So very disappointed. Stopped on my ride home from work Thursday evening for a dip manicure. Interesting technique they use here for dip powder- they do not use any powder base or top layer, just use Bonder and then 2 layers of dip powder color and finish with gel top coat with curing under UV light... I questioned during the process about the base and finish powders but they said it was “not needed.” I’ve been doing dip powder for the last 2 years and although every salon does it a bit differently, every time have always used the powder base and top and I’ve never had to cure with UV. Left there wondering how these would hold up given the different technique and sad to say they didn’t even make it to 48 hours. Two of the nails on my right hand have small chips of the top gel layer which happened within 24 hours and now the middle finger edge on my left hand completely chipped. Very disappointing. Also have lots of the colored powder stuck in my cuticles which has never been an issue before. Would like a refund but hesitant to go back as I know they will offer to fix it, but clearly this technique they use does not work. I have always had my dip manicures last 3-4 weeks without any problems. Also they charge $45 for dip manicure whereas pretty much every other salon only charges $40.

Awful. I am still in a lot of pain 2 weeks afterwards. I got a nail dip done here, and the lady buffed my nails so thin they began to crack, bleed, and hurt only three days afterwards. Nail dip should last three weeks no cracking or chipping (when I go to other nail salons). Do NOT recommend going here. My nails look terrible now, and I regret wasting over an hour of my time here.

Their technique for dipped nails is something I’ve never seen before. When I got outside the sunlight got revealed how lumpy my nails were. I’ve been getting dip done for a few years now. I had the explain to the technician that she couldn’t use the filing head to shape the nail. I will never get dipped from there again

Went on a Thursday to get dip powder. By Saturday, my polish started chipping and caused my nails to break. Should be an easy fix for a place that accepts walk-ins one would think, right? WRONG!!! As soon as I walk in, a woman is screaming “how can I help you?” As I walk over and ask for a nail repair, I was asked to return at the closing hour twice and advised to call ahead. All while not making any eye contact and taking other phone calls. Today the same rude woman who sits nearest the door on the left when you walk in decides to portray the worst customer service yet and hangs up the phone on me TWICE and asks me not to call again. Simply enough because she shows no servitude for the business and blames being very busy. This place needs a name change from Lux to Flux because this is the fakest upscale nail salon

I had a 5:00 appointment it is now almost 7:00pm and I am still here waiting on my manicure, however, someone else came in and they took her before me and there is no one to do my nails.I have been coming here for years and this treatment is unacceptable.This is my last time here.

This place was so nice & relaxing until they gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went just wanting a regular mani/pedi. I ended up changing my mind during the middle of my mani (she just doing the cleaning up part the step before you start painting etc) that I wanted to do acrylics & she just gets up and leaves without letting me know who’s going to attend me or w/e the case would be. There’s a guy that tells me 5 mins I’ll be with you... that ends up taking 35-40 mins of a wait. He then begins to attend me & I show him a pic of the nails I wanted & he says ok. So as we’re almost done with my nails he cuts my time short & lets me leave with an unfinished job. His excuse was that they’re closing yet there two other ppl still there and I’ve been there since 2 soo?? All he had to do was apply the chrome and that was it. He tells me next time I come back he’ll do the chrome... ok then so I️ come back the next day to do the chrome only on my tips there was a lady that took over & I️ had told her what occurred from the day before. She then tells me they don’t do chrome tips at their salon only whole nail..... like wow are we joking?? I️ will never go back there again, they definitely lost a potential loyal client. The service was all going great that odd s*** happened. What type a nail salon excludes such a simple style like that!? Wasted of my time.

Literally the worst manicure I have ever gotten and way over priced. I did dip powder, they didn’t use the base coat. She cut my nails way down to nubs and them filed them all uneven. The color is uneven and there are paint brush marks in the nails. Cost $dollars. Will not be going back.

My first (and last) time coming here. My nails were filed very short and jagged, my fingers were cut to the point of bleeding multiple times, and the polish doesn’t even go all the way to the bottom of my nails. Definitely not worth the $30, there are better places around that offer better quality for the same or lesser prices.

Walked in for a pedicure on a sunny Friday afternoon. No wait. Im 8 months pregnant so asked if they could give me a little longer foot massage - wow I was in heaven. Very relaxing and clean. Would come back.

Every single nail technician is amazing. They are all friendly and meticulous with their job. The facility is super clean. The manager/ owners know everyone’s name. I have been going here since they opened and won’t go anywhere else. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

I love to do my pedicure here .It’s very clean and quite. I like that everybody ( employers ) is doing their job and don’t talk with each other .They make the best foot massage !

Came with a group of 5 (3 adults, two kids) for pedis and had such a great experience! They had fuzzy pillows for the kids, the water lit up and changed colors (kids loved it) and the gentleman who welcomed us brought a huge bowl of candy for the kids to pick some treats and some water and wine for the adults. All the ladies were incredibly friendly and very sweet with the kids and we all had beautifully done pedicures!

Had an appointment for 3:30 arrived at 3:20 sat me in a chair fir pedicure I sat and waited 30 minutes no one Acknowledge my presence I had to ask the girl giving a pedicure next to me if she would put some hot water in the bowl so at least I could soak my feet. Still no one said anything, so I got up and left, I called to talk to owner and was hung up on . Was so upset I walked back in to explain you can’t treat people like that and waste peoples time to the owner she agreed with me and I said you should do a complementary Pedi so she said yes no problem I go to sit down and one girl jumps up and says no we don’t have time for you . Are you kidding me ! then they say I do for you but you have to pay I said the owner just said she was complementary because of bad experience I’ve had in the time that you’ve wasted the owner came up and said no I didn’t say that so now on top of everything else they lied to me and the real owner sitting on his chair was laughing like it’s a big joke . Unbelievable . They can’t get away with treating people like this in wasting peoples time they haven’t heard the end of this .

I initially tried this place for the sake of convenience; boy was I in for a surprise. They were fabulous! I have absolutely no complaints. From the cleanliness of the place to the polishung of the nails...all flawless. This is now my go to place. I refuse to go else where!

Worst experience EVER. I was a loyal fan until recently. I ended up leaving with bloody toes, no nail polish on my fingers or my toes. After years of going to this nail salon I will never go back.

I love this nail salon, they offer gel and dip and the pedicures are relaxing, the technicians do a great job cleaning the cuticles.

Decided to get my nails done for my birthday. They did an incredible job, my nails looked amazing after. Was the most expensive I’ve paid to get my nails done but I got a few colors so it was ten dollars more. ($65) before tip. Three days after, my thumb nail broke off while opening my car door, and just an hour ago my pinky nail came off. I’ve only had them for two weeks. I’m just super disappointed because they told me to do the dip because it was harder and lasted longer and it turned out to be a big waste of my money.

First things first, this place is gorgeous. And it was big, spacious and everyone was nice enough. But I made an appointment for 4pm and it was 4:30 and I still hadn’t been seen. There was also a woman just sitting in the chair, without being seen probably longer than I was. There were also more people waiting, most with appointments as well. I left without my nails being done but ~40 richer. I’m just not here for this. Throw the whole “nail salon” away.

Came in for a manicure and pedicure along with my daughter, my mother and my mother in law. My mother and mother in law all had their manicures done. I began with my pedicure but they finished their manicures about 30 minutes before my pedicure was done. It took so long that I ended up opting not to get polish done as it had taken so long and my moms had been waiting quite a while. To top it off, they charged me the entire amount even though the service was slow and incomplete.Won’t be back.

Just experienced the Best pedicure ever!! They have great massage chairs and they did a hot stone massage for my pedi. Just fabulous and friendly staff, highly recommend them !

I have been to this place, and will note, for me; the mani and pedi were ok. Customer service extremely, extremely poor; they seem bias to new clients, which seems counter intuitive to building a clientele. Here are a few tips to keep in mind...quite simply, never make assumptions about clients. There seems to be judgment which is not ideal in running a business.

Service was good as was the quality of work. Super busy on a Friday evening!

I love them seriously, they used to give out wine but not anymore but they do offer you water, tea, coffee or candy. There is free parking the salon is very very clean and the techs are very clean as well. Check them out 💅
