Wow, the best customer service I have experienced in a long time while searching for an apartment. I got to meet Marylisa and Angelica and they were both very professional and friendly!

Living here was an ultimate blessing for my family and i there were some hick ups along the way but in all this is a great place to live. The staff is amazing they treat you as if you were part of the family love you lisa and angelica. The area is quiet and safe for children. Highly recommended.

Awful, worst place Ive ever lived in in this state. A mini ghetto behind bars. We even got bedbugs from the neibor upstairs. It used to be called Windy Pines. Same staff, owners, just a different name. Door, next to front gate, never worked the entire time I lived there. I had a set of picnic table next to my room (we were on lake). Guys selling all night, every night. The discount the local dealer gave me was the only thing I liked about the place. Management? The Office. Lol.

Customer service was on point. they are welcoming, patient and professional. Make you feel comfortable, and at home. The units for me are affordable and very clean and inviting. Totally recommend, dealt with Marylissa, but theyre all like family.

I did an application for these apartments and Ive been calling and emailing like crazy and no one responded to me. Its been almost a week. I will be disputing with my bank and contacting whoever owns this apartment complex because thats very unprofessional. Whats the point of providing applicants with an email or phone number if you arent gonna respond.

I visited this community yesterday and the tour was awesome! Marielisa was the best, the amenities, especially the rec room with the pool table looked enjoyable! I was looking for my son and he will definitely be renting at Coastline Cove.

The staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable. The property itself is well kept up. Will be visiting there again soon.

If I could give them a neg I would. I came to visit family and look for apartments in Daytona when I got her on June 12th the pool was closed then I hear it was closed for months smh how can I live somewhere pay 1000 plus in rent and not use the amenities? Not to mention they dont accept packages so my fam package was stolen and when I tired talking to management she got a huge attitude and was very rude I would not recommend living here smh

The staff is amazing and the Manager Angelica is the best I stay there when it was called Windy Pines and she went over to another complex I followed her there and when she came back to Coastline I followed her here she is awesome

Wow, I just went for a tour at this community, and I ended up having a great time, Angelica and Marielisa were fantastic their vibe was incredible! My roomies and I are so looking forward in moving in to our 4 bedroom apartment. I recommend to all college students, the prices are way cheaper than the dorms.

The people in the office were great to work with. They answered all the questions I had. I was able to see the apartment. Even during COVID, the environment felt safe and everyone was wearing masks.

I am very happy with the management as their response is prompt and they are working to make this property work properly and efficiently.

The apartment manager in apartment assistant manager are nice great people have a great personality the friendly front desk lady shes a sweetheart but she forget at times but its okay because they helped me out when I was in a bind. Very unsatisfied with my experience and I havent even had the opportunity to move in. One excuse after another so scatter brained. I have had 3 different move in dates and continue to be told oh now we dont have that apartment and try to find another run around after run around. Very frustrating good luck getting someone on the phone or an email back. I get things are difficult for you guys but thats your job this is our life and home youre playing with not a good feeling to be pushed aside countless times with no resolution your not a priority here. Just know this you practically have to beg to get an apartment and its not even in a super great area....

Coastline Cove Apartment is one the most horrible place to stay since Mrs Hadee left. I miss that lady and Mrs Angelica is very rude and Always trying to get into your buisness.

I am currently in the process of trying to move from these apartments. Someone keeps touching private property, which is my vehicle. Second fog lamp damaged. I don’t go any place so my vehicle is in the parking lot majority of the time. And if you don’t mind dealing with management and their rude ways then go for moving into this complex.

August 2020 : Update my sisters dryer is now broken and she is still being charged for it she called the office they stated it would be about a week for someone to come look at it, it has been a week now and still they have not came...Oh no I do not live there I live at Legacy at Crystal Lake(which I highly recommend), my sister is a resident there and we tried to call that number and no answer again, also I think her AC has a leak somewhere as and your maintenance guys are just refilling the Freon instead of actually fixing the leak which would be why it keeps going out.Maintenance never comes out when you put a service request in I have called emergency on call and even put a service request in attempted to call the office during business hours to have maintenance come out but no one answers the phone! Super ridiculous! AC has been out for 3 days!!!

I am a student looking for an apartment with my friends, so far Coastline Cove offers everything we need and they are cheaper than apartments that are made for students that you can rent per room. The other places will be $2800 for the 4 of us, here its $1600

These apartments here is pretty decent and also Renee helped me and my boyfriend move in she helped us with any misunderstanding we had and She made sure everything that needed to be done was done Im very pleased with her service we thank you so much 🙌🙌

I was shopping around for a friend that will be moving here and visited this property. I was very impressed and will be bringing her here when she comes in town to make her decision. This place has my vote! The staff was very friendly.

Great management. Beautiful apartments with nice recreation area. Always clean and grounds are well maintained. Close to everything. Only minutes to the beach and shopping. Highly RE this place to anyone moving to this area.

So, everything is fine, I mean, you get what you pay for, every penny for every service. Management is pretty... meh, not professional I would say but it doesnt really matter. What has got me in the comment section with 1 star is, 3 months after my move out you still havent send my deposit to my new location, at the very least give me a email update or something. My other roommates thought I took it for myself since their English is bad and couldnt communicate. I wont complain too much about the infrastructure cause like I said, you get what you pay for.

I recently visited Coastline Cove in my apartment search. I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager, Alice. She was very knowledgable and took time out of her busy day to answer all my questions. The community is beautiful and I look forward to making Coastline Cove my future home.

They said that the new management was supposed to be better and in some ways it was, but when it comes to things that really matter, they arent really an important. I had an appointment with them and they just told me that I have never had an appointment and I had to reschedule for 5 days later. The management will be nice to you until u get an apartment but after that, they wont gaf. Im going to move out ASAP.

Coastline Cove nice very spacious Apartment Homes, I like the area its close to schools, the mall, gas stations and other stores. They are too high in rent, its a gated apartment the gate doesnt work all the time is out of order more than in order, the playground is too far in the woods for children and they take people took changes when it comes down to paperwork and about the rent and stuff they are not up on their jobs

Watch out for this place, apparently their lease is 11 months and not 12. They dont send out any notice asking to renew or that your time is up, but instead they keep your Down deposit money. Be aware !!!!

Literally unbelieve.. I spoke with Reene all the time about my apartment. Asking her when my move in date was she kept telling me Nov, 15th. 3 days ago my boyfriend gets a call from her telling us we make too much money to get the apartment after she kept telling me we were all set, everything was approved. ONE week before our move in date the apartment is no longer ours and has taken over 100 dollars from us that is not refunded. This place doesnt even deserve a star. Not to mention we came from Massachusetts, if my parents didnt live here we basically would of been stranded.

Horrible place...they tried to charge me almost double the prorated rate for my first month rent and then got upset when I wouldnt pay my rent and threatened to evict me. I had to go way above their head to get it rectified; you basically have to do that to get anything done here. The people in the office seem really nice at first and will do anything to get you to move in but once you do you will regret it. They never answer the phones in the office and you rarely ever get service when you go in because its always packed and not enough employees. Worst experience ever living somewhere. Im not going to lie, this place seems a lot nicer than most for the price but the trouble you go through living here is not worth it.

Nice apartments inside and out... HOWEVER I definitely would not recommend to anyone. Went in for an application today and was told I would definitely be approved. I was also told that there was a 65.00 application fee which I was okay with and agreed to, I was then told that I needed to pay an additional 200.00 holding fee in order to secure my apartment and that the 200.00 would go towards my deposit when I move in. I did the application and for whatever reason (I still dont know why) I was denied. Which was also fine, as Im getting ready to leave I ask for my 200.00 holding fee since I was denied and they told me I would have to wait for it to be mailed to me. Funny thing is that I had given the fee no more than 20 minutes prior to be being denied. They couldnt give me a time frame on how long it would take for it to come by mail, refused to give me cooperates number, and when I asked for an office manager she was al of a sudden in a meeting ALL DAY!! I even contacted the police and they advised to take them to court if I dont receive my money within a few days and that is what I am going to do. I am in the process of moving and school shopping, I can not afford to be scammed out of 200.00 as I was today!

You get what you pay for. Management office is a joke. They arent open on weekends unlike every other apartment complex in the area. During the week, they take about a 4 hour lunch leaving you approximately 2 hours before they close. However, if you go in an hour before they close, they say theyre closing early. Speed bumps are horrendous. Trash compactor is always broken. Gated community but gate is consistently open or broken. It takes two weeks to come and fix a shower. Pest control will come, knock on your door, and if you dont answer they just spray the front door. Will raise your rent without notifying you. Cameras do nothing. When signing or resigning lease, it takes forever because they dont have the proper paperwork and you dont get to actually sit down and read it carefully, its very rushed. Overall, would not recommend.

DO NOT MOVE IN HEREThis place is pretty bad, I dont live here, my boyfriend does; so i am there quite often. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE TO MOVE IN! they did not have the apartment ready, at all. He paid for an upgraded unit, and was driving 5 hours north to move into this place with movers and all, they had him waiting for hourssss before he was allowed into the apartment, only to find out it was not nearly ready. took them around two weeks to fix the issues in the apartment, which were all upgrades. by the way, upgraded kitchen just means they replace the counter tops and cabinet doors, they dont actually replace the cabinets.the neighborhood is pretty bad. there is always trash everywhere, people just throw their McDonalds bags/cups everywhere without a care in the world. Dont be surprised if you find dirty diapers on the sidewalk on the way to the dog park...oh and did i mention the gunshots and peoples cars get broken into? Leasing office is NEVER OPEN, they dont answer their phones, and they are never there!!!

My friend lives there. Her air conditioner has been leaking in her apartment for sometime. Management removed a part of the wall that had gotten molded. My friends rent in Daytona is the same as my daughters rent in NYC. Meanwhile, management is not stopping leak, drying or replacing the carpet, or replacing the drywall that they removed.

Terrible place to live very unorganized. The leasing office will have you waiting for hours without even acknowledging you, they tell you one thing and you come back within five minutes then someone else tells you another. They are rude and disrespectful, maintenance people make up orders to just come to your apartment probably hoping your not home to do God knows what, but when you actually put in a order it takes them weeks to show up. The trash compressor and gate is always broke. The rent goes up every year all around this is just a bad place to live I wouldnt recommend this to my worse enemy. Management sucks they try to talk down to you and dont listen or try to help resolve the problems that they have made.

From basic administrative tasks to major maintenance emergencies, the service here is non-existent at worst, and unreliable at best. The smell of weed and low frequency bass/rap music is constant. Unsupervised children, garbage and decrepit vehicles litter the streets. Sensory deprived residents, devoid of even a semblance of common courtesy are the supermajority. Daytime drug transactions and police raids serve as a complimentary alarm clock. In addition to the constantly increasing cost of rent, do not forget to factor in the repairs you will need on your vehicles suspension as a result of the 10 high speed bumps conveniently placed every twenty feet. Do not count on your air conditioning working during the hottest days of summer. Do not expect maintenance requests to be handled any sooner than a month. Do not expect food and package deliveries to locate your door. Unless you are a soulless, completely empty shell of a human being, you will not be happy here. To even juxtapose the words luxury and coastline cove is a disgrace to the english language. This is a place of pure misery. You have been warned.

Ill make this quick. They attempted to delay my move in by 5 days the day before moving in because the appt wasnt ready. Moved in, different layout, appliances and color scheme than the model, no working toilets, alarming looking mold in utility closet, doors cheeply painted causing the paint to chip, an office that goes to voicemail by default and does not return calls, ac doesnt get below 74 ever, 178 dollar electric bill for 1 month, 120 dollar gas bill 150 dollar gas deposit. Oh and monthly insurance is mandatory now due to theft. Dont move here you will regret it. And the dishpasher got water and soap everywhere the first time we used it

The old management team that was associated with Windy Pines (before they changed to Coastline Cove) was amazing as far as resident relations and being able to manage our lease effectively. But the minute they switched management, they lost a hold of what they were doing. They werent able to update their systems with existing residents information in order to manage it correctly. Therefore, not only did their prices rise exponentially, but they were adding on extra charges because they didnt complete their paperwork on time, which in other words costed the resident more money. If I were looking for a comlex to begin leasing with, Coastline Cove, although the look of the place is decent, is not worth the future stress that you will definitely encounter due to their negligence to residents leases on a case to case basis. And then on top of that, they dont take responsibility for their own mistakes and messups. They stay blaming the previous complex managers, saying they didnt transfer the information correctly to the new management team... Truly a shame and they should not be in business.... SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Trying to move from Michigan to Flordia bc my husbands job was relocated, they moved so slow and approved us till today 2 weeks later after I got an approval email, they waited till the last min to tell us he makes to much money! $15 an hour supporting a family of 3 on top of paying Child Support out of his check we barely make it so how is that making to much money! We have our moving truck and everything set up for the 11th and it took them two weeks to tell us that! After they took $200 that we barely have. Now we are back to square one and my sons Christmas will be cut super short. I feel they did this to make a quick $200. If they do that to 5 ppl applying theres one months rent! So just beware guys, money is tight for a lot of ppl and it is the Holiday so dont waste your $120 on application fees and $75 for a holding fee.

My review isnt very useful, mostly because rent was being raised and ownership was being transfered. It was an ok place to live, not great. Make sure car doors are ALWAYS locked.

Bad area, cheap construction.

I just left from there to inquiry about their apartments and I sat outside from 12:30pm until 1:15pm.! Thats when the property manager tells me that they dont open back up until 2pm, but the sign on the doors say Lunch from Noon until 1pm. I will NEVER go back there again!!
