I have been a resident at the Hilltop Apartments for a little over 2 years now. And the management from then to now has been a major transformation. Mrs Kim goes above and beyond for all of her tenets. She has cleaned out the riff raft here, to make it quite the pleasurable stay. She has personally leaped mounds to help me out with my situation. She is one of the best property manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Thank you so much Mrs. Kim.

I have had a few clients recently inquire about relocating to the northern part of the state, and asked for my help locating their first place to live. I have to say finding Hilltop and their guest experience has taken a huge burden off my clients shoulders. The staff and leasing office has been very accommodating, communicative, and punctual. I’ve come to learn that all Of these are in direct correlation to the new ownership/management. I only wish the best for them and hope that they continue to exceed my clients, and their guests, expectations

Recently updated apartments in a nice part of town they have a pool on site as well as laundry on site and the rent is pretty fair in comparison to other places of similar size

After paying out almost $400.00 all I got in return was requests for more proof of employment. I have been with the same company for 8 years and transferred to Daytona. I submitted 3 months of pay stubs and was still told I needed a letter stating I was employed by them. I finally found a great apartment who accepted my pay stubs as proof I had a job. After seeing the property up close Im relieved I found something else.

Manager was very rude and unprofessional. Corporate really needs to address the poor quality in customer service that she provides and give the staff some training on how to properly attend future tenants. Due to the bad customer service we shall be looking else where.

I was given the opportunity to tour this property after new ownership, as well as before the takeover. I can’t even begin to explain how well the upgrades have been received at this property. If you’ve toured before, definitely give it another shot, and if you haven’t, what are you waiting for??

Herbert was awesome! He saw me working and helped me out with a few items he had. I love it when your community gets behind you and boost you up. Thanks again Herbert call me when you need it moved. Ill be sure to bring a better dollie.

The office manger KIM has been applying for rental assistance through the cares act, with tenants personal information here!!!!!! I am ONE of many victims of this fraudulent activity, and am in the middle of a legal process due to her actions! This woman is drinking alcohol all day everyday in the office, her and her immediate boss, if you ever noticed how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL she is, it is due to her alcohol habits At THE WORKPLACE. BE ADVISED THAT YOU PERSONAL INFORMATION IS BEING USED FOR HER PERSONAL GAIN!!!!!

I recently rented one of there one bedrooms, it is fairly priced and came with brand new appliances. The management team is very friendly and responsive. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the Daytona Beach area.

New ownership is amazing and really renovating the places nicely. It was a great experience getting signed up and have been in my place happily for a few months now.

Ive had a big hole in my bathroom ceiling for over a year now that constantly leaks that Ive been told will get fixed and never does. Also my central AC ahd not been working in over 2 years and is in need of replacement but thatll never happen. Main point is nothing gets fixed.

I had a appointment to come tour and the lady at the front “KIM” was very unprofessional and insinuated that I had a attitude when she was treating me as if I was a inconvenience to her schedule . I did not get accommodated nor greeted .. and did not get a tour .

This place has dishonest management and poor living situation flooring is uneven was told that rent was one thing and was charged something else apartments are being entered illegally by making up excuses thats not true windows half works tried to make payment plan after the work crisis during the pandemic and was evicted instead dont recommend none of my friends here

The lady in the office is extremely unprofessional, they filter the mail, never in the office during the changed office hours, don’t return phone calls it’s really just the worst
