This is an amazing family run business, you speak to the owner throughout every stage of the installation process. They do excellent work and the windows they install are sturdy beautiful beasts. Alex and team were wonderful to work with. Met with them to discuss options. We shopped around and got 4 estimates. They were prompt and on time. We also have a home in NY and planned to have all windows and door installed in our Fla apt. All this happened before Covid hit. Long story short Alex contacted me when everything was in stock and I let him and team install while we were not even in Fla. they did a fantastic, clean job. This review is a bit over due. Sanctuary installed two aluminum and glass impact doors from Mr. Glass. They worked with me, though the city was the headache. The crew that was sent out was very detail oriented. They made sure to cover everything as to to not get dust or debris anywhere, and they spent the time to stop and clean every so often. My old doors werent anything easy to remove, and yet they were careful not to damage anything around the work area, and again they kept it clean. Install of the doors was quick. They installed new moulding inside and out, and repaired the stucco. Looking back, I should have hired them to install all my windows in my house rather than installing them myself.

This company did an excellent job from start to finish. I had multiple estimates for the work to be done, and they were highly competitive. The order was placed prior to the onset of the Coronavirus. When the windows became available for installation we were not comfortable having anyone in our home. They did not push the issue at all, and stored our windows for a full two months. As a former contractor myself, I know that is burdensome. Once the work was scheduled, the crew arrived on time, covered our floors and furniture as needed to prevent any significant cleaning afterward. The 5 windows were installed in one work day. We are very pleased with the product and service provided.

From start to finish, Alex the owner was there every step of the way. From recommending products to the final inspection he was there to answer all our questions all the time at an extremely fast rate, most times with in minutes even on weekends and nights, he answered. Furthermore, the windows from Mr. Glass are phenomenal. Never before have we seen such quality in an impact window. We’ve been to new construction homes with PGT windows installed and even some of our friends have SIW’s and PGT’s but these don’t even compare to those top brand names. Top notch, solid construction, PRICE and super quiet glass (7/16”)make this company the way to go. Also, if you’re in the market for a good install team, Sanctuary is your installer. Anthony is a master at trim work which was one of the reasons why we chose Sanctuary. They are masters at their craft. One hiccup we did have was to replace the window sills which we didn’t think of during the installation. Alex was nice enough and basically charged us for the material and a little labor to have them replaced after the installation and came out nice. So if you’re thinking of replacing them do it during the window installation process. You won’t be disappointed. All in all, if you want quality work at a great price, with a hands on owner, Alex and his team is your choice for your next window project.
