy is my main person for my pedicures. He does great with gel polish as well. They offer wine and other refreshments. Its usually a calming experiencing when I go.

I have to say this is the first place I have took my wife that she hasnt had a single complaint about her nails or something that the technician did while they were doing her nose I appreciate yall... yall did a great work thank you

Im a guy who went and got a pedicure with my wife because I love her and thats what she wanted to do for her birthday (also I promised Id do it a year ago...) So, yes, I felt out of place, but they made me feel like a king. This place is legit. Wonderful service, wonderful place. Highly recommend.

I’m sitting outside in my car moments after leaving the salon and I HAD to write a review. I have tried several nail salons around Denton. All of which eithe rushed me out the door, did a poor job or even told me not to get square nails because my “fingers are fat”. It’s so hard to find a salon that genuinely cares about doing a good job.This place was such a breath of fresh air. So SO accommodating. They listened to what I said and took their time. My nails are perfect.My first time here and I literally will never go anywhere else ever again.

Great service, but no drinks available.

(I am 16 btw) I had made an appointment and was seated right away. However, the woman at the desk did not offer me a drink or the paper with prices on it, but she offered it to the woman after me and that woman also got her nails done first. When Kim did finally come, she did my nails and made sure to get the shape right. Kim is lovely, but the in consideration just because I am young is unnecessary (by the front desk woman not Kim)

Walk in, didnt have to wait. Jackie was nice and did a wonderful job with my acrylic powder dip. Listened to how long I wanted them, and the shape. Didnt try to talk me into any other services.

Went to Envy Nail Spa today with my 2 daughters and granddaughter,. I called before going and asked if they excepted competitors coupons because my 16 year old granddaughter was paying with her own money. The lady that answered phone told me no, only discount is for students. I ask so as long as their in school and student they get a discount. YES she told me. They rushed my granddaughter when she was trying to pick her colors out and was very rough when doing her nails. My nails are not shaped the way I wanted even after telling her several times how I wanted them. Then when my granddaughter went to pay, lady said no discount for students. I had just called few minutes before and was told they did. I pulled up on my phone, same # as on their front door. Manager kept saying no discount for students. He did finally take 15% off for her but said I must have missed understood. I Did Not! There is too many good nail salons around with discounts, that do a better job and treat you so much better. We will not be going back.

I went here to get my nails done four days ago and they’re already falling off and breaking easy. I paid $60. Also, halfway through they made me get up and pay in front of the whole salon. I saw them do this to no one else. Would not recommend. 15 minutes away in Highland Village there is a nail salon called upscale nails and they do a way better job at almost half the price. Was in a hurry and made a regrettable decision. Will never get them done here again.

This is the only nail salon i will go to now! They are amazing and if you happen to go during a busy time and have a bit of a wait its well worth it. I took my sisters who were visiting from PA and they said it was the best pedi they had ever had. Its so relaxing and clean and the staff is amazing. I used to get my nails done here and they do the best job as well, they take their time and make sure the nails look as natural as possible.

Nice place, rude people !I called them New Years Eve and asked if theyll be open till 7 and the lady said yeah then I said thank you and she hung up rudely . I get there and sign in and they literally are passing around my sign in sheet and no one wants to get up and do my nails they just looked at me with a very rude facial expression . there are about maybe 3 people sitting around not doing anything and eating McDonalds . finally a lady was nice enough to seat me and do my nails . she was so sweet and nice, i tipped her well for being so nice and staying past closing to help me out . I wont recommend anyone to go here and i wont be back either .

Worst nails ever! I should have known better, because while getting my nails done another lady had come back to complain that her nails broke after only two days. I honestly thought, Boy, she must be rough on her nails! Of course, my nails were done on Saturday, and on Monday all but 2 had completely crumbled into pieces! Ive never seen anything like it! Ill never go back there and cant recommend that anyone go there.

I have been here twice so far. The first time I did a mani and pedi and this last time I did just a manicure. I have been very pleased both times! Everyone that works here that I have encountered has been very nice. My nails turned out amazing both times and my pedicure was great as well. My go to girl there is Jennifer. Shes amazing! Horribl!! Dear God dont go near closing time because they do a bad job on purpose because of it for revenge!! They are way over priced!! After 3 days my gel nail broke off and two others in less than 2 weeks. I had beautiful nails till i came here!! Never again!!!!

If you are looking for $50 full sets for $15 quality you are in the right place! It surprising that my most expensive nail set has been the worst experience. I got my nails done last Thursday and after waiting close to 45 minutes to be seated in the massage chair for a pedicure it took approximately 30 minutes for them to even run the water. The pedicure was great but severely overpriced ($50 for a deluxe pedicure, $50 for a solar set) But what got me was the lackluster customer service. I felt rushed and several times the nail tech doing my nails talked about how she was ready to leave, then she handed me off to another tech to finish. In the hours following I noticed specks of debris in my nails, areas that had not buffed and paint was all over my fingers and cuticles. The next day my thumb had already popped off, (After spending over $100 after tip) that simple fact made me wait until I returned from out of town to get it fixed. I went Monday afternoon and was told that the wait was over an hour for the fix to add insult to injury, the manager tried to convince me that the dirt embedded in my nail was glitter. The woman who fixed my nail plotted in her seat responded by saying What do you want with an attitude like no other. I had asked if I upset her and she replied “No.” and snatched my hand to examine my nail. I can tell that she was thoroughly pleased to give customer service, and take 10 minutes out of her day to assist me. Not to mention she did not fully remove the broken nail but only drilled it down and slathered it in solar powder. Mid way she stopped my nails and texted for about 10 minutes until I commented Are you serious?. Now today, 2 days later, my thumb has broken again. Same finger. I would NOT recommend this place. It is well decorated, but if I was that concerned about ambiance I would read a pier one catalog and get my nails done elsewhere. There are several salons in the area, so Id suggest saving some coins and receiving better customer service. If you dont mind low quality, go to Harry Hines, Im sure youll find something for pennies on the dollar and end up feeling just as satisfied.

One of the worst nail places I got acrylic nails and within a couple days a couple has popped off and it was like $80 for a full set. The staff is not friendly or nice. No one seems to like their job or appreciate the business and it shows in their work. Terrible quality of fake nails.
