The management here is great! I lived here for 3 years, and the girls in the office have always been very friendly. They host events throughout the year, and even give out food during finals week (prior to covid19). I feel like they really care about their residents. Jessica, Maya, and Nina are great. Thank you Arlington for a great 3 years of residency!

Arlington is such a quiet and peaceful place. When I moved in everything was super clean and the management is very helpful and polite. They provide you free printing, coffee, and you can borrow vacuum cleaners too. I really liked my apartment and living there was very hassle free. The only thing I wish they would improve is having more and better bike racks. I wish I could stay there for another year but space was filled in so fast.

Love the staff and the office! Free breakfast during finals week and free coffee and cookies all the time! Also, the rent is good. The bike ride to campus is also nice. Maintenance is also awesome.

Ive lived here for 4 years and have seen the complex add many amenities/events for students. Yes it gets this sophomore dorms rep, however it honestly just depends who your neighbors are. There are families here as well. The maintenance and office staff are super helpful and requests get done that day or the next. They also offer free breakfast during finals, and bluebooks and scantrons. Overall, I think its one of the best complexes in Davis. Also super close to two Unitrans stops (both go to MU and Silo).

Small community and everyone keeps to themselves which is always nice. Only complaint its the spas always seem to be under maintenance all the time.
