To start with Mayra and Marissa in the leasing office are incredibly nice and helpful. From going through my application, moving in, and ongoing questions, theyre always there to help. Truly, I have never had an unpleasant experience with either of them (or really anyone here). The maintenance team is also really great. Every time I put in a work request, its resolved in 24-48 hours without fail. Everyone always seems to have a pleasant demeanor and willing to help. The grounds are pretty quiet and well kept too.

I really loved the area when I first moved in.. however it’s been about 3 months now. My new neighbors are up all night stomping. My only option is to apparently call the cops which I prefer not to do. EVERYTIME I have tried to use the gym it is not open at the correct time.. as I type this I am waiting for the second day in a row for the gym to be unlocked..(over an hour) yesterday after being an hour and 15 min late maintenance refused to open the door for me and made me walk back around after I had already been waiting for 45 min. I’ve been waiting for about 20 now and it’s almost 2 hours past time to be open.. I’m getting frustrated and I feel as if I’m being brushed off and ignored. Super disappointed.

Moved in about 2+ months ago, and have been thrilled with the location, grounds, quiet nature of both the complex and the physical structure. Marissa and Mayra in the office have been EXTREMELY helpful and proactively communicate with you, and Tim from maintenance was great to work with earlier today resolving an issue left by the prior tennant. My only complaints are the the gym hours are prohibitive for my schedule, and there is a fair bit of road noise from Strickland Range when outside on the patio or in my bedroom. Not noticeable from other rooms because the buildings are pretty well sealed though, so its really not a problem.

Marisa Keener, Leasing Office, at Integra Shores arranged an Evening of “Sip & Paint on Saturday 20th Of March.Marisa meticulously showed the residents a step-by step as to how to mix colours and create a painting for which she already had an example.Marisa was absolutely spiffing and rather delightful hostess. My partner and I lived here from 2018-2020 and we had an overall wonderful experience. The grounds are always kept clean and the staff was also so friendly. Maintenance was always punctual when a request is submitted, even in the midst in the pandemic. Some neighbors were noisier than others and some did not care to give curtesy to their surrounding neighbors when it came to slamming doors at all hours of the night and being loud. Of course this comes with the territory of living in an apartment sometimes. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our place here.

0 Stars for both management and maintenance in regards to professionalism, and how they handled multiple situations. I also havent had working regular heat and was told I only could use emergency heat as the only solution. However, Mayra and Marissa are the only positives so far.

I dont usually take the time to write reviews on my experiences, but i felt like it was necessary to write a review on this one! I just moved to Florida this past year and apartment searching on top of relocating was a nightmare, the customer service in this town was horrible. I didnt know where to begin, and I was getting so frustrated. I was referred by a co-worker to Integra Shores, and wow, what a relief! The customer service was amazing from when I walked in to see the apartments, picked up my keys to my new home, and even now while I am still a happy resident here. I love the Staff, they are all so welcoming and kind, they are hands on and the property is really kept well. I also love the Resident events, they put so much effort into them and Ive met so many new friends! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you all so much!

I lived here for about a year and a half. The staff was great and took care of any issues I had in a timely manner. The apartment was in great shape and quiet. Pool was fantastic and I used the grills several times a week. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone moving into the area. Thanks again, Brian

I havent lived here long, but so far everything is great! This property is extremely well maintained, The staff is always polite and kind and my apartment is extremely clean and well taken care of. So far Im enjoying my choice to live here. Ill update my review in a few months.

I lived at Integra Shores for 2 years and it had its moments being a decent community to live. I will say I have had pretty good experiences with the front office staff especially Megan is very friendly. The problem is they nickel and dime you over everything and actually took an extra thousand out after my early termination took months to return it (took a week to send me extra bills though). When they finally returned money to me it was around half the amount they took out extra and made up extra damages that never happened to be able to keep around $800. At the beginning its a decent place to live but they will find ways to charge you more and more money. The maintenance staff is 50/50 you might get fast service or could take a while. Maintenance might be super friendly or really rude. I have a few friends who live there who have gotten in fights with the maintenance. The side walks while I was there were covered in dog poop every day you cant walk around without the sidewalks covered in it. While it had its decent moments I cannot recommend Integra Shores as a good place to live especially after they took money out of my account without permission. Hope this review is helpful to some people!

This is such a beautiful place to live. The management company does an amazing job with the landscaping and keeping everything clean. The pool and pool area (including 3 very nice gas grills and stone fire place) is well maintained and ALWAYS clean. The gym has all the equipment you need and you will never have to fight with a broken piece of equipment. The grounds are well lit at night and safety is their number one priority. Maintenance is always quick to respond (same day response) to any need and is always willing to help (even after hours). The company is pet friendly and always has bowls of treats around the main building. They also host family friendly activities for the residents (Examples: Movie by the pool, pool parties with pizza, bouncy house and photo booth). I could go on and on about living here! Everyone is so nice!

My family has lived at Integra Shores for 15 months and we just renewed our lease. Our apartment is large and bright and very modern with up to date appliances and a washer and dryer in our unit. We did not have any maintenance issues in the past 15 months. We have neighbors of all ages and they are all very nice and friendly. We use the pool just about every day and we love it. We also cook out on the gas grills on a regular basis. We love that we can go into the clubhouse and use the sink and refrigerator when we are cooking out. My husband uses the gym and my son uses the computer center. We were able to rent garages which is a big bonus with apartment living. We have two dogs and they have adapted to apartment life with no problems. They like the dog park and the doggie treats in the office. We are enjoying our beautiful, maintenance free apartment, and all of the wonderful amenities at Integra Shores and would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury apartment.

This place has gone to the dogs. This place is covered in dog feces. There have been so many complaints and management does nothing. They send out flyers warning all dog owners. Yet, nothing has become of it. Also the office staff is more into wallet sizes and if the mens bodies. They ignore the elderly, but are quick to help a hot guy. They are rude, stuck up and catty. They refuse to help in any way. They have a huge cockroach problem. You can see them crawling outside on the buildings. They also refuse to take car of their stray cat problem. Halifax humane will not do anything with out management calling. Those poor starving cats. If you do feed them. They threaten you with a 3 day notice. How horrible they are. The y refuse to get rid of the snakes. It has been confirmed they are water snakes and can be venomous. There are children here and could be bitten. It is a health hazard. They once had two beautiful ponds. In the two years I have lived here. They have become over grown and look sickly and smell. The landscape has become over grown and looks gross. Only Melissa in the office staff is a sweetheart. She listens and trys to help. It is a horrible place to live. Only the neighbors make this place tolerable and I feel horrible the elderly are being ignored.

Integra Shores is without a doubt beautiful, but the cons outweigh the pros. They literally overcharge you for everything and anything. The residents are mostly respectful, but the younger neighbors are incredibly noisy. Expect to hear immature students screaming any day they don’t have class. On top of the noise complaints, the landscapers create a ruckus starting at 9am almost every other day. It sounds like a tank is rolling through the streets. The management is also hypocritical. They’ll immediately find time to charge you for a replacement light bulb or threaten you with a 7-day eviction notice for being 12 hours late on your rent, but will gladly take their time when they owe you a refund or something that doesn’t benefit their business.Overall, I would recommend finding somewhere else to live. There’s beautiful houses and apartments for rent all over Daytona and Ormond. Don’t be deceived by Integra Shores’ external beauty like I once regrettably did.

A great place to call home. My husband and I recently got married and Integra is our first home together and we love it! The front desk ladies are always so kind and super helpful. Our apartment is beautiful, we live on the 3rd floor in the dogwood model. We enjoy the high ceilings and incredible lighting we get from all the windows.We love living at Integra Woods Apartments and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Palm Coast. Pretty good place. Ive lived here for a year and a half. Its pricey, but it works out well if you have roommates. Lots of college students live here.Make sure your apartment isnt near the RC track next door because they drive me nuts every Saturday plus whenever else they feel like it, but thats really not Integras fault though. Also avoid facing the baseball field unless youre afraid of the dark because let me tell you those kids playing under the lights probably get better light after 9pm than they do at noon. The people they hire to do grounds could probably wait until after 8am to start with their leaf blowers, but they usually come on Thursdays anyway, so I suppose its not too much of a bother since most people are probably supposed to be awake at that point anyway.Getting delivery (whether that be food or otherwise) can be a pain, depending on the quality of the deliverer, due to the dreaded gate which most pizza dudes get one look at before they decide they arent paid enough and call you to literally yell at you.Staff is all friendly and helpful. Had a broken AC once which they fixed quickly enough that I barely remember.Never saw more than a couple of bugs which Ill chalk down to flukes in the rare cases I have. Honestly, I didnt know a place in Florida could have so few bugs.Youll notice most of the problems I mentioned arent really Integras fault. Maybe Im a nitpicking a little. Certainly this is my favorite place Ive lived, and Im only going to leave because its too expensive, and my girlfriend and I are moving in together.

I initially had some criticisms, however there must have been some changes within the last year, because the front staff has been extremely accommodating! I also am a big fan of the pet friendly community they have made here, they recently put in a dog washing station which is much better than bathing my dog in the tub! Really great job, Integra Shores staff!

We just moved in and love it! The apartment complex is really beautiful and the staff is great. We love the amenities and the fact that there is a pretty decent size dog park. Would recommend to anyone looking in this area.

I have a love/hate relationship with Integra. I have lived here twice. Once when they first opened, and now. I must say the first stay was more pleasant than this one. The apartment complex is beautiful, way better than 90% you can find in the surrounding areas. They are quite pricey, but realistically finding a home in the area to rent that is modern inside, updated appliances, and maintained will cost you more or is just non-existent.I think the most annoying thing about Integra is the GATE! It is awful. It never works, ever. I know its not just me because so many residents say the same thing. Every single time I use my code it says the # is disconnected or please hang up and try your call again. I end up having to drive over to let my friends in or they sneak in behind another car. Its an amenity that is GARABAGE! I wish they would just go back to having a code for the gate & get rid of the stupid call your phone to open, because it just doesnt work!Parking is almost impossible to find if you get home past 6pm. There is just not enough parking for residences, period.Staff is very inconsistent. Sometimes theyre super nice and very helpful. Others they make you feel like a nuisance.There are many amenities to the apartment, but due to the CHILDREN that live there theyve become limited more and more. It is unfortunate one ruins it for us all, because we all pay a hefty price to be limited to when & what we can use.Some things are fixable, and some are not which is okay. I do like living here, but I think for the $ we pay it could be better.

The amenities are good..excellent, also the staff is very helpful..The walls dividing the apartments are better, Only thing that is good here is the AmenitiesAlso here the parking lots have lights so you see where you are stepping. that is a plus.Overall the apartments are good. but little tiny.

I love living out here! Its a very nice and quiet complex. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and very helpful. I have had maintenance emergencies where my air broke (which can happen anywhere) after hours and the maintenance man came out at 10:30pm and fixed it. These apartments definitely feel like home!

I am currently living at Integra Shores, and I have been since May. I will definitely be sad to leave this place :( I love the leasing agents, the amenities are beautiful, in fact the best in Daytona, and the residents here are all pleasant. I have found myself actually getting to know my neighbors, and liked it here so much, I wish to come back here after I finish school. If youre a college student, or looking to retire, the spacious apartments, amenities, and staff are all SO above and beyond the ordinary, you wont want to live anywhere else. :)

This complex is one of the best in Daytona. The staff here will always help you if you have a question and the maintenance crew is always on top of things. They will usually have your problem fixed the same day or the following day. The pool area is very well kept and the grilling area is one of the best that I have seen in an apartment. The gym is also really great, its clean and they have good quality machines, treadmills, and free weights. All the amenitys are open till 11Pm which is a huge thing for me because work till 9pm every night and I still have time for a workout once I get home for the night.

Been living here for about a week, love the pool and tanning bed amenities! Its an awesome, quiet place to live. No complaints 😌

I have a family member who lives there and so I am a pretty frequent visitor. I love everything about the place except for the amount of dog poop that is NOT cleaned up by the owners. Many people are so good about cleaning up and the complex has poop bag stations all over the place. It is probably just a few who ignore this. It makes it very uncomfortable to walk around (even when I walk my dog), not to mention it is very unsanitary). I think that the complex should charge a heftier fee to ALL dog owners and also have the grounds crew increase their efforts.

Integra Shores is a wonderful place to live due to neighbors being friendly and helpful. The staff alone stands apart from any other apartment complex I have delt with in the past. Their vast knowledge, caring and compassionate additudes about their residents shows your not just an average renter. Due to my situation and time is of the essence to find a place to live, Integra Shores went out of their way to make my task as quick and painless as possible so everything was ready when I showed up. I would strongly recommend checking out Integra Shores to live in if your just moving to Daytona area.

Hello,I must say that this property is lovely at least what I could see from the main office. I stopped by at two separate times over the course of a few months and I had the worst professional experience with the office representatives, the first time there was a lady (with child pregnant) who actually told me that she was too busy to show any Apts, and maybe some other time!!!! That one never even bothered to give me any information at all. Now today the second lady almost looked two aggravated to help she was on the phone for over 15 minutes chitchatting then she seemed delighted to say no unfortunately we dont have any 3br available for leasing. I just think this place needs to get rid of the women in the office because they are nasty!!!!

We have been her for 5 months and its a great place. Very clean,beautiful grounds,great ammenities and nice staff.

Whenever something goes wrong they always tend to blame it on the residents. Worst place I have ever stayed. We couldnt pay our rent on time due to the technical difficulties with the website and we screenshot the date and the website but they would still take the late fees saying other residents paid through website with no issues. EVEN THOUGH I SENT THEM THE PHOTOS. Never recommending this place to anyone. Terrible.
