Horrible customer service! Got there at 7:20 and they close at 9 and the chunky curly haired last said she didnt have time to do a fill in. Id rather pay more and have better service! I will never go there again.

I came in on mothers day with a friend of mine for a well deserved mani and pedi and I should of known from the dissatisfied look on the one and only customers face they had that my experience would be terrible. As my friend sat down with her nail tech Keri the other nail tech decided to leave and get lunch which was fine with me until three hours later . When she arrived she explained that she had gotten pulled over by the police which doesnt account for three hours but she then explained that she wasnt aware that I was getting my nails done ( I was the first one to walk in and went straight to the nail color howd she not know ?) So she started on my nails and needless to say she was not focused and rushing through so she kept messing up and by three chipped nails and two hours later (730 to be exact) I told her to just stop. She still tried to charge me full price for the misshapen acrylics I ended up talking her down to 25 which was still way more than I should have paid. The following Monday I messaged Keri and asked her if she could fix my nails she said yes( Keri did a fabulous Job on my friends nails and from her other work I can see she does great nails ) and asked me to meet her at 10am the next day and of course come 10am no one was there but another client that she had asked to be at the shop by 10:30.

This place is careless in its work. The technition didnt fill in the nails properly, she left brush lines in the final coat, two nails werent set straight and finally one wasnt cut evenly. extremely dissatisfied and will have to have them redone. To charge $25 for a full set and to do a poor job satisfying a customer isnt a good way to run a business. I will never use this salon again.

Got my nails done there last friday and they started chipping and breaking 2 days later there were air bubbles in them and no top coat. The polish didnt stay on either. I dont recomend this place to anyone for their nails. Go to JC nails they are way better.

I got my nails done for my birthday and they came off 2 days after I had them done!! Not the best place to get your nails done at!!

My nails came off and some of my real nail came off with it. I know its not the glue because i got the glue off. I wont be going back.

Horrible.not professional.act like the are still taking classes.not enough acrylic.no top coat.

Wasn’t allowed to even be serviced Because it was “too late”, I got there at 7:50, they close at 9, there is no reason for me to not have been taken care of, never going to come again !
