Upon move-in, the apartment state my wife and roommates were greeted with can be itemized as follows --Kitchen - faucet leaking, multiple drawers not functioning, garbage disposal clogged, water damage under sinkLiving Room - blinds do not open, screen door damaged, no safety bar on screen doorLaundry - hallway light broken, door knob falling offBathroom 1 - Sinks clogged, ceiling water damage, toilet paper holder broken, towel rack brokenBathroom 2 - toilet reservoir running constantlyBedroom 1 - paint peeling on ceiling, MISSING FIRE ALARM, blinds missingBedroom 2 - Urine smell in carpet, blinds missing/not functional, sliding door safety bar missing, closet light brokenLastly, upon arrival, carpets were still wet after whatever cleaning was done. Im unsure of how this is an acceptable state for an apartment to be in upon arrival. I would love an explanation.

This apartment is a joke. That is totally a nightmare. Bad environment, bad facilities. When I first get in my room, I saw so many bugs on the corners. I have no idea why this apartments’ quality is so bad. I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND to you to choose this apartment.

Had a nightmare time trying to get an extra rent payment refunded. There was a lack of communication at all levels and when I finally got the chance to speak to someone (took me about 5 months and about 20+emails and phone calls) from upper management, she was pretty curt and made it seem like it was my fault for making that extra payment. Not saying it wasnt, but just didnt feel like good customer service and it really rubbed me the wrong way since I was trying to be as patient as possible. Overall, my experience living there was fine but the management is what made this experience a 2/5 stars for me.

It has been 6 months since we moved out and we still have not received our security deposit. After numerous attempts to contact management, we are left without a clue as to when we will receive it as they are working on it for the past 4 months. Consider living elsewhere if you want to avoid getting scammed.

We moved out 6 months ago and have yet to receive our security deposit back. Even though we told the manager we will take legal actions against them, they seem to not care. The last two e-mails that I have sent were never replied to. Every time I call and speak to the manager she says the same thing We will give it back soon. Its been 6 months, that is not the definition of soon. I would avoid living here at all cost unless you do not care about getting your security deposit back.

Living there was okay. I moved out and it is taking me 7 months and counting to receive the security deposit.
