My husband and I moved there for 3 months while the construction of our house was being completed. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The outside areas are always very clean and well manicured. The complex it self is remarkably quiet. There were only a few criticisms I would have. The first is even if you have auto pay you will receive auto generated messages to remind you to pay your rent. The problem is they are kind of threatening in nature. The second was when we moved out I cleaned our 700 sq ft apt thoroughly leaving nothing behind. When our deposit was returned to us there was a deduction for $51.50 for one bag use to remove it’s left in the apartment. I had to write an email to dispute the charge because I know I didn’t leave anything behind. The manager quickly responded and refunded the amount. My suggestion is to take pictures when you move and look at your refund if deposit statement. I feel they automatically charge that fee.

Our twin sons chose Eagle Landing for their off campus home this year and theres no doubt they chose wisely! Daniel is a pleasure to work with, our sons had lots of questions and Daniel always responded promptly. The unit is spacious, well appointed and the grounds and amenities are top notch. Plenty of storage too including a kitchen pantry. Balcony space is screened in, and the apartment is designed to allow lots of natural light. The shuttle service to campus is a plus too, especially for the expected parking challenges at Riddle this year. There was an issue with the clothes dryer (full washer and dryer!) and garbage disposal that was resolved within 48 hours (reported using online portal on Saturday, resolved Monday morning, according to their roommate the serviceman was kind and helpful. We are happy to recommend Eagle Landing!

We met with Aja and she was fantastic. We were warmly greeted by her as soon as we walked through the door. She was professional, informative and kind, everything you would want in someone who is representing your business. Every question we had she answered and she provided additional information that we didn’t know to ask. Eagle Landing is a beautiful property and a perfect place for students.

Great place for any student in the Daytona area. Easily the best location in the area for Riddle students, with free shuttles to and from the university during the semester. The amenities are always kept clean and are never crowded. Despite this being student housing, the walls are relatively soundproof. Unless your own roommates are making noise in the apartment, youll have peace and quiet. My favorite perk of being a resident is the coffee machines located in both of the clubhouses, providing perfect study fuel. There are also food trucks every other week during the semester, and the leasing office occasionally buys large orders of popular food items (CFA sandwiches, donuts etc) and gives out to the residents. You can feel the appreciation as a resident. The leasing staff, particularly Missy and Daniel, have always been super nice since I got here, answering any of my questions and providing solutions to all of my concerns. Being a resident here was the best decision Ive made, and Ive already renewed my lease for the upcoming year.

I really enjoyed my time as an Eagle Landing resident. I no longer live there now due to moving cities, but if I was still in Daytona, I would never have left! The staff is quick to respond, as is the maintenance team. I always felt safe in this neighborhood and really enjoyed the pools and the hammock area. It always made my morning when the leasing office team would do an event and pass out muffins to residents as we were leaving to start our day. I even had an issue when moving out with my apartment, and the Eagle Landing team did not charge me an absurd amount to repair the issue. If you’re a student, I highly recommend this community. They’re trustworthy, genuine, and the apartments themselves are great!

Eagle landing has been home for me for Almost four years. I have never felt so welcomed in a place of living besides my own home!! Prices are fair especially being a student. You pay for quality here. Being so close to school is one of the best benefits while maintaining privacy. The staff is so nice and they constantly work on making us residents feel welcomed and appreciated. For example Eagle landing hosts free events and during finals week gives us encouragement and treats to help the week go by. I would recommend Eagle landing to anyone. Thank you for being a home away from home.

Eagle Landing is the best option for student living if you’re looking for convenience and amenities. Not having to worry about having furniture or maintenance and focusing al your energy on your college life really is a big plus. The maintenance team is quick and supportive. They’ve helped me countless times with many issue not just with my apartment. The front office folks are creative and thoughtful (sent me a birthday card). If you’re in such a situation where you have enough worries in your life you’re dealing with, move to eagle landing. I will say however, they could take better care of the fitness equipment and pool tables since they’re so popular among residents and adding a gate for security would be helpful as well.

Very upset with how they handle assigned roommate issues. Illegal behavior committed and they said you are free to leave but you have to pay remainder of lease. I love it here! The employees are enthusiastic and are constantly taking feedback into consideration and hearing our concerns (though there have been very few.) Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue (light bulb going out, or problems with my dryer) they have been fixed the same day after a simple message to maintenance! They bring in food vendors and give out T-shirts, Chik-fil-A and are always so friendly. I’ve been here two years and will probably be renewing for a third. There are two clubhouses with studying areas/computers/printers, pool tables, gyms, and resort style pools that I enjoy so much. It’s honestly so great here and I have had the best experience. The apartments are fully furnished and it was so clean when I moved in. If I could give the complex 10 stars I would. Thanks Eagle Landing for being so great!

After being here for two years, I still find myself consistently impressed with how much the Eagle Landing (EL) staff puts into their residents. Everything here is designed to make things convenient and easy whether that’s quick package pick up with the LuxerOne package machine, quick service at the mail room, quick maintenance fixes, paying rent, etc. I appreciate all that a TON since I’m a pretty busy person! And on top of that, every experience I’ve had with a staff member here at EL has been a very pleasant one! The online portal also complements the in-person ease and politeness nicely.Fun events, free food, care packages, and a shuttle service that runs every 10 min to and from Embry-Riddle are just some examples of how this place treats its residents well! It’s nice to see that EL is also involved with the community because I’ve seen a blood donation bus here pretty routinely! Overall, I couldn’t ask for any more from the lovely people who run this place and would be happy to live here for a few more years if my college time lasted longer! Decide to live here and you won’t be disappointed!

Nice community mostly consisting of students especially from ERAU. It is just a 15-20 min walk and 7-12 min bike to Riddle. Talking about the Apartments, they come fully furnished. They have 2 swimming pools, study centers and other sports facilities. However the rent here is pretty expensive and the water here is also not clean even if you boil it. People having fixed low budget are not recommended this place. There is cemetery and garbage duming area right next to the community but that is not an issue.

I really appreciated him telling me to take my time choosing my room even though it was past closing time for him.I was lucky there were some rooms available due to the covid pandemic. I probably wouldn’t have been able to land one otherwise. I have lived in many different dorms and apartments throughout my college life, and Eagle Landing Apartments is the best one that I have experienced so far. I had some roommate issues, but the leasing manager Daniel and Community Assistant Khaalid was super helpful and listened to my complaints. If you have any problems, just talk to them, they are super friendly, and they will help you in the best way they can. The maintenance people are very responsive and sometimes give you some tips (its fun to learn something from them to fix little things). This apartment also provides some activities/events to participate in, especially food trucks. Theres also a shuttle bus to ERAU, so its easy to go to campus. I definitely recommend this place to live, and it feels like its your other home. Also, they are pet-friendly (especially ESA) community.

The extras such as laundry machines in the apartments, 2 pools, grills, game rooms, study rooms, free hot drinks, and so much more make this well worth it. If youre considering eagle landing, consider all you get standard with the price and it quickly process to be a great option financially as well. They are also constantly improving such as the new 24/7 access package lockers and another coffee machine in the second club house. Roommates can always be a challenge, and so chose wisely. Worst place to rent student housing!!! My son was there for one week only. He signed the lease and one week after signing the lease he moved out of his room due to COVID-19. We’ve contacted the management team to see if they could cancel his lease or giving us some discount since he moved back home because his school went for fully online classes, and his father lost his job. They just didn’t care, we were forced to pay until the last pennyAnd on top of that, after his lease ended and we returned back the fee, they kept $100 out of our deposit!!Really!!! Incredible !! He only occupied that room for 1 WEEK!! Awful management company!!

I have lived at Eagle Landing for the last 4.5 years now and the experience overall has been phenomenal. I moved here to pursue Graduate education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Univeristy and it is definitely a great place to be whether you are a student, pilot, or young professional. The apartments themselves are excellent quality and the response to any maintenance concern has always been extremely quick, usually same day. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. The response to issues is so excellent in fact, the staff consistently responded to 100s of lockouts (all my own fault) in a very quick manner. The location is so close to the ERAU campus that many people simply walk or bike, there are also multiple free shuttles to the campus directly to/from ERAU all day long. If youre reading this review and considering living here, the apartment is an EXCELLENT spot to watch beautiful aircraft from a distance. The northern apartments have a spectacular view of all landing and departing traffic further north. Myself an airplane nut, have sprinted to my balcony multiple times to watch CV-22s, Fighter Jets, Air Force One and hundreds of other fly in and out of DAB. The longer runway is far enough away also that these large aircraft dont create too much noise since they are not overhead. The Eagle landing complex is large however and if youd prefer a room further away from airport and car noise, living further back provides a much quieter atmosphere. There is always Starbucks coffee stocked and two pools, two fitness rooms and two club houses to use as well. The complex also hosts several events like buying Chik-Fil-A for EVERYONE, having food trucks come, hosting grill outs and much more,I think my favorite aspect of living at Eagle Landing however has been the staff. With complete sincerely, I can say that over the course of the 4.5 years which Ive lived here, Ive grown very close with the people who make it possible. Mandee the manager has always heard all of my concerns and complaints and runs a very tight ship. She listens and reacts fairly and very professionally. Joe and Evan are excellent maintenance men and have responded to every need quickly and professionally. Melissa the office manager always brightens my day whenever I come in. Ive never run into Darlene without a genuine question about how my day has been. Ive never lived anywhere else where I felt totally comfortable walking into the main office and having casual conversations just for the hell of it with the staff. In other places, apartment staff relationships might just be a friendly hello or good morning. Here, they know me on a personal level and understand my life with its successes and hardships. Staff have come and gone during my time here. Ive been very close with some that have left but always end up making friends with the new ones. Thats a big part of what makes coming back to my apartment every day truly feel like a home, because I know the staff (that basically live here too) arent just workers theyre my friends and that kind of kindness extends to all residents here. Choosing to live here with that kind of resource is a big win in my book. While unfortunately it is time for me to move on, I will truly miss living at Eagle Landing and the people Ive met as a result. My time here has been a huge impact on my life and the people that were part of that impact will never be forgotten. How many apartment complexes can you positively say that about? For those reading this review considering living here, I am a bit envious of your ability to start the journey that I am ending.

One of the best decisions I made throughout my four years in college was moving into Eagle Landing Apartments. Having lived in the dorms on campus for three semesters, it was nice to finally go to an apartment at the end of the day that I could call home. The apartments are in excellent condition and are kept that way by Evan, Joe, and the rest of the maintenance staff - each of them care for the complex as if it was their own home. Alexa, Darlene, Melissa and the rest of the office staff continue the tradition of excellent service in the front office. And Mandee, the manager, is simply the best always willing to help out and answer questions. They are always doing everything they can to go the extra mile for the residents, planning a resident appreciation week and, for all of the students, making finals week a little less stressful by bringing in breakfast and lunch items to make sure we’re all fueled up for the tests. When you move into Eagle Landing, you won’t just gain an apartment and the community that comes along with it, you will also gain a family. I highly recommend living at Eagle Landing Apartments.

The apartments are very nice, the facilities are great, the management is fantastic, any maintenance issues have been solved quickly, they are very friendly and do show genuine caring for the people living here. This is a complex geared toward students, 99% of the people living here are students, just to keep that in mind for those just looking for regular housing this may or may not be exactly what you need. They lease rooms to you, not a unit, you can get 1 br units or rent all the bedrooms in the unit, but you are paying the cost for both. Which brings me to why I put 4 and not 5 stars. Its expensive, its perfect for what I need, but it is more costly than other options and for me is worth the extra expense, but it is pricier than other places.

In my time living there, my roommate and I had our sink break, black mold EVERYWHERE to where we had to get it professionally cleaned (must i mention that they didnt take care of it for two weeks), the parking is absolutely horrible as well and the grills never works. Sometimes I had to walk from building 4, but I lived in building 2... some other things that really bothered me was that there are always people having parties and Eagle Landing never does anything about it... During my time I also almost got bit by the two German Shepard’s in building 2, which made me scared to even walk around the complex. Now that my time is coming to an end of living here, Eagle Landing has been upcharging me on bills and charged me 2x the late fee, when I ALWAYS pay on time. The bright side is the staff is always nice, but never helpful. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless your wallet is FULLLLL of money because it’s EXPENSIVE and not worth your money...

Disgusting!! From the day my roommates and I moved in our apartment was FILTHY there was animal hair EVERYWHERE, dust, and dirt. Not to mention the awful smell in my roommates room. We contacting management immediately and upon inspection they sent maintenance to “clean” (wasn’t much better after they left). There were even sheets DIRTY BED SHEETS shoved into the vents, I’m guessing as a noise or smell barrier or something, that were never removed. Really clean right ?In the first week in the apartment we found roaches, TONS OF ROACHES.But that’s not even the end of the issue, after living in the apartment for about 2-3 months we started to notice a really musky smell and I started to have really bad asthma attacks (I’ve always had asthma but this was happening way more than usual). Then we noticed TONS of black mold growing from our air vents, on our furniture, clothes, shoes. Everything was coated in mold. They sent maintenance to treat it, but we would continuously find more and more mold. Luckily I collected a sample of the mold and sent it off and it was confirmed as toxic black mold. Which would explain my increased asthma attacks and respiratory issues. At this point, my parents were fed up with paying $700 a month for a tiny bedroom in a mold infested apartment that was causing me to have extreme respiratory issues. My parents wrote a letter to management explaining the circumstances and my health problems. After which MANAGMENT NEVER RESPONDED!! They simply waited until they knew I was gone and moved out and re-leased my room. And when they sent me my final bill they put that I had “abandoned” my apartment.. as if I hadn’t tried to contact management on several occasions.Oh and also, I had several issues with maintenance. I made several things known that needed to be fixed (they never did) but 3 days after I moved out my roommate informs me that they came in and fixed everything that I requested. But they couldn’t do it while I was there ?But the cherry on top was last month when I was carrying things down the stairs I fell and BROKE MY ANKLE ( literally I broke my fibula). I was screaming and crying I knew it was broken from the moment it happened, a maintenance man happened to be passing by and I asked him to please go to my apartment and get my roommate so she could drive me to the emergency room. He said sure and went upstairs and knocked on the door, he then told my roommate and I quote “ your friend just busted her a**”HOW PROFESSIONAL

Staff is very competent and friendly. The people who have issues with the leasing office are just dumb college kids that dont understand how apartment complexes work IMO. Sure youre next to an airport but if you live here you probably go to riddle and you should darn well love the sounds of airplanes anyways 😂😂 this is my fourth year living here. Always had enough parking. amenities are awesome and they give you klondike bars in the office. Closest apartment to riddle and it beats the dorms hands down so if you dont have a car here is the best living option (1 mile walk)

I leased this apartment before seeing it as I was driving to Daytona for school. Over all the apartments were very nice and clean for being just built. There is just one tiny peice of information that I was not aware of or made aware of at any point of time. ITS NEXT TO A FREAKING CEMETARY.

Expensive, but it comes with just about everything you need, plus if you go down and get free food every time they provide it, youll save a lot of money as well. Very good location to live at if you go to Riddle.

Pros:1. Great place to live in if you’re a student.2. Good bang for the buck.3. Super friendly staff at the leasing office.4. Really good amenities.5. WiFi and cable included.6. Partially furnished.7. Great location for ERAU and surrounding flight school students.Cons:1. Close to the dump(waste pro), although I did not smell anything bad since I lived in both buildings 4 and 5.2. One side is a grave yard (“memorial garden”)3. Some annoying kids get around the fence and play in the recitations area. Let’s make it simple and say some kids trespass and they are annoying. I saw them once leaning on my car and peeping inside it.4. No garages available. But onsite parking is good.

Pros:high quality unitsnice staffspeedy maintenanceCons:They use Conservice to manage Utilities, which overcharges for water (roadside robbery kind of over charging (View the reviews of conservice on Yelp for reference))This complex is pretty much where everyone from ERAU goes to party so it is a very noisy community.

The management at EL is so poor that they they will not continue a contract for a resident living there... unless the resident contact in a number for days! This is a really poor management which really does kick people out of their apartment.Second! Entrance to EL is dangerous!

The best apartment to stay at in Daytona Beach, Fl. Only apartment thats brand new & comes fully furnished or not furnished & has many units to chose from 1-4 bedrooms. Great facility for students especially for those that attend ERAU. Its just 2-5 minutes from Walmart, Publix, CVS & Walgreens. I love living here and have already resigned my new lease for the upcoming year. Let me not forget they have amazing staff who will try their best to meet your needs.

Super expensive !, 600 feet from WastePro company dump site, and 1500 feet from the runway of the airport, takeoffs and landings above your head all day. On the other side a Cemetery, Like really ?! Super expensive price of $1000 for 1 bed room for that garbage?Someone extort you money for the worst location you can ever think to build an apartment complex.Do not worth the money !
