Moved in a couple weeks ago. I gotta say I love this place! Its very nice and quiet. The staff is amazing, especially Christina she was very positive and welcoming. This is my very first apartment and she made the process quick, easy, and painless as possible.

Everything at Sands Parc has been great since move in. I was especially impressed with the quick response from Derrick and the maintenance team. Christina in the leasing office helped me navigate the process seamlessly. Amenities are outstanding.

I just absolutely love the neighborhood!! its so cozy and friendly. I personally got all my move in stuff and any concerns handled by Christina in the office, she is amazing and KNOWS how to do her job. Its just awesome, anything you need handled, she handles it right away. The view of the pond and/or pool is just to die for. It surely is an amazing and safe place to live.

This place is amazing a beautiful place to live so clean. Leasing office staff are very helpful. And maintenance staff are quick to respondand always on top of fixing whatever needs to be fixed.

I recently went to visit a friend who lives at Sands Parc, the grounds looked really clean and tidy and from what he said to me the maintenance is on point, he mentioned Derrick goes above and beyond for the residents there. I cannot comment on the office staff. He didnt have Google to leave a review so i said would for him as maintenance dont always get the shout outs they deserve in these places.

I give this place a 5 start rating because I was treated so well by Christina tuft which is an amazing employee there, she made the moving process more easy and comfortable for me and my son I appreciate her so much thank you Christina youre awesome ❤️

Christina tuft is absolutely horrible! I was deterred from renting at sand parc because she provided inaccurate information. I over heard her talking on the phone as She was dealing with a personal issue with her boyfriend who was cheating her which cause her not be attentive.

If you need something done you’ll wait forever, the staff doesn’t like answering the phone, i don’t even see why they have phone lines because they don’t answer it nor respond to emails, its really aggravating it’s like I needed something done a couple days ago went down to the office during business hours knocked on the door because once again they don’t answer the phone and guess what no one was there, i shouldn’t have to go through that to get assistance in my home. nice apartment can’t complain just wish staff would be more eager to help you or answer their phone, mind you this is a consistent matter. just want you guys to do better :)

I recently visited this apartment complex. The level of professionalism was superb. Hands down the best experience I have had thus far. Thanks to Lisa and the other ladies in the office, I will definitely be renting here. Apartments are beautiful as well as the surroundings. I give them 5 stars!

This rating is due to multiple issues that my roommates and I have faced during are stay at Sands Parc. The first big one is half the amenities have been closed during my entire stay while the rest of the state has opened up. The club house has never allowed residents to enter, the gym is limited, and the car wash is in a low spot where algae and filth has collected rendering it useless. We have had multiple problems with bugs in the bathrooms and the kitchen (both were taken care of) but not an issue a new complex should have. The management is impossible to get a hold of and they are quick to hand out fees to fill their own pockets. The construction around the property renders one of the entrances useless most of the time and making traffic around the area an inconvenience. I will say it is a very safe environment with plenty of nice neighbors but I would recommend you take your money somewhere better.Update:After my review was posted Kristina from management called me within a day. During the call she stated how they take their residents issues very seriously and was very quick to help. I am very happy that she called to improve the stay of residents.

Christina went above and beyond to help me and my family find the perfect place for us. Even though Covid-19 restricted the opportunity to enjoy a full tour of all the amenities and features, Christina made the experience smooth and extremely easy. Me and my family were able to secure the perfect place for us within 48 hours.

We recently moved to the Sands Parc apartments and we love it so far. We checked other apartment complexes in the area before looking at Sands Parc but fell in love with our unit the moment we walked in. We love our screened-in oversized balcony, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, and oversized garden tubs in both bathrooms. The pool and full gym are great along with the dog park and dog wash. Theres so many amenities here that made it a no-brainer to call this complex home over the others. Christina Tuft made the moving process so easy and is always very helpful with taking care of any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend to any moving to the Daytona Beach area. Location is perfect being so close to stores, restaurants, interstate and the beach.

Deteriorated, an example or what poor greedy management does to a well located pretty complex. This place is in shambles. Outsiders come in and use amenities, filthy pool, landscaping is trying to survive. I could continue expressing how disappointed we are after 4 years of paying a lot of money.

This review is for Christina Tuft (the leasing consultant) and hands down a superstar at her job. She is the epitome of professional and is outstanding in every way possible. Friendly, sweet, knowledgeable, patient and follows up consistently, but most importantly as though she really cares. She has gone out of her way beyond the name of her job to accommodate us, our needs, our questions but most of all our happiness. We hope to begin renting here in January because the facility is beautiful and well maintained. Our deciding factor though by far was the experience Christina created for us. In this day and time with all of the many reviews I see, I truly believe it is imperative to point out the positive in the people you come across and acknowledge when they have been an ultimate over achiever. I just want to share how wondertul and amazing my experience has been with the Sands Parc Staff. Christina and Nancy made sure that my transition here was a positive one and they were more excited about my move than I was. Just seeing how excited they were about my new transitions here to Daytona made this move so beautiful, heart warming and special. They were highly professional, efficient and extremely friendly. I love my new apartment! It is so beautiful and luxurious. I am truly thankful!! I had some issues with the ceiling fan in my room, but maintenance was there within the hour and was fixed expeditiously! I highly recommend this to anyone moving to Daytona.

I just moved into this community .Christina was really helpful in every aspect of my filling the forms to any other questions that I had about the community.She is very polite, helpful and patient .I called yesterday and it was past their closing time . I had an issue getting into my apartment .Christina and Nancy both came overto help me with my issue .Thank you both for your courtesy and help .

Honestly, it is one of the best apartment in Florida. Organized, Clean and new. They have good and helpful people in the leasing office. Specially the manger Nancy Wallace. She is respectful and kind.

Simply the best. I suggest you come out and see firsthand the awesome property, and all that Sands Parc has to offer. Im a current resident and NO doubt will be renewing my lease. So what are you waiting for grab your car/truck/ motorcycle keys and come check the place out. My husband and I have lived in this community for 1 year and 3 months and couldn’t be happier to be moving out to a better community and less stress. Luckily we have owned a home for 10 years and made the decision to move back into it recently.The community was very pleasant the first 6 months of us staying there (besides our door being vandalized while we were out of town and all the front office did was paint over the damage), we barely heard our neighbors and made friends easily and the amenities were nice. The past 9 months however have been less than luxury. We constantly heard our “new” upstairs neighbors stomping/jumping around and our “new” next door neighbors were a bunch of college kids who blasted music into the wee hours of the morning. We complained yet it still continued. That’s when we realized how thin the walls actually were. Trash was consistently left out in hallways, by the elevators and sometimes even neighbors would leave trash bags at others’ doors. We did not own a dog so it was frustrating seeing others not clean up their dog droppings. The price of rent fluctuated quite a bit and for the price you pay you can seriously rent a nice 3 bedroom home. Price is inflated due to proximity to the outlets and 95. The granite and appliances are sub-par.We rated 3 stars because we enjoyed Nancy, Mike the handy guy and our first 6 months living there was awesome. Just wanted to share the truth to others before they consider moving in - it is the better of the apartment communities in Daytona but it does have its pitfalls - for the hassle you could easily rent a home and be happy with your privacy.

Today, Memorial Day the pool was closed due to being green. It was reported during the week but obviously not fixed probably. Last summer the pool was shut down for weeks Grills just reopened 3 days ago from being non operational for a couple weeks. The back gates have recently been reopened. People are constantly complaining about elevators going down in different buildings. People put their trash out for valet pickup and it’s not in the can as is stated in the lease. People do not pickup after their pets and this has been addressees to the management several times. People speed through the complex. I love my apartment but the grounds and amenities are not as advertised. The only reason I gave it 2 is because I love my apartment.

Ive lived at Sands Parc for two months now and am extremely happy to call this place my home. Maintenance is helpful, the front office is very friendly and the apartment itself is beautiful.

We ended up finding out our apartment was changed two days before the planned move in date without our knowledge whats so ever and upon bringing it to their attention they basically said if your not happy then take your money and go, we dont need you. It disappointed us very much that we couldnt have the view we requested months in advance but other than the office manners and consideration the place is beautiful. Dont expect luxury treatment from the management.

Awful do not move here.. save your money for something better!!! We have been living here since April we had to move apartments cause of the neighbors above us cause they wouldnt stop all night for us to put our son down.. they dont care about anyone other then them making money.. lets see here got sick off mold that had been in the garage for 2 months before it got fixed your paying for things that arent even here yet.. they outside gym could of been a playground for tr kids that live here on property.. but dont stop here dont waste your breath the office staff has no people skills Nancy doesnt care about yoh or the next person... they need new management in this office.. I can not wait to move out this place is a joke!!!

I absolutely would not rent here! There is an ongoing problem with the pool and they know about it. It has been closed for weeks and this hasnt been the first time.The complex has very shotty management and they have not given the residents any explanation, timeframe for when the pool will be fixed let alone a rebate on their rents.My mother is 80 years old and she rented here so she could do rehab in the pool everyday. When we asked them for a discount on the rent because we have to bring her to another facility they said no and gave her an eviction notice!
