Robert was great, he made time for me on sunday and had my whole car tinted in 30 min.

Needed my windows tinted ASAP. I walked in conveniently didn’t need an appointment and was able to get my windows tinted then and there. Not a lot of people hanging around, friendly and fast service. Also indoors with seating area in office. In and out in 1 hour. Professional work.

Rob is very unprofessional. My window tint was not done properly. There was bubbles, cuts in tint, tint wasnt cut even, and was peeling the next day. I called him to correct the problem. He stated he dont do rework on the weekends and to come back doing the week. Very inconvenience to the customer. I had the get someone to take my car to Rob on a monday to correct the issue. Issue still wasnt corrected. He fixed the window that was peeling but not the window tint with the bubbles and cuts. Poor customer service and i will not refer anyone to this company. If i could do a 0 and the building is not suitable to operate a business and have customers inside of it. Stay away from this place.

This place is nothing but a waist of time! We called on Wednesday to get pricing and asked to come in Saturday. We were told to call back Friday to confirm. Called Friday and were told its cool just come whenever. Get there Saturday and talk to moon he said its cool just got two cars to finish ahead of us. Nothing but 2 minutes later he comes back and says he has something he has to go do and to come back Sunday. Its 230 on Saturday!This is beyond ridiculous!Oh and no we wont be going back.

I had my 2016 BMW tinted here recently. I am a returning customer and also had my 2016 Toyota Corolla tinted here. Fast and great service.

I called and spoke with the Tint man and he told me to come on even as a walk in and last minute appointment. Upon arrival he was very nice and a peoples person. He did a GREAT job fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was told to return in 1hr, upon return my car wasnt finish, I then start inspecting the work done and I saw improper installation so I showed them and they had to redo it all over. My car took approximately 7hrs before they called me to uplift it for the second time, I then saw improper installing again, upon that they raised the charges that I was told at the beginning. I strongly dont recommend using them.

Went in and Rob took care of me right away. The job was 100% professional and Im very picky. Waited the amount of time that he suggested and the results were masterful. Thank you Rob, Ill be bringing my mother in laws car in next. Superb work done by a Master Tinter.

I do not recommend anyone bringing their investment to this establishment. His 30 year experience that he claims he has in the business does not show for the work that he advertises. I will be seeing you in court Robert Moon for the refund and damages you made and refuse to render. Buyers stay far far away. He lacks integrity and take takes no accountability for his work. In the end he will make promises he won’t keep and will tell you he will give you a refund if the job is done better elsewhere but guess what that’s a lie also. I had my tint work fixed by TK Professional window tinting crew located on memorial drive and they did a phenomenal job they also reattached my rear light inside that Robert purposely left hanging and pointed out to me that Robert left scratches in the actual glass of my brand new car! Please whatever you all do don’t pour your money into this crook. He will lie and cheat you, you’ve been warned.

Lets start with the cons: The estimated wait times are inaccurate. Add an extra hour or 90min to the time youre given. Also they do not accept cards. Only cash, cashapp, or paypal.However, the tint job looks very nice on my car.The vehicle is pulled into the building, so you dont have to wait in the elements or a cold garage. I will definitely refer them to friends and family.

I called before I drove there and I specifically asked if they do walk-ins and the answer was yes. When I got there I had to ask like 3 times “do you work here” finally a guy answered and said said to the guy in the dead locs mine you the guy with the dread locs was outside acting all clueless. Waste of my time driving there .

So far so good!I called Robert up because I found out I can leave work a little early. He said to come thru. When I came, he drove it in an actual office building and did the tint while you can sit and view his work. His work was quick and very professional. The only con imo is that he doesnt have different tint options like other companies but that isnt a biggie. I know that if anything went wrong with the tint, I can go back and he will fix it. Oh and the prices are very reasonable compared to the other tint places where they think they are the only tint place in town.

I brought my brand new 2020 in and they dirted up the inside and outside of my car there are bubbles in my tint some of the windows arent all the way covered up I have to take my car somewhere else to get tint removed and replaced I feel like Ive lost all the way around I spent 160$ and had to take my one day old car to be cleaned windows are nasty cant see through back window or passenger door dont recommend
