I love this non-smoking apartment

I moved out about 2 years ago. After living in 3 different apartments before The Trees and 2 after moving out I can say with confidence that The Trees was by far the best rental I have ever lived in. Staff has never been anything but friendly and helpful. Grounds are well kept. Maintenance is quick and always understanding.

I lived here two years from 2014 to 2016. Ive lived in other apartment complexes in Davis, but this was my favorite! The property is quiet, pet friendly, AND well kept--not a combination you can easily find around here. Management is super helpful, too. Shout out to Jacque in the front office for making The Trees an awesome place to live!
