I had a very positive experience with Mark Casel. He listened carefully to my needs regarding the property I was selling and the sensitivity of the tenants that were in place. In the end things worked out beautifully for all parties involved including myself and in very little time my condo was sold and all the numbers shared initially were exactly what he promised. He went above and beyond and all aspects of this transaction. I would highly recommend Marc to anyone selling their property. All of this occurred with me out of town and the communication was timely and excellent

It seems that many of these positive reviews may be propagated by inside sources/staff at Mary Lynn. Check out the negative posts that received many thumbs up! Thats likely a much more credible indicator!

Rude aggressive staff. Mary Lynn showed up unannounced for a city inspection at 8am. My wife and I were sleeping at the time. After one knock at our door used her key to enter the house and then had the audacity to walk down the hall and into the master bedroom. Neither of us were dressed and the crazy old coot tried to insist they were still going through with the inspection. This was the second time she barged in while we were home without waiting for us to answer the door.After 6 years of leasing, we moved out. They did a walkthrough of our house and said it was in good condition and we would be getting our deposit back. We reached out multiple times and were given the run around. Eventually we picked up a check at the post office for a fraction of the amount owed. This was claimed to be a mistake and we were told that it would be rectified but four months later have yet to see a dime.So glad to no longer be associated with these rude aggressive pompous people. Can’t believe they still have a business and not a cell.DO NOT RENT FROM MARY LYNN REALTY!

Unfortunately our experience with their realtors was not helpful. We used their Management on a rental for about 3 yrs. When we decided to sell we of course honored our contract to use them.The agent put the sale price way too high for tge neighborhood which we did point outAfter a month my husband went up ( we live 3 hrs away ) and there were some repairs and the yard needed clean up. So..we trusted them to take care of those things and the price was lowered at that time.Here we are 3 mo. Later...no offers so we had another realtor go in to see what was going on. Well.. The repairs were never done and the front door was ruined along with the stove was disgusting! The house never should have been shown in that condition!! When we called to point the issues out, they would say they would take care of it but obviously we would find out they did not. We immediately canceled our contract with them! Beware and check up on them before you sign up!! Very disappointing! There kept our cleaning deposit too! Now we have to spend extra $$$ to fix it up and put on the market again!!Mary Lynn should not be so trusting of her in law agents.

I have been renting from Mary Lynn reality for couple months now. They are polite, helpful, understanding, and professional. I have not had a single problem. I am glad I found them and was about to rent our apartment which we love everything about.

Every employee there are unpleasant nasty individuals. They treat you like you are an annoyance. And forget the fact that if somthing breaks you will have to hound them to come and fix it for a month and then when they finally do send someone they have no idea what there doing and whatever they fix literally breaks again when the walk out the door. Its crazy. And yea just write off your deposit. Wish I would have went with a reputable place. I was warned and didnt listen. Dont make the same mistake

We called on a house to rent and they were very pleasant on the phone and told us our service dog would not be a problem. Told us to come down to the office to pick up a key to see the house. As soon as we walked in the office everyone played dumb and had no idea what we were talking about. My best guess is we were instantly judged based on our appearence. We are hard working people who can build the damn house for you. This is the worse discrimination Ive encountered in a long time. Oh yeah Im white !!

Mary Lynn... When I first met her she was very professional and appeared kind and very relaxed. Awesome! Showed us places available to move in very soon with my roommates since we needed a new place ASAP! Which was nice. So we got a place and it all goes downhill from there. My other two roommates and myself lived there for a year. Didnt really fuss about little details in the house because we didnt think it would impact us quite like it did. For one, she told us our a/c unit was controlled or powered by the sprinkler system (weird but okay) apparently we were grandfathered in and didnt have to pay for the sprinkle water for that which seemed cool. Anyways, it was not!! That system made our electricity 3x higher than it should have been!! We had our place set to 78 in the summer and each month our electric was 350-400$!!! Completely bizarre and awful!! Keep in mind this house was single floor and about maybe 1500 square feet. Too expensive for electricity but we just ended up not using a/c for the remainder of the lease and our electric bill was around 70-80 per month after that.. So when we moved out I was the last and was stuck as clean up crew. Which was whatever to me because I am good at cleaning. So, I cleaned the whole place head to toe and have pictures you can reference. Since I was last to leave I went to turn in the keys and such and due to time constraints could not do the walk through with Mary Lynn. MISTAKE ON MY PART. When I got the deposit back she took nearly a THIRD of all my roommates and my money for things that my roommates and I decided were not a problem when we moved in and left as is!! Mistake on our part and I wish I was there to correct her. Anyways, we had one room that was carpet and I rented a carpet cleaner for that and sent her a copy of the receipt and STILL got our deposit taken away for cleaning. Please do look at the pictures I took of everything. A third of our deposit was taken away and was not justified. Before signing the lease I specifically remember Mary Lynn saying she gives back most or majority of deposit when lease is up. LIES. LIES. LIES. Look at my pictures and her comments, bifold door I understand that, sliding glass door MARY LYNN told us when we moved in that it was broken! And to use a nail/bolt thing to hold the door locked instead!! The lights I am unsure of unfortunately if they needed to be replaced or not so I wish I had done walk through again. Also, When we moved in therewere no screens on the sliding doors and some of the Windows and my roommates and I left it as we received it and still got ripped off of our deposit. BALDERDASH. Worst realtor ever. Seems professional at first but in reality is just trying to rob you of your deposits.

I would never recommend this realtor to anyone renting based on my experience with them. I always wondered how they made their money as a property manager and found out the hard way. The dont give you back your security deposit!! They come up with all sorts of unethical expenses that they supposedly incurred and then take it out of your security deposit and send you NOTHING! Between an attorney and the Better Business Bureau, I am hoping that they can put a stop to this kind of behavior so no one else has to experience what I have!!

I had a great overall experience with Mary Lynn and her staff at Mary Lynn Realty, Inc. I worked with them during the holiday season and I really appreciated how proactive they were.

They stole almost all my deposit Scam artist. I was with them for almost 3 years and when I finally bought a house and moved out we cleaned and painted the house. It was in better condition than when we received it. Marylyn came to do the walk through and her complaints where that I didnt clean the central AC vents or tops of fans. She pulled the refrigerator out and proceeded to wipe behind the refrigerator with a white napkin and show my all the dust. I agreed that I was fine with paying for cleaning bill even though I thought that was crazy. Then I stoped at her store to see why it had been weeks and still havent heard about my deposit. She explained that she went back to do a second walk through and found damage. She could provide no pictures of the said damage. These people are lieing scam artists. They will never come and fix anything in your house and they are extreamly overpriced as well. I paid $1400 a month for a 1200sft 2/2. Just think long and hard before you give them money cause you will never see it again and they are nasty individuals that dont care what is broken or not working. My lawyer said that she is a notorious slum lord or daytona.

I was looking to move into the daytona area from tampa with my family after speaking with an agent there i drove across the state to walk into the office where i felt like i they didnt wanna deal with me and the agent had an attitude problem, she asked me numerous times before i looked at the house what do i qualify for? When i told her numerous times before driving 2 hours i can qualify for any house they have . I wear a shirt and tie everyday at work when im not infront of clients i wear whatever i want and yes i have tattoos since they clearly judged a book by its cover im gladly working with another company looking for a house for me with a pool and everything i want . Unfortunetly i couldnt put 0 stars so i had to give them one.

Most horrible place to live Marylynn reality charged me $150 to paint the walls after I lived there for a year the place looked a thousand times better me moving out then it did when I moved in I had to clean the apartment before moving in / moved in a week late after signing my lease bc they could never get the carpet put in would not recommend this place to anyone
