I had a horrible experience with this company. The Branch Mgr had requested that the place I was looking at would be available June 1st and that they could show the place May 4th and that they would likely sign a lease on May 5th. I received an email after they had me apply which I was approved for. I confirmed the appointment to see the place on May 4th. I then received an email on May 2nd saying the place had already been rented. I feel this is horrible business practice renting the place before you show it to future tenants. Be careful with the company. Unethical business practices. I would never recommend dealing with this company.

Have been renting from Real Property Management Select for almost two year now. When we moved into our home, it was clean and in good condition, but on the second day the refrigerator went out. I was afraid we would be blamed for it, but our property manager gave us the benefit of the doubt to see if it was faulty. Sure enough. So two days later they had a new one installed. Been very happy that theyve been able to take care of us and our home for me and my family.
