Hands down the best tire shop in San Diego county!! We got stuck in a very rough situation with a flat tire on a truck trail in Ramona. I was not able to get a spare on due to the rental company not giving us a key for a lock bold on the tire. We had multiple tow companys cancel on us and we were stranded for 6 hours. They sent their tech with a service truck to help save the day right as it started to get dark. I so thankful for the tech who decided to bring a heavy truck onto the trail. It was not an easy dirt road... By the way this was past their closer time on a friday afternoon/ evening! Thank you all so much!! I will be coming up from San Diego now whenever I need tires... These guys care!!!

Went in to get a price quote for tires. I was sold on the tires because they could put them on within 30 minutes. Only one thing, they put a different tire on my car. It was the same warranty miles and same price. So far they are good.

Brought some tires a couple months ago for my trailer. Recently went out to use the trailer and found a burst sidewall. Thought it was a tire defect do I took it in. They showed me where something had hit the sidewall causing the damage. Could have made me pay for another tire at full price, but the owner came out and offered to replace it at his cost. Saved me about $45.Only bummer is they dont offer road hazard on any of their tires.

These guys are simply the best! One time I got a flat tire with my elderly parents who both use walkers . We called them and they not only came right to our location within twenty minutes, they changed the tire with my parents in the car. So sweet and appreciated. Great experience! Got a flat tire on my way home to Julian, this place was recommended by the tow truck driver who helped put the donut on my car. This place had very reasonably priced tires, and they got the new ones put on quickly.

Unsatisfactory products and service. Staff was much less knowledgeable then I thought or expected.I needed tires and bearings done for a cross country trip. I explained this to them and left the recommendations in their hands as I felt they should be the tire pros. Big mistake. I was sold tires that were not highway legal per the comment of an police officer. I tried to go back and was turned away because they could not help me in English at the time I arrived. I went to Rons down the road and they fully took care of me. Tires cost less, were more heavy duty, and highway legal. Bonus was that everyone onsite could communicate with me so I wasnt shuffled from person to person. Found out at this time the bearings were far too loose and not greased enough. They fixed this without additional.cost or trouble on my part. When I called Canelos to see about returning the tires they refused as I purchased something somewhere else instead of having them do the work. Funny thing is these were the only tires in stock at the time while Rons had exactly what I needed. Buyer beware at this shop.

The young man helping me jumped right to fixing my tire and wasnt put out that I kept them over 30 minutes.
