Susan did a fantastic job on my dip manicure! I don’t get my nails done very frequently, but she helped me choose a natural nude for my skin tone and kept my shape exactly how I wanted. She also really helped me relax and pampered me after a long work week!

This was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Kim was very attentive and thorough. I was in need of some pampering and felt so much better when I left the salon. Thanks Kim!!

I love the place and love it even more cause of Susan! She is awesome from start to finish.

1. She took over two hours just to do a simple acrylic full set2. There is a crack on my left thumb already3. Poor quality4. I will be switching nail salons

I typically come in with my daughter and we get a manicure and pedicure. This place has good quality products and is very trendy with their work. I have seen a couple the girls and they are all great. Very sanitary even before Covid-19 happened. I always leave here satisfiesd and relaxed. I recommend this place of you are looking to get your nails done. You wont be disappointed.

I’m in love with this nail salon. The owner always appears to check in and staff is very attentive, have a great attention to detail with a creative nail art design. Walk-in are available in here but it always better to call in advance.

PLEASE READ. I do not recommend this place at all. I had went to go get a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was the worst one I’ve ever had. The nail polish started to come off the same week. My foot was the worst too. The only good thing about this place is the massage they give you. My toes weren’t clean at all I got home and my foot felt rough and they didn’t clean my cuticles at all. The nail polish on my foot started coming off 2 days later. Very disappointed. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! 02-12-2021

Not super friendly and does nails kind of sloppy also felt rushed even though I had an appointment. . Really rude and they aren’t very clean. The lady Rose kept answering the phone for a long period of times in bewtween doing my nail. So rude. She had a big attitude with they way I told her how I wanted my nails shaped.

This salon definitely isn’t warm and fuzzy, or loud and social. It’s quiet and relaxing (which I like). Comfy massage chairs, super clean and lovely decor. I got a pedicure and the manicurist had amazing attention to detail.

I am a very forgiving person and do not like to leave a bad review unless I feel it is necessary to let other people know what I experienced. I have had my nails done at all kinds of places and this was by far the worse pedicure and manicure I have ever had and I am very old so I have had many. I tried this salon since it had mixed reviews and is within walking distance from my new home.I had the same technician for both my manicure and pedicure.The pedicure: The pedicure was overall rushed despite a slow day at the salon (I was told this).I tried to relax and not watch the pedicure, but when the technician said she was ready to apply polish I looked at my toes. They were unevenly filed, irregularly shaped and far worse, there was still dirt under half of my toenails. I do nothing to make my feet unusually dirty, it’s just the kind of “toe dirt” technicians easily and always in my experience remove. When I pointed this out to the technician and she started to argue as to why she could not do it and then I said I would clean under my toenails myself. This prompted her to make an attempt to clean my toes, but it was a minimal effort and incomplete. The polish was also applied poorly and unevenly.The Manicure: I tried a dip manicure for the first time as it is long lasting and the ones I have seen look very nice. The nail shape was fine. My cuticles were bad (still are) but the technician didn’t touch them. When I asked her if she was going to trim my cuticles I was told it was not necessary since the buffing process would do the same thing. It didn’t. As with my toes she did not clean the debris that builds up under the nails. I had specified the color I wanted, like my toes, a translucent white/pink. She picked out a white powder and when I asked if that was too white I was told it would have a similar appearance to my toes, (of course not exactly the same). My fingernails came out white white, like the white used in a French manicure, horrible. The process took so long that I did not have time to get it fixed. And the polish was uneven around the edges, which usually the technician corrects as they go and then after. I pointed this out to her but she said it was fine. And the price was high for the dip, $42 but I willing to splurge since it last long.II had to get my nails redone today, I do not consider myself a vain person, but they were atrocious looking, so bad that it was actually comical. As I was leaving another customer was complaining about her gel manicure.So I’m summary DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON

I have never had such a bad eyebrow waxing experience. The woman spent a total of 30 seconds waxing my eyebrows before she declared them done. Didn’t go back in with tweezers to clean up the rough wax job and didn’t apply any kind of soothing/cooling gel after the hot wax. So I still have half a unibrow and a bunch of stray hairs and now a burn from the wax. I’ll never go back.

I live about an hour away and i am willing to drive to this place. Ive had the best experience, and have been in love with my nails every time. Vivian is the best!! But Im pretty sure regardless who you get youll get the best experience. So worth the drive and the money!!

Very good nails but their time management is off. Walkins and appointments. I was a walk in and they started my nails and then just left me with tin foil on my nails for over an hour. I finally left. They didnt charge me but it was beyond frustrating

Brand new nail salon next to 7-11 and a small hair salon. Easy location with good parking. The ladies working here are super friendly and have a great selection of polishes and gels. I am always asked what I would like to watch on tv and then allowed to relax for the time I am there. It is a quiet spot and everyone is friendly and organized. They take reservations but I have never needed one, only had to wait a few minutes one time. Prices are reasonable for the area and worth it.

Owner and staff are very friendly. Beautiful gel pedicure, BUT my manicure was one hand soaked for 20 minutes, the other for 2 minutes then poor job on cuticle trim because didnt soak long enough. No buffing no other process on my manicure other than gel polish. Happy with pedicure, not with gel manicure. If Im going to pay $90 for a mani/pedi i would like to be happy with both.

I got a dip done here and the Woman didn’t put on a base coat. I questioned her and she said i didn’t need it....I let it go because it was the first time there in every salon has their own processes. I got my nails done on Monday and by Friday two of my nails have the dip coming off. I went in and they questioned if I was even at the salon which was aggravating but I did get my nails fixed. It has been a total of eight days and now two more nails have the depth coming off. My nails are not broken it’s the actual dip polish coming off the nails which I have never experienced before. It’s the worst nail job I’ve had in a long time and I will never go back here.

The nails you get for your wedding day should not make you want to cry but these sure did. I had my nails done once before here and they were all right. I thought the shape might be off a little but overall okay. I should have gone with my instincts. I got a set of acrylics put on and I thought I was asked to do an average length but once she started cutting there was barely a quarter of an inch past my nails. Then when she shaped them they turned out lopsided and not even the same lengths. Even the top coat was not put on well I can see where it did cover the whole nail. They don’t even cover my whole nail! I’ve never been more upset after getting my nails done!

This place has gone way down. All the good manicurists have left. High turnover rate. They never are on time for appointments and will keep you waiting a half hour, so why bother making an appointment! Terrible

Loved my gel manicure. However, got my eyebrows waxed and the lady burnt my skin! I went back after it started to swell up and sting all under one eyebrow, and she said I just have sensitive skin, which I don’t believe. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed multiple times and this hadn’t happened. She didn’t blow on the wax to cool it down! Didn’t get my money back. All I got was excuses and she put the blame on my skin.. ok... only giving it a 3 because my gel manicure was nice.

I have NEVER experienced such TERRIBLE service at a nail salon in my life. I am so upset. I live an hour away in RI and came here with my sister. We waited one hour until they started serving us after they told us it’d only be a few minutes. After expressing our frustration, I apologized to them and let them know we were upset that we’ve been waiting one hour and that I live an hour away and have work in the morning. This women then has the nerve to tell me I DID NOT wait an hour; calling me a liar. I did not receive on apology. All we asked was that if it were an hour wait that we were at least told. I will be writing a review about this horrible establishment every where I possibly can.

Nail technician was superb- Susan is highly talented! Shop needs upgrading as wires and extension cords were everywhere. Constant buzzing of a nuisance fly. Was not relaxing at all. Customer service poor from greeting at the door, focusing on you as a customer. Lots of chatter among the other nail technicians. Tech table was bit dusty, no big deal, however overall feeling of an unclean environment.Decir inconsistent and choppy. Dont know if I will visit again! I think Susan is the best technician Ive ever been - KUDOS!

Do NOT come to this place...1) I came for a gel french manicure and regular french pedicure 5/2/18. I had a new girl (I forget her name) and she just started a few days ago. I think they need to train their employees better because she did not file my nails straight, it was crooked. I had to keep asking her to fix it. Even painting the french portion on my nails was crooked as well. I was really unhappy with the service.2) I went on their website to book an appointment with a different girl. I went in for powder dip on 5/20/18. I told them I had and appointment, then the same girl that did my nails last time did my nails even though I made an appointment with someone else...I picked Kiarasky brand (it was a light pink). While she was buffing the powder to make it even, she cut me with the tool and 2 of my fingers. She was on her 3rd coat (already 45 mins in) when the nail tech (Julie) next to us said something to her Vietnamese. Then my nail tech told me that she has to take the powder off because that particular color clients have complained about chipping within days. They apologized and had me pick an OPI color. Julie took over and straighten my nails which the new girl still could not master yet... I thought they would offer me a discount for A) cutting me 2) taking 2 hrs of my time3) So 6/7/18 I went to a different salon. After they took off the powder dip i notice a weird discoloration in 2 of my nails. I asked the nail tech what it was and they were horrified and said nail fungus. I said how did that happen? They said A) the salon I went before could have been dirty. Using equipment they used on one client and then used the same equipment on me without sterilizing it 1st. OR B) they did a bad job w putting the powder dip on causing it to lift and allowing water to seep in and causing the nail fungus. I was horrified...So please do NOT come to this salon, unless you want to get cut, get your time wasted, and get NAIL FUNGUS!

First time experience was awesome. My gel mani actually last 2.5 weeks. Planning on going back so stay tuned....

I came here because of the reviews.. was greated once I walked in by Cindy very nice lady. I got the dip powder which cost $40 price is fair but they dont know how to apply the dip... I should have know once another customer walked in and said her nails chipped and she also got the dip powder done. With in 2 days it chipped and my nail is starting to seperate from the dip with in 4 days.. I went back in about the chipped polish and the owner (I believe that who she is bc she always at the register and no one else) Fix the 2 nails with no apology and an attitude.. This is my 4th location looking for the best nail salon that does dip power and this one is the worst. Im giving them 2 stars bc of the fast service, the look of the nail salon, Cindy kindness, the stars went down do to the nail treatment. Bad product, bad application. Ladies so you know their is a base dip and a color dip there is a total of 4 times your finger should be dipped and the application if done right should last 3-4 weeks ....
