My mother who is an older lady ordered impact window and doors a few weeks ago from KMR and when the news of Hurricane Dorian came out we were beyond worried. Michael Immediately called my mother to inform her they would board up her house and did it at no charge. We are beyond grateful for KMR, Michael, and there team for taking care of mother. They even went and helped her neighbor put up shutters. THANK YOU KMR!!

KMR has been my contractor for over 20 years. They have done everything for me from small repairs to building a new home for myself and my family. Shutters are fine . The experience poor. Communication zero. Plenty of other companies out there stay clear of this one.

Worst experience with contractor i have had yet do work on my house. They do not self perform, they subcontract everything out. Got accordion shutters and a impact window for a kitchen. Ordered in August. Shutters got installed in September. One door didnt have the right assembly so had to return to complete accordions. Bad locks installed and my largest accordion which blew open during Hurricane Irma. Got fixed after 2 visits. Didnt put appropriate labels on my shutters so i didnt pass my permit inspection. Had to reschedule for that. My impact window arrived in January, wrong size. 2nd window arrives in March. Finally fits and happy to be done. I ordered and paid for this window in August! Nice sales rep but a HORRIBLE company to do business with. Had 3+ subcontractors come out for a job that shouldnt have taken more than a day. I was stuck with them for the kitchen window since it just a tiny window was left. Wouldve been too expensive to hire someone for just that vs the entire job. I wouldnt wish this stress on anyone.

KMR came through for us when they didnt have to. Though the process did take a little longer than expected, KMR did the right thing and we are very grateful.

KMR used a window/door company that went out of business, so I have a handle on my bedroom door that doesnt work right, my laundry door was to be replaced as it was never put on right and 9 months later Im still waiting. They measured the door frame for a new door, which omly tells me they never ordered it! Kevin kept telling me he was going to fix it and it isnt fixed yet!!! Will I ever get a new door???
