Really nice people. But my nails look like garbage and my nails have not been done a week. Never again.....

Wasn’t pleased with my nails and when I tried to express how my nails were not what I want they did not care to compromise. Basically I had to settle for what they can do. I came in with squared acrylic nails and left with very short rounded nails that were not even perfectly shaped. My nails look equivalent to regular gel. Horrible experience I was so upset and dissatisfied. Regardless if you like your nails or not you will have to pay full price no compromises. Worst experience I ever had. I just wanted to hurry up and leave.

After searching for a new nail salon I chose this place because of the almost 5 star reviews. Upon arrival, the place lacked curb appeal but against my better judgement I went in anyways. Overall the place wasn’t the cleanest, the floor noticeably needed sweeping and the front desk was piled high with stuff. After ordering deluxe pedicures for my friend and I, the service went alongside the appearance. It started with a menthol scrub that burned my legs and left them irritated looking. The older woman working on me not only cut my toe while scrubbing the bottoms of my feet, she kept hitting my soft calf skin with the rough scrubber...ouch! On top of it all, she forgot to do the hot stone massage...which thankfully the guy at the front desk realized and didn’t charge me for (thank you!). The towels had also seen better days...and that isn’t a costly investment to have some fresher looking towels to use on the customer facing side. As if I wasn’t already not impressed, I noticed some water had leaked out of the basin onto my brand new leather sandals. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I’m hoping the owner takes them seriously and makes some improvements. Add a little curb appeal (pictures or window decals to draw the customers in), overall cleanliness and clear instructions for the staff. The girl that appeared to have been the owner was very nice and appeared to give my friend a better experience than I had. Luckily, the polish looks pretty good but I’m rating with 1 star as I won’t return after this experience.

I currently live in Malden and the nails salons out there is nothing compared to Perfect Nails in Dedham. It’s honestly refreshing to not only have a clean and friendly staff but the list of nail service is endless. Thank you for being so welcoming to me and my needs.

I️ love this nail salon! Mai is my favorite, she does an amazing job. Overall they are very clean and there is a parking lot across the street. They have an ATM with no fee, which is great!

I no go to there because I work to much in every where in. Construction I no have time but I see this place I living here in near but I love more the girls work. There is. So very beautiful I need one Chinese girls

I came in and I was the only customer. I asked for a gel pedicure, and the women who started left halfway through for an appt. Then the women who took over used regular polish and they charged me for a gel pedi. Not to mention they charge for a shape other than square or oval but turns out they CANNOT EVEN SHAPE A SQUARE. My acrylic is practically an inch thick even though I kindly asked her to file it down. I came because the reviews were good, but I left paying $74 for something I had to get fixed later that same day at another nail salon. Don’t bother.

Good price, never had a manicure and pedicure, I suppose they did well. Shop is small, on street parking, pretty clean but its rather lots inside with the traffic

I love this place! My first time was about 4 weeks ago and and I did an acrylic and it lasted about 3.5 weeks to get a refil!! Usually when I get my nails done I need a refil about 2 weeks on the dot but not here! 😍🙌🏼 Definitely will be sticking to this place! Everyone is super nice there also!!

Love this place, I go there for my eyebrows all the time. Just got a mani and pedi for the first time in a long time and it was great. Highly recommend going there
