Appt was at 10:30, around 11a the owner arrived. Before he even greeted his customers (there were others waiting), he argued in the parking lot with another gentleman for at least 5 minutes. I questioned the lateness, and was told to ‘never question a black man with a gray beard’ & the reason he went into business for himself is because he ‘didn’t want to answer to anyone else’. Initially I assumed he was trying to make a bad joke. I was told it would take two hours, they called me around 4 (5 hours later) and I wasn’t pleased with the job. The employee seemed very agreeable and was trying to correct the mistakes. He removed a portion of the tint and tried to remove bubbles. After another hour later, the owner became irate when I told him I was still not pleased. He told me I just needed to be ‘quiet and listen for once’. I informed him that this was not a an acceptable way to speak to a customer. He proceeded to rip the tint off and stated that he didn’t need my business. That’s he’s an ‘alpha male’. Horrible customer service. Will never return nor recommend. Zero stars.

The tinting is reasonable, however the appointment is never on schedule. I had an appointment at 12:00 P.M. on a Friday. They did not start on my car until around 2;00 P.M. Whats the point on making an appointment if the service is not done in the time frame. I can understand perhaps 30 minutes to an hour behind. But two hours, go figure!

This is my new spot! Dewayne and his family are charming and honest! Ive spent some time here with them while they fixed up my awful tint job. I felt relaxed and at home and we had great conversations. They did a clean and thorough job. Support black and locally owned businesses! Ive been screwed over by so many shops in Atlanta, and this is the first honest place Ive been to and I plan on sending everyone I know who needs detailing and tint work here! Also, I will say the wait is worth it! They really are working hard, I suggest bringing a book and a positive attitude and the wait will go by fine..

The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I will never recommend anyone to them!!!!!!. They lie to you about how they will take care of situations, and when they get confronted about the situation. They get mad like its the customers fault!!!!! I will never support their business again!!!!!

Professional, Excellent work, and Good People!

My boyfriend went to this place to get tint on his Dodge. A day later, he noticed that the tint was bubbling on the back. He returned to get it fixed only to wait a long time and like apparently many other people be asked to come back another day cause hes busy. My boyfriend made the third trip there, only to be told to leave again for a couple of hours and hed be called when the guy was done with two other cars. He never received a call but went back anyway, just to find that both cars were done and now the guy was working on a truck and never called him back. So hes currently sitting there now, still waiting, while somebodys nephew comes to help. Were talking now a total of 4 trips and many many hours. Seems like this business is losing sight of the value of its customers and the loyal people of this community that continue to try to work with them... shameful

Dropped my car off at 10:30 and I had to call at 4pm and was then informed that I could come and get my car. Once I got my car I noticed dash lights on (which none were on previous to me bringing the car) they then told me my car battery had died and they had to jump it. Which means they just had my car running the entire time they worked on it. The manger (lady) then comes and says o it’ll be ok and completely dismissed my concerns. Would not recommend.

EXTREMELY long service. I arrived at 11am and was told it would around 3pm so I got food multiple times and waited. My car wasn’t pulled for tint until 7pm and even then my process was long because in the middle of it, he stopped to parley and do another truck. My boyfriend talked so highly of this place and I’m disappointed. We even skipped another business because he bragged on this place. I’m pregnant and sat in a car all day expecting a 2 hour process and it took so much longer. I didn’t get my car back until almost 11pm. Then my tint has bubbles and scratches. This has me so upset. Worse $180 EVER spent and I was bringing another car. I’m good.

This was my first time here I only came because of the good reviews I seen on the web but I got here at 12:53 pm and it stated that yall open at 1:00 I called both numbers and the cell number a guy answer told me someone will be there and now its 1:42 still nobody. Its alot of cars here waiting for the service I really wanted to give yall a chance especially my black community but this is why we cant support each others due to poor service

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!They fluctuate the prices for the services offered...Tell you one thing, but then say another. They do not communicate in full details about the services offered; they expect you (first-time customers) to already know.The wait time is extremely long. I waited almost six hours for the tint job to be completed. They like to stop and talk while performing services on your vehicle. They will stop work on one vehicle and begin work on another vehicle (disregarding the customer’s extensive wait time), and allow other customers who arrived after you to skip the line.To add, they left my car switch turned on for a long period of time, causing my car battery to weaken. My car was completely fine before letting them perform services on it. Once I got my car back, it started doing weird things on it’s on and acting like it wanted to shut off on me (never had mechanical or technical problems with my car EVER). I ended up taking my car to the parts store down the street and was told I had to replace my entire car battery (extra money out of pocket).The tint job done to my car was rushed because all of the film was not smoothed out (not even talking about the air bubbles). After I let the tint dry for two days, I tried to go back to get the mistakes fixed, but the ‘’owner’’ had a problem with me returning; Instead of modifying the issue, he ridiculed me, asked me to come back later/next day (even after I waited almost two hours for the modification), and he then resumed to offer to remove my tint and issue me a refund.When businesses claim to be ‘’professional’’, they should not have to argue with the customer, especially a PAYING customer! Right is right, and wrong is wrong.

I have been going there for years. My daughter took her car there and some guy did the worst job every on her car. Went up there twice and the owner wasnt there. I finally went up there and the owner DeWayne told me to bring the car that Monday at 9:00 am, well you know the story! I sat there until 10:00 am and he didnt reply to my texts or return any of my calls. One of his workers came and retrieved the keys. I returned at 5:30pm, they removed the bad tint and havent even started putting on the new tint. I old DeWayne to return my money and his service was unacceptable. DONT GO THERE!!!! Too many other reputable tinting companies in our area that we should support.

Every time I purchase a new car, I always go up to the Hunt Brothers to let them Tint my Windows. They do an excellent job every time. Never fails!!!! Love em!!

I have heard many good things about the business so I decided to try. The first time I went they were very busy and couldn’t handle any more work which is understandable. I asked the guy about Sunday and he said they will be there at 12 and it is first come first serve so I arrived at 1145 and waited until 1230 before I left. I called both numbers listed and left a voicemail and to this day have yet to get a call back. I hate that I did not get to witness their works first hand but now have to move to someone that can accommodate my vehicles in a timely and professional manner.

Had my tints done on 1/26/18 and I love them! They look great on my car, the price was reasonable, they were done in a timely manner and the staff was awesome! I have and will continue to recommend them to others..

These folks are the BEST! Very professional from start to finish! I needed my tint done within a certain window of time due to my work schedule & they accomidated my needs completely. Tint looks FANTASTIC & I was very pleased with the price as well! Good people-I will be a customer for life!

Absolutely the best service on the Eastside! Mr.Dwayne is great, did an awesome job on my tint and has some of the greatest prices that I have shopped in Atlanta. Btw he opens up at 8:30 until 6pm. He’ll take care and give you a good southern education.

They have done the tint on almost every car I’ve purchased since I was 16 with my first car. I was living in Stone Mountain decatur area then. I drive to the Eastside now just for them to do the tint on my car. I know I’m getting quality tint and it won’t turn purple or other colors in less than a year and the price is always right! Just got a new car and will be back within the week
