Lived here 4 years and honestly I gotta say I’m going to miss living here. Kristen has been so good to me. Very understanding, helpful, and patient. Always on top of maintenance. Beautiful place to live. Thank you Indigo Plantation staff for being so great. I’ll be recommending this complex to everyone looking for a nice quiet place to live!

Nice neighborhood, most residents are respectful, the manager Kristen is helpful and polite. The neighborhood is kept clean, the maintenance crew is beyond amazing, they come and fix any issue within 24hours. They have recently upgraded the pool area and tennis court which looks great. They spray for bugs once a month and of all apartment I have dealt with they definitely have the fewest bug encounters. The dog waste trash cans are cleared out daily and waste bags always available. The units do not have a pantry or storage closets. Biggest downside if you or anyone in your family have asthma, reconsider. Been dealing with neighbors who smoke in their apartments, which the secondhand smoke comes into mine, for more than half my time here and Kristen does advise them to not smoke inside but of course they do not care. I have weak lungs and an irregular heartbeat which have been affected of course. On nights when these neighbors do not care we all have to sleep in the 2nd bedroom which is very inconvenient. Also our childrens health has been at risk due to the secondhand smoke, luckily nothing serious but still we constantly worry. They have replaced toilets recently and reduced the water pressure in the sinks / showers. The toilet in the second bathroom was sloppy, and the low water pressure is an inconvenience. The move in process was very easy, they are great with keeping you informed during the whole process. I am moving out soon and will update on the move out process.UPDATE: Once youre a month out they dont care about you. I attempted to call the front about the secondhand smoke again and was given an attitude and when she said she would speak to the neighbors she never showed up, they kept smoking inside. The property manager Jessica Dale will charge you for almost anything I make sure to clean the apartment really well, we bought a carpet cleaner washing the carpets twice in case of any issues and we get charged a fee for carpet cleaning. Not only that but they are remodeling all units this year taking the carpet out so I dont understand why they charged me for a carpet that will be pulled out. Also their ac units have had leaking issues which are fixed when put in as a maintenance order but when we moved out the inside of the master bedroom closet was covered in mold, I cleaned for an hour to try to remove it all and when brought up to the property manager she completely ignored the issue. Between the mold and secondhand smoke I inhaled daily I got asthma. If you care for your health look elsewhere. Theyre great up to a point.

I love living here. The staff is friendly, grounds are well kept and attentive maintenance staff. Also, I love how the community is quietly tucked away.

I’ve stayed in this property for a little over 2 years and in that time I haven’t had one issue. Maintenance is always visible and willing to help when needed. The office staff are always polite and informed. Being able to pay rent online is my favorite. No matter where I am for work, I have no worries about my rent getting turned in on time.

I absolutely loved living here the staff was so nice and accommodating. Got a new roof and everything is always clean. This beautiful young lady always helped me, Danielle was her name. Such a nice place.

Great Place! Friendly staff - well maintained. Never had a parking issue. Doesnt flood when it rains. One of the staff members, Tom, gave me directions to a great Chinese buffet place I went to with my Uncle from NY that Ill never forget.

Especially for students because its near all of the local colleges. I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time and this review is long overdue. The management team here are super professional and friendly, not to mention the level of care that is put into the upkeep of the Apartment complex neighborhood. For an unbeatable price you not only get a spacious apartment with tons of community accomodations like the pool, lounge areas, lake views, dog park, laundry room, car service area, gym etc. But you can also take pride in where you live because the apartment complex management team is ALWAYS finding new ways to enhance the property. You dont have to worry about safety or loud music. They do a fantastic job enforcing policies so that everyone can enjoy the quality of life here at Indigo Plantation Apartments. Work orders are always taken care of in a timely fashion not to mention, unlike other complexes, water, trash and pest control are included in the rent so there are no separate fees that cause your rent to fluctuate each month. I have been living here for over three years and have never had any reason to complain about where I live. The complex is beautiful, welcoming, pet friendly and the staff and maintenance team are amazing! Another benefit is the location. The complex sits privately off Williamson Blvd and you dont have to worry about the sound of traffic. Its close to International Speedway Blvd where you go to find all your restaurants and entertainment. And the Volusia Mall, Target, Walmart and Tanger Outlets are less than 10 mins aways. My decision to live here as long as I have has been a no brainer. There are so many benefits to being a resident here. I highly recommend anyone to live here. Ive had the opportunity to really get to know the leasing managers while renting at indigo plantation. Mrs Kristen has always displayed a professional and welcoming attitude. The staff has always addressed any concerns Ive had and that reassuring. Theyre approach to theyre job has made my experience here very appreciated.

I lived at Indigo Plantations for almost ten years and it was great. The front office staff were always so nice and always greeted me by name. The maintenance would always come within hours of an order being put in. They always made sure to help and fix any issues with the apartment. It was sad to leave but I now own a house with my husband so we’re on to our next journey. I’ll miss everyone there at Indigo. Thank you guys so much for everything!

I have lived here four years now, after the first year there was no doubt that I would stay here till my time to leave the city came. The staff in the front office are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I rarely have any issues with my unit and when I do, they are resolved promptly. I work odd hours with heavy equipment so sound sleep is important. My neighbors are quiet, the property is well maintained and the rent is very competitive. I enjoy my stay here and do not plan to leave until my work in the city is fulfilled. I recommend touring the property to see for yourself.

The staff there is rude at all times and have slick remarks. The property doesn’t have any security and has had several vehicles stolen from the property including one of mine. This place is ran down and just not worth spending money to live there. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I can see a lot of care going into this place. I don’t live here but I have a friend that does. Every time I come to visit I see the maintenance staff are always on the move. My friend said that they are on top of everything. I would live here in a minute!!

Kids are getting bigger so we’re moving. We loved it in Indigo. Very peaceful safe environment. Away from the general Daytona area.

The apartments are decent. Had a few issues in the beginning but were resolved promptly. Very friendly staff at the front desk. In a good location, close to shopping, restaurants and the highway.

Management is very friendly and helpful. You can call and ask questions or even voice your concerns and they will help you. I’ve been here 3 years and have no complaints.

I have been here for 3 years. I have all positive things to say about the community. I feel very safe as a come and go. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The location is prime, very close to everything.

Avoid at all costs! 90% of people living here do NOT care about anyone else besides themselves! If it is between living on the street and here fine live here but I will never recommend this place to anyone! As others have pointed out it is not an enjoyable place to live. They are so inconsiderate and leave trash everywhere for maintenance to pick up! Maintenance is the best part about the place. They are very nice and prompt. Besides that there is nothing good about this place. The walls are paper thin and the neighbors do not care at all about making all sorts of noise at all times of the night with whatever flavor of the week they feel like bringing home. They blast their stereo at all hours of the day and night. I couldnt even sleep in the room I am paying to sleep in because the noise was so bad! The new management are nice to your face but do not to a darn thing about any problems! The old management would knock on doors at 2 am and take care of whatever problem was going on. Now, no one is on call on the property except emergency maintenance. Very disappointing! They dont even enforce their own rules! Its a cute, slap on the wrist and a please dont do it again. I cant tell you how many times my dog and I have almost been hit walking while inside the complex. If you walk anywhere on the grass you have to constantly look down to watch for dog poop. Some of the dog owners are very good but most of them are not. Most of them do no pick up after their dogs like they are supposed to. I cannot wait to leave here and NEVER return! My message to Management: If you have any hopes to get this place back on track, you need to clean house first! Secondly, really look at the people you are letting live here. Look at the type of person, and the caliber. That can tell you a lot and what to expect. There are some good residents here but most of them are not! I cant stress this enough, I cant wait to leave.

We have asked for maintenance to check the ac twice because it was constantly running, even though it was set at 78 degrees, nobody has looked inside the ac unit. One of them suggested to buy the blackout curtains to block the balcony doors and so we did, NOTHING, ac is still running continuously. Our FPL bill has been going up ever since we moved in April. It’s also beginning to look like wedgewood apartments.

Horrible management. Without pest control for months and when infestation happens it’s blamed on tenants. Bushes not maintained and hard to get down sidewalks which are sunken, speed bumps every 12 feet, rude incompetent management and maintenance. Entire building stairwells roped off, building sides wrapped on five or six buildings. Packages too big for mailbox go to office. Have NOT RECEIVED seven packages they show delivered to office. Everyone is super nice and easy going here!! Nice big bedrooms and at a great price! Looked at many different complexes before this one. Back in the woods which I absolutely love, nice and quiet!! Anything’s goes wrong they are on top of it and fix it right away!! Could not ask for a nicer place to live!!! Would recommend to anyone!!

I stayed in their single, two-bed, and three-bed apartments. The office gets to know you. Rarely do you have to make sure that the office is on top of things. Its affordable, located in a very safe place of Daytona, and just a few minutes from many great places.

Ive been a tenant for 3 years and its been a wonderful experience. Maintenance works very hard and has even in one instance taken time out of there personal time (not on the clock) to help out. Staff is very understanding and helpful. As for other tenants Ive never had issues or ever had a need to complain. I dont understand all these other negative remarks. This place has been a gem

The grounds were constantly dirty with bags of trash or just trash thrown on the ground. The building we were in, always had a lazy tenant who would put all his/her trash in a bag, but throw in the tree line rather than the trash receptacle. The pet deposit or fee, does not cover for any carpet issues, little baggies for cleaning up your pets mess. NOTHING. If you have a pet, kiss that money goodbye. We spent all of 2014 in these apartments, with nothing but troubles. If you want an honest opinion, go elsewhere. It is not worth the headache, brought on by the neighbors, trash, or the company itself. The so called damages they said that we caused, was almost twice the amount of our monthly rent. RECONSIDER ANOTHER LOCATION! it will be worth it in the long run......

Tahara is genuinely the most professional person at the leasing office. I can’t say the same for anyone else there. We moved here because we were looking for something affordable and safe for our new baby. Any time there has been an issue the maintenance men are quick to fix it and are always willing to go above and beyond to help. Any time I have a question or concern I dread having to speak with anyone but Tahara. I had left my house yesterday and there were large black snakes (one on the side walk and one stuck in the bush) which obviously isn’t completely preventable considering the woodsy area. I called to have someone come take a look and I was told that noone saw anything and they don’t see what can be done about “a snake living in the woods”. I mean it wasn’t like they were little baby garden snakes they were long fat black ones and I even offered to show them the video/picture my boyfriend took and no one cared. So I guess I have to just watch my step with my 9 month old when I’m coming in and out of my house since nothing can be done.

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE! INFESTED WITH BUGS & THE OFFICE STAFF ONLY SEEMS TO AVAILABLE IF THEY HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOU, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND LIKE IT SHOULD BE. ALL IN ALL THERES NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT THE APARTMENTS. OH & BTW DONT BE FOOLED BY RECENT PICTURES THESE APARTMENTS ARE OLD, OUTDATED AND FALLING APART FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!DO NOT LIVE HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMETHING BETTER! ALMOST EVERY OTHER APARTMENT IN THE AREA IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!

The location of this property is ideal. It is so close to entertainment and shopping. The office staff is very Accommodating and Maintenance is awesome.

German cockroach understated apartment. Had to break lease 4 months after moving in. Only refunded half of our pet deposit and charged $75 for leaving roach infested food in the apartment.

Its sort of remote (although you can hear I-95) but the wooded areas are beautiful and I’m glad they didn’t rid of them.OKAY so I have lived here for not even a whole month and I already absolutely hate this place. Not even 2 weeks in I found sugar ants in my bedroom on my window sill. The pest control only does the kitchen so I had to remedy it myself and still I find sugar ants around the window every now and again. Speaking of the windows- they’re single pane windows so the electric bill is higher than it should be and they rattle anytime someone walks upstairs. and I mean rattle HARD. The insulation wall to wall is okay- i also have an older gentleman nextdoor- but I can hear e v e r y t h i n g going on upstairs. Every single conversation, foot step, sexcapade, flush of the toilet, etc. NOT appropriate for children. The units are old. And literally falling apart. And I live in an upgraded one... which really just means wood colorless linoleum. The appliances are terrible and outdated. Even the stove top burners are crooked. I’m convinced someone upstairs is going to fall through the ceiling some day, there’s so many water stains and theirs cracks all over the foundation. It’s bound to happen. Their trash system just doesn’t work. It’s not big enough for the amount of people living here. There’s way too many speed bumps. I’m not one to complain about that but around a curve you have 1 every 5 feet. The management is so rude. It took me a while to get ahold of anyone and when I did I was belittled, and made to feel stupid. They just give you condescending looks and make remarks about you personally and treat you like absolute garbage. Mind you I just wanted some general information about something. My neighbors are good people and most people that live here seem to mind their own business but it’s not worth the money at all. 1075 for this pos is unbelievable. I’m saving up to break my lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Within a month of moving we started finding adult sized bed bugs in apartment. The mandatory pest control monthly only sprays kitchen area and no other parts of house. Complex informed me it was my fault, my problem, and my expense. I was given an attitude when i went to the office to find a solution about it, was instantly blamed for the bed bugs instead of showing concern about the problem. Kitchen floor has water damage, was reported on checklist when moved in, 6 weeks later no one has even looked at floor. Complex looks nice at first but it has slum lords.
