I enjoyed my stay there very much! It’s a quiet welcoming community that’s managed very well. The property is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and efficient. All the people in the community were very friendly including the fur babies.

I love this place the people that work in the office are caring and helpful the maintenance people are great also. The grounds are beautiful and well kept the pool area is greet and the pool is great. Fun wildlife to watch. If you have a maintenance problem they fix it very fast thank all of you

Apartments are affordable and spacious. Grounds and premises are well maintained. Any work orders I’ve put in at my apartment have been handled in less than 24 hours which I’ve never experienced before. Each month they have either some sort of special gathering for the residents and have different food trucks come in. Covid put a damper on it for a little bit which is expected but they still make the effort to do something special for residents. Alicia the Community Manager is the best I’ve ever encountered. Friendly, knowledgeable, and gets things done quick. It’s a quiet community despite being so close to so much. Bus route right outside the complex. Awesome location and surrounded by so much dining and entertainment. It’s peaceful and full of fun and friendly birds as well!

Jose and Ed are great! Theyve fixed a few problems in my apartment and were professional and friendly. The front office staff are always so helpful too!

I’ve only been here for a week but I’m absolutely in love! The staff is so friendly and understanding with anything you have an issue with. Maintenance is also extremely fast and very helpful. We moved in and had no hot water but as soon as we told the office they had someone come right over and had it fixed in less than 15min. Alicia is always in the office with a friendly smile and ready to help if there’s an issue. My roommates and I love to look out our patio and watch the ducks swim and play in the water. I would recommend all my family and friends to stay here it is worth every penny.

Outstanding management. Alicia and Alicia are a great team to work with. The rental lease process was painless to deal with. Also, the maintenance staff is outstanding, they replaced outdated toilets in under 24 hours! Grounds are beautiful and the area is really peaceful and serene. I highly recommend the Harbor Apartments.

The staff here actually care about their tenants. They make good on their promises and are true professionals. We have never had any issues, and that says a lot being renters! We highly recommend Harbor Apartments to anyone looking for a great home at a great price! Five stars for sure!

I really appreciated the apartment community. I stayed 9 months as I transitioned from a house and then moved out of state. I was sad to leave as the grounds are beautiful. For those who enjoy nature it is a great place with the ponds and fountains and Florida birds galore. The community is clean, well cared for and pretty quiet. I had good interactions with the management team and they were responsive to my inquiries. The area is continuing to grow so it is a great location if living in Daytona Beach is a place youd like to live. Had I not moved out of state I would have renewed my lease and stayed longer.

I havent moved in yet or done my app, i just called for some info and the staff (Ms/Mrs page) was AMAZING. I had a list of questions and she not only answered each one with patience but suggested tips as well! From the entire process of walking me through getting my very first apartment to job searches in the area. I went in feeling a bit anxious about the process but thanks to Mrs/Ms Page I feel more confident and even a bit excited.

Extremely professional staff, clean facilities on the grounds, apartment I moved into was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend

So far I have been here for 4 months and it is a very peaceful area. There is never really a problem in parking because parking is assigned. Also, the office is very friendly and welcoming. We never have problems with them. One thing is that the doors of the neighbors are facing each other. Once you walk out of your door,, there is the 4 neighbors doors. The grass is not well taken care of because of the dog poop that is all over the place since no one picks it up. However, my dog enjoys the area because there is a small dog park. The facility is great and pet friendly. One good thing is that there are stores everywhere around a 1-2 mile radius and the only mall in Daytona beach, walking distance. The apartment is located at a very convenient location close to everything.

I am very disappointed in the new management staff! The two ladies who were there before were wonderful and are missed dearly. We recently had a problem with our Ac n the middle of the Florida summer heat, it was showing 80 in our apartment we called their emergency line since it was after hoursAnd was told that they could not come out until the next day, how was this an emergency service. It was finally fixed after 3 days and them even giving us a hard time telling us we need to use our ceiling fans r kidding me!! Well to top it all off we got our power bill and because of this it has gone up 100.00 in one month which they are refusing to pay claiming this was taken care of in a timely manner.

New Management stuck up . Lived there for two years, old management was the best. New management came all of a sudden it became law and Order. Even if you have a car broke down and tag expired, best believe they will get it towed. Racist and prejudice management sucks! I suggest you save yourself the trouble. Just for me writing this post I wouldn’t be surprised they hit me with an move out fee. Oh wait they already did .
