This place has to many feral cats that have invested this complex because the people keep feeding them. In addition, some dog owners dont pick up after their dog(s) when walking them. We looked to find a smaller apartment and at let me tell you - these are perfect. Teaches you to maximize your space. The one thing we absolutely love about this apartment complex is the maintenance staff. They are by far the friendliest and kindest people we have met here at this complex. They do a great job with whatever needs fixing and are always seen around with a smile on their face! Big thank you to Glen for everything hes done for us! ❤❤❤

We moved in last November. The staff was quick and efficient with setting us up in our apartment. We also adopted a dog a month after we moved in, and they were kind and helpful with setting us up to add the dog to our account information. Finally, the maintenance staff has some of the nicest people on earth. They do great work and always have a smile on their face! Great apartments for 1-2 people needing a quiet little place to live.

Just moved in recently, the complex is among the cleanest in town. Wonderful staff, hard working maintenance, great amenities and a great community. 5 stars isnt enough. We love living here. Everything is closer we’ve only been here a couple weeks and it’s such a great place. The environment is family friendly! It feels like home and not just a regular apartment complex. The staff is great!

I have recently moved into the Oasis apartments and it has been a wonderful experience. There may have been some improvements needed but the staff here is very responsive and are always willing to fix the issue. I really enjoy were the apartment complex is located. Very close to the highway and right behind a plaza with a Publix and small restaurants. The apartment we own is small but is perfect for our needs. It was fun having to be creative with the space and it turned out great!

I have lived here for over six months now, and I have had nothing but great experiences. The pool is a great place to hang out in the sun. Doggie bags are conveniently placed by the buildings with waste bins. The maintenance staff is some of the nicest people I have ever met and they thoroughly care about their job and the people here.Its a great apartment for people looking for a laid back one bedroom apartment!

I went to see the apartment couple of days back. Guys I would not recommend you to even talk to the folks in the leasing office. They were too rude.Also, dont go with the model house. Atleast look 2-3 houses and then take a decision. They would say they don’t have any apartment to show, but make sure you look couple apartments.0 out of 5star

The Oasis is a solid complex. Staff is always courteous and professional. Close to international Speedway and Port Orange for shopping and 95 is right down the road. Great experience so far.

We just moved in April 1st. This is our very first home. We went on March 30th to talk about everything and BAM we where already signing paperwork. This is a great neighborhood close to everyone and everything not to far and amazing staff that works here. I’m here to say I’m very happy with me and my fiancé choice and proud to call this our new home!

Rachel in the office has been super sweet and helpful and Glenn in maintenance is fantastic! Very timely and responsive on all issues and pleasent to deal with.

I’ve been here for a few months now and I can honestly say that for my first apartment ever with the oasis, it’s been a great experience for me and my gf. Mariah has been very polite, kind, and responsive to our questions and was very patient with us and kindly explained to us things we didn’t quite understand. Overall, I can honestly say that I would definitely recommend my friends and family to move here.

Illegally violating lease agreements by attempting to raise rates in the middle of lease. The new company that took over is awful. Apartments themselves are fine, although a bit dated if you have one that hasnt been updated. However, I would stay away due to the new management ILLEGALLY attempting to raise rates during the lease in which it clearly states that they cannot do so as per paragraphs 10, 15, and 18.

The guys were great. Respectful, and polite. Very professional. They are within 24 hours and get the job done and leave their work area clean! Love these guys!

The appartment complex is safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. If you have any questions comments or concerns there is a leasing agent by the name of Edwin Rivera. He’s very kind, understanding, professional, and swift in his delivery. I would recommend this cite to anyone.

The grounds are impeccable, the units are cozy, and the staff are extremely kind! I never do reviews normally but this establishment deserves it and has really inspired me to start.

In the 11 months that I have lived here it has been nothing but issues. After living here for a week the ac broke and began flooding our kitchen area. It took maintenance a week before anyone came to look at it. They proceeded to cut a hole in the ceiling to fix it and covered it with a plastic bag for 3 months before FINALLY repairing the hole in the wall with dry wall. About two weeks after that the fan above the oven broke and they came out 4 times to fix and it is STILL broken. I gave up on that ever getting fixed. Tonight is the last straw. I began washing dishes to find out we have no hot water. When I called the emergency maintenance phone # he told me they are aware that the boiler is broken and he has no idea how long till they fix it because they company they use normally takes awhile. I get that issues happen but this is ridiculous! I definitely will not be staying here once my lease is up. Good luck to anyone else!!

Visited family while we were visiting. Parking is very limited and the parking spaces are very small. The town homes are very spacious and somewhat modern. Depending on where you live will depend on if you have to deal with noise from the busy road that runs along side of this complex.

Live there when the prices were good theyre not so good now with their price.

Dont be fool by looks of apartment and staff. They will try to talk into you very nice and polite first but once you start living here for months, their attitudes towards you will change completely. Rude and forgetful.They will take forever to fix any problems. 4 biggest problems living in here is dog poop is everywhere, AC Problems come up here and there once a while such as leaking, scheduling with maintenance (they dont show up on the day or time, sometime very random) and molding problem in bathroom and AC ceiling area

Terrible apartment complex. Gabe always seems to have an attitude when visiting him about an issue or question. Maintenance requests usually take a month to get fulfilled unless you go directly to Carl. He is the only employee i can compliment at this place. Roaches and pests tend to pop up due to the filthy neighbors. Also be sure to lock up your car and use a u-bolt lock if you have a bike. The crime in this area is ridiculous.

There are better places to live

Management is shady and terrible. They lie to get you in and then never follow through. apartments are small and very cheaply done. Everything falls apart. The carpets stink of mold and the air conditioning is water cooled for the entire building which means you can smell everything your neighbors cook and exhale. Seriously, they make it sounds awesome until the lease is signed and then screw you after. Stay away from McKinley properties and their Community manager Jennifer. Terrible business practices.

I have been living in the complex for about two months no problems until now this company is lairs they are racist Jennifer the manager shouldnt be a manager she dont know how to speak to people just rude and I wouldnt recommend anyone live here if your black I asked for the company corporate office number and they basically gave me a automatic service they dont care about tenants. My dog wasnt approved because i was black but they said because it was a pitbull five mins after I watched a white male walk from his apartment with a pitbull and said it was a pitbull but his dog was approved. SMH Dont Live Here . Save Your Money
