In desperate need of a good pedicure and I found my new place! Nail Studio in Dedham is FIRST CLASS!! Ive patroned many places and I was treated with consideration, care and respect. They went above and beyond and this is just how they do business. True professionals. Jackson brought my tired feet back to life. A single mom doesnt get much time to herself so this was a treat. They also got us in without an appointment. I was able to enjoy this experience with my daughter whos young and they made a very shy girl comfortable and I was ever so grateful. From now on... Its NAIL STUDIO for me and my girl!! Thank you Jackson and Amy we appreciate you both.

My friend and I did not have appointments but were able to walk in and were greeted right away. The staff were excellent- friendly and very professional. The Deluxe Pedicure was a perfect addition to our “treat-yo-self” day and I highly recommend! 10/10 would come again. Thank you!!

This salon is amazing. It is my daughter and my favorite place to go to be pampered. It is clean, the staff is outstanding, amazing color selection, they offer so many services. I can’t say enough great things! We always look forward to our appointments.

I came here for the first time and was 15 min late which I felt badly about. They did not make me feel bad or rushed at all! I got the organic spa pedicure because it has been so long since I got one and it was absolutely amazing. My feet and legs feel so soft and it was really relaxing to the point where I dozed off in the chair. They have massage chairs and play soothing music which really added to the experience. I also appreciated the complimentary waters. Being new to the area i think this may be my spot for pedicures!

I really love this nail salon. I was never someone who got manicures until a few weeks ago and now I’m hooked! It is clean, the staff is friendly, great color selection, I never have to wait (and can often be taken early), and my nails always look amazing. I highly recommend Nails Studio!!

It is a beautiful and clean space with a variety of colors to choose from (dip, gel, and regular). There’s a pedicure menu to select from, and none have disappointed!Make sure to call and schedule a day of a pampering!

I went there without an appoinmemt after being turned down by 2 other places. They asked if it would be ok if they did both my manicure and pedicure at the same time, I said it was even better. Did they such a great job in about 30 minutes I was done, but they did not rush and did half as good. I kept observing how although they had customers coming in that had appoinmemts, they took the time to talk to me, to even massage my legs with hot stones! I was truly impressed by they care and efficiency. Thank you!

Unfortunately no attention to detail and feet were very scratchy and dry coming out. Callouses still there. Not going back.

Been coming here for a few years. The gel manicures always last a few weeks before peeling and they always make time for you. Love this place!

HORRIBLE. I asked for an ombré look very simple. One of the technicians couldn’t do it so someone else had to wait for my technician to do it. my ombré came out as TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. Nails were thick and bulky and it was over priced. I came in for a refill and had to pay 60. At the previous nail salon i went to I paid 60 for a full set GEL and pedicure. DON’T RECOMMEND if your going for a complex look. (Like ombré)

I love Nails Studio! This is my usual place, some girlfriends and I frequently get pedicures and manicures here. The place is very clean, they have comfy chairs, nice environment and the ladies are so kind and friendly. The candy bowl by the door doesnt hurt either :)Its a busy salon, they do take walk-ins as well as appointments over the phone. Just remember to come in and relax, be flexible.This place is busy for a reason - they do good work and the prices are great.

Staff is great I use to live in Dedham now move to Mansfield I still go to that nail salon because closer to my job and never received a bad service.

Everyone is super sweet here! When I was accidentally charged the wrong amount, they were quick to call me. Service was so great, I had them add the extra amount to the girl’s tips. Definitely will be back!

I went here for the first time after trying many nail salons in town. I went mid day Wednesday and was able to be seated immediately. It was recently renovated and was so clean, nice ambiance and spacious. I asked for a gel manicure and Kathy did an amazing job! She helped me pick out a great color.No one has ever made my nails look this good before. Great gel color options too!I highly recommend to anyone this salon and Kathy will definitely take care of your beauty needs.

I have been going to Chi for years! The shop is ALWAYS clean and everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Wouldnt go anywhere else, very happy w Nail Studio!!!

Andy my nail tech was so nice and gentle. They got me in on time and got me out within the hour since I had previously dip and had to wait for them to soak. My nails look gorgeous! Can not wait to come back for my next services. I am perfectionist and highly recommend!!

I have been here 3 times now so I definitely give it a fair assessment, and I love it here! I loved the space, it was clean, bright and modern. Anna was my tech and she was great! All of the techs were friendly and helpful. Price is equal with surrounding salons but the environment is was makes this place my new go to.

I got an appt very quickly, I expected to feel out of place since I had never been here before but it was the complete opposite . I never felt more relaxed and liked. I cant stop looking at my nails. The technician fixed someone elses horrible shapes and mistakes and I cant wait to go back. Plus I got my eyebrows waxed for the 1st time in about a year,and Im usually very picky with how i want them. I love the work she did . I will definitely be going back when Im due. Prices are cheaper then alot of other places too .... recommend this place big time!

Came here because of the great reviews. The customer service was great but the quality of my nails were mediocre. Definitely could’ve been done a lot neater and cleaner. First and last time

Thao is the best. She did a wonderful job on my nails. I always stuck between colors and she helped make up mind, she also listened to the fact that I wanted to keep my nails as long as possible as Im trying to grow them out.Absolutely love this place. The salon is small, clean and the techs are friendly! They always offer you water, soda and snacks. I highly recommend this location.

I went to Nails Studio for the 1st time last week for a gel mani and I love it :)Sanitary packaging on tools, salon itself is well taken care of (no chipping paint or dusty corners!This place is kind of busy, so make sure you make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome and its easy to make an appointment online, cards accepted, friendly conversation but not overly talkative .GO HERE and tell a friend!

I have frequented nearly all the nail salons in the area and this is the best. Clean facility. Friendly and efficient service. Excellent price for the value. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

This place is small and amazing! To start, I have never been to a salon with so many powder dip colors; I mean more than 200 colors! The staff was exponentially friendly! They treated my nails with care and did not over drill them! Doesnt matter who I see, Ive always had a good experience there. That being said I have zero complaints and only compliments.Would definitely recommend and will come back.

The hot stone massage is terrific. Its luxurious when you want luxury, but if you tell them you are in a hurry they can get you in and out for a manicure/pedicure in an hour. Its my favorite place to get my nails done.

I have been going to Nails Studio for around 4 months now and couldnt be happier! The place itself is spotless, and very relaxing atmosphere. Anna, Thao, Nikki and Kathy do an outstanding job. I have never received so many complements on the color of my nails.If you have not tried Nail Studio, you should! It will be hard to go elsewhere after experiencing this salon. Having tried dip nails here for couple times. I can honestly say this place does an amazing job. My first dip mani wouldve lasted 3-4 weeks if I didnt get tired of the color.Also they have TONS and TONS of colors from OPI, SNS, Essie. So youll have plenty to pick from!They are perfectionists and friendly. They took the time necessary to make sure I was satisfied! Ill definitely be back

I love this salon! I have been going here since it opened, and I have always received exceptional service. I live a half hours drive away, but it is worth the trip. No other salon matches Nail Studio in the services and personal attention that its staff provides.The salon is modern with a peaceful ambience more suited to Newbury Street than Dedham Square. The hot stone massages are phenomenal. You can even get a neck and shoulder massage while your nails dry! The entire process is very relaxing and therapeutic. They also do waxing and facials.I highly recommend Nail Studio. I told some friends about it, and they are now regular customers, as well.

I went using a Groupon and thought it was OK. I didnt have the best manicure, but the pedicure was great. The space is clean and inviting and the staff was friendly. I felt like I had slightly different service than the regulars there. I wasnt in a hurry but had been there for awhile. 2 nails smudged before I got home which usually means they werent dry. In about 4 days it was getting chipped and looking grown out. I think the polish wasnt even and I think the topcoat wasnt even enough. It seems to last longer when I cheaply do my own nails.I probably wouldnt go back. I dont think they were simply fulfilling their groupon commitments since they wanted me to book my next appointment. It is a good option for a last minute appointment, but others in the area have been better. .
