We have just renewed our lease and could not be happier! The apartment looks amazing and really feels like home for us. There have been a handful of minor maintenance issues which have been handled relatively quickly and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are also a lot of great business nearby which is a wonderful bonus. Looking forward to another year at The Boulevard!

I moved into the Boulevard in January. I have been happy with my transition. I absolutely love the upgraded apartment I chose. My favorite part, is the backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Maintenance responses relatively quick when needed.
Kudos to Mr. Jess and Mr. Leo for bringing and quickly installing my apartments new appliances! Even though my fridge door has a few undesirable scratches on it, which reminded me of the time my new car received similar scratches after someone had keyed it a couple of years ago, I am still elated over having new major appliances for the first time. Kudos to Ms Tina! Also, a special thanks to the new maintenance serviceman, Mr. Jess for fixing that unsightly hole in my ceiling thats been there since hurricane Dorian. Great job! We have valet trash service daily except for Wednesday and Saturday.My new stove has electrical problems. The initial problem was the oven stopped heating up, but once the maintenance guy came and took it apart on Friday before Memorial Day, the top of the range stopped working. I cant use my stove at all 😂 now. I hope they hire an experienced electrician to to fix my stove.
My boyfriend and I had an 11:30 tour scheduled on a Friday. We arrived 5min early so walked and drove around the property. Then we knocked, rang the doorbell, and eventually looked into the windows to find all the lights on but no one inside. We waited 5min, called and got no response, then waited another 10min. Before leaving we looked inside once more and knocked because we saw someone walking around inside but they didnt come to the door. As we turned back towards our car, the head of maintenance spotted us. He informed us that the leasing agent was at their other property for the day...We were then shown the unit but couldnt be provided leasing info as he was maintenance. He told us where the other complex was but we felt disrespected and our time was wasted. 3 days later we got an email from The Blvds saying itd been some time since they heard from us... This was beyond unprofessional, and to us, a sign not to consider the Blvds as our new apartment complex.
I’ve lived at the Boulevard for almost a year now and my experience has grown increasingly unpleasant over time. The management has been so nonchalant in maintaining the common areas. The hallway to my apartment is extremely dirty and I’ve complained about this on several occasions without any actions being taken to rectify the issue. Whenever it rains, a puddle of water collects in the hallway and stays there for days, posing a safety hazard. I talked to a staff member about this issue and I was told that nothing can be done to fix the problem at the moment. I honestly will not recommend living here to anyone, unless cleanliness is not important to you and you’re okay with the possibility of slipping and falling on the way to your apartment.
I absolutely love the new apt, everyone helped and made sure I transitioned in to the apartment good and they were very professional my experience was absolutely amazing I recommend 10/10 !
I’ve been here a few months now and have to say I’m very pleased. The front office is very tentative and responds quickly. Maintenance is very nice and helpful for the minor issues I’ve needed them for. Neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. Happy to call this home! I would recommend.

My boyfriend and I just moved in about a week ago and we are very impressed! The management team had a jump start on the cleanliness and integrity of our apartment, and we’re very welcoming and professional. The maintenance man, Carl, is very friendly and quick to respond. Our only complaint so far is that the parking spaces are very limited, and you will often have to circle around to find an open spot that you will most likely have to walk quite a ways to. Otherwise, the apartments are beautiful, the community is quiet, and my lab loves the dog park! We hope to stay here for a while!!
My boyfriend and I are apartment searching and after touring the The Boulevard, it seems like the best fit! The area is nice, rooms are well presented, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Very professional and we look forward to hopefully moving in!
Update: It is now March and I have lived here for 7 months now. I have to say I am no longer impressed by the facilities or management. We have been without working washers and dryers for almost 2 months now and the lack of communication about a resolution is awful. I cant wash my clothes and Im still paying the same rent. When you go to the office to talk to them its likely no one will even be in there. Internet quality has gone down since the switch to the cable/internet deal with spectrum. I also go to the gym at the sister apartments and it is rarely cleaned by staff, there were a few weeks where there were dead lizards just left inside the gym and no wipes to keep the equipment clean. There used to be a cleaning sheet in there to tell when it had been cleaned but that is no longer up. Our fridge is also constantly leaking on the inside and our food is covered in water. We also seem to have a mosquito and fruit fly issue even tho we dont keep our windows open (they dont have screens for some reason).Another issue is they dont seem to cover the pool or clean it as theres tons of leaves floating around in it. Living here is safe but the management isnt organized.Newly moved in. I have no qualms with the facilities. Maintenance responds really fast if there’s ever an issue and the outside and pool are clean. The laundry is right next to the office. The apartment I live in is spacious and comfortable and noise is never a problem with neighbors. I’ve liked my time at the Boulevard so far!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only frustration is the laundry area. I wish they would look into updating to bigger washers and extending the laundry room for the amount of attendants who need to use the laundry facility. But other than that it is a nice friendly complex to live.
Ive been here since 2012 and Im still here I call this home. Management is very professional. And the maintenance men are wonderful they do what you ask. Thank you so much for letting me have a home.
I have lived here for over a year now and I have to say that Ive never had any issues with the staff or the building. Ive never had an issue with bugs at all and the maintenance is wonderful when getting to any problems I may have. This is also a nice community with really nice people.
Great place to live. Friendly staff. Garbage is picked up daily. Convenient location. Glad I chose here to live over all my other options!

Havent lived here long but its been very peaceful quite and very homey place the office is very professional and extremely nice melinda is awesome shes helped me with everything ive needed from applying to moving in shes been great as well as maintenance very fast response time, extremely nice and fixes any issue ive had almost immediately so far so great!

Thanks to Leo and Jess for fixing my A/C problem promptly! I really appreciate it. You guys are always super nice and willing to help with anything! Thanks again! The outside is looking so much better and the parking situation isnt a problem anymore because of the extra parking area we now have. Ive heard there are new appliances and some cosmetic changes going on but I have yet to see any in my apartment. My cabinets are falling apart, my closet doors wont stay on the track (track is bent and old as the hills)and the paint chips away everytime theyre slid to the side, glass doors still have paint on them from when i moved in as well as on the linoleum kitchen floor. My stove is certainly from the 80s and my toilet has a brown stain in the bottom that Ive tried to bleach for over a year.... I do like living here and I feel safe and have no issues with my neighbors, but Id like to see some of the upgrades as well!!!
I LOVEEEE IT HEREEE!!! Absolutely amazed with how clean our place is, it’s mine and my boyfriends first apartment together and we couldn’t be anymore pleased with our new home. Clean, professional, AND WORTH IT !!!

The maintenance men have not yet finished up underneath the sink due to bad weather. They did tell us he would be back later to finish the job. The service men were friendly and finished our bedroom in a timely manner. We are very appreciative for a job well done.
Our apartment is exactly what we needed and the price range we were looking for. The area is very nice and the apartment complex is close to grocery stores, gas stations, universities and more. Edwin was amazing to us he was responsive, clear and concise in the whole process. The new management is working in the apartment complex making some good changes that are making look the area very nice. We will definitely recommend Sun Pointe Lake. Thanks Edwin.
Im new here at the oasis and florida.. i just wanna say the management has been amazing .. Tina and mariah both is always helpful and the sweetest understandable person in mangement to talk to .. very helpful .. so far i enjoy living here its only been 1 month but its been great .. During these covid times even tho i am only a month in tina has been very helpful and understanding human being.. they have worked with me with whatever it takes to help with rent and also during these times with protesting management send out a very sincere letter to residents.. i dont kno about who owned this place before but the new management is awesome..the property is always clean its quiet and the maintenance guys are happy n respectful and swiftly takes care of any issues ... im glad i came here ... im glad to be living here they are considerate and i dont have enough words to describe the kindness of tina baum and her staff .. Tina n Mariah thank you .. Amazing place to start your journey

My friend and I are live here We have so problems going on rn, this is literally the second day that the third floor is making too much noise, y’all probably are working on the third floor but can y’all respect that is too early for that literally 7:30 am it’s crazy we work @ 10 and we have to wake up @7 bc y’all are so loud we pay rent and I think we have some rights to be mad, and last time that we had water coming up from the third floor and y’all put these 2 machines our bill came up with $60 when we usually pay $35 maximum and it was not our fault plus my friend had to go sleep somewhere else bc there were a machine in her room I think is so unfair, we are literally sick of this place

I have Repeatedly complained about dog waste right outside of my patio. Theres currently 3 piles of dog poop outside of my patio. I cant enjoy my patio due to the smell of the dog waste.

Im very happy with this apartments. Edwin was very helpful from the first time i called to apply for the apt to my move in. the apartment i got is very nice and clean no bugs like ants or roaches the floors to the paint is great. They obviously did a great job with attention to detail also the little things that needed replacement was fixed almost immediately anyone looking for a place to rent definitely go here and ask for edwin he has the best customer service ive gotten from a leasing agent
New Management is taking this community to the next level in apartment living. The amenities are being renovated and they look beautiful.
It’s been well over a month and I have not received my refund from my application. I was told it was mailed then told it could take 30 days until it’s mailed now no one responds! 😡 To day I’m upset is an understatement!!!
They take advantage of the younger and Older people, they dont give mail box keys and then want to charge for them when anyone asks about them, they have renters cars towed from the parking lot because they are not handing out rent tags to their renters this is not a good or positive place to live the your people are taken advantage of and charge big bucks to get their cars back for being towed (over $ 200.00 per tow) people can hardly afford to pay their every month bills and for sure can not afford this added expense. they are taking food and Christmas from Familys. shame on this company ...
Small community. The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Daytona is a college town so you can expect collge students but nothing bad about that. They are prompt with repair and maintenance.
Put a depost down on a apartment I could not even view untill one day before my move in day. I had called to cancel but office was closed on Saturday. Called Monday and was told I would not get my money back since I decieded to not move in. Hmmm. Communication was not the greatest I had to keep calling to find out information. Disapointed about not getting at least some of my money back considering it was withing 3 DAYS.
Apartments are nice for the price, backgrounds check should be more strics, neighbors are weird and some strange movement around during day and night, police should patrol on basis

I dont think this place deserves any star also,the worst placed I ever lived till now....A big Story but want to summarized for you people.One the day of Hurricane Matthew I left the city and after I get back to my apartment after 3 days I am so surprised to see that my main door is broken and all the stuff from ( they opened my wardrobe and took out my clothes and my boyfriends clothes) in my home is thrown down on the floor in water that came in due to the Geyser busted since it became old and rusty and there was a flood in my house with 3 inches of water on the ground. And I think it was not due to a hurricane,it was because sun pointe lake provided me geyser which was old and rusty and due to which it busted out. After complaining multiple times finally my leasing office people said they will clean everything and I left my place to my friends to come back after the cleaning is done. Today(10/15/2016) I went to my apartment to get some stuff from my fridge which I bought two days back(the day I was back in town) and surprisingly someone stole all my stuff. Milk is gone, veggies are gone. This is crazy and this is one of the worst apartment I have ever been. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do not dare to live here.And this one star is because google dont allow me to post untill I dont give them any star
This is the worse place in my life, They dont clean the social areas, We hear everything from all the apartments and they used to work at the apartments early in the morning with so much noise, the Laundry room is too dirty, Sometimes is too difficult to find parking, Its not security there and you can see weird people walking at the parking lot!

It’s literally one of the worst apartments ever, buildings that old enough to hear each step of your neighbor, most of the worst management ever extremely unhelpful, the office most of the time is close, major parking problem, maintenance it’s the biggest joke unexperienced they look YouTube videos to fix whatever you need 😑.
