I strongly advise anyone who considers getting their eyebrows waxed here to look for another place. My eyebrows are two completely different shapes and are half of the size they were originally before I got them done here. Spare your tears, eyebrows, and money and don’t go here unless your into uneven brows, then go for it.

Would not recommend going to this place unless you like being talked about behind your back. If you talk to them about someone and they know them they will go behind your back and tell that person even though they don’t want to get in the middle of things.

Great place, they keep social distance, Dan & Lan are awesome people. The pedi was great. Their new chairs have incredible massage too!

This is by far the best place to get your nails done in Dalton! Nikki is amazing! Everyone speaks to you, they are friendly, and you feel like you are welcomed and appreciated. My daughter wanted to have her toes painted, and Nikki treated her like a little princess. They are very very busy so you do need to make your appointment well in advance. They dont rush you out the door either. I love this place ❤️

I absolutely love The Nails Place! You have to make sure you call and get an appointment because they are always busy because they have a Ton of customers who LOVE them and go there regularly. Honestly, thats a plus in my opinion!!! Ive always been treated more than just another customer. Lan does an awesome job on eyebrows!!! If you havent ever gone to The Nails Place, then Id take a a leap of faith and make an appointment!!!

Always so clean. They all wear masks and require all patrons to do so. I have gone there for years, and have always gotten excellent service. Very rofessional.

First off I can’t give you a review on the actual experience inside this salon because I couldn’t make it past the initial phone call. My mother and I have been going to the same nail salon for 15+ years. And the last 8 times have just really gone in a direction we don’t care for. So very difficult to move on but liked the pictures and reviews I had read about this salon. So I call them up and tried to make an appointment for us for a Saturday. I called that previous Monday. Now I understand Saturday’s are usually busy But when I explained our situation I was met with “well we are booked solid” I even understood that and asked about just possibly walking in at a good time willing to take a chance and wait. Still no help there, just “no, all are regular customers that are scheduled and they’ll all show.” Again great for business I’m glad they have regulars but she still didn’t even try to fit us in as new customers or suggest a time during the week to see if we could possibly come then. Just nope there is no chance and was not the least bit interested in possibly gaining two new clients. Because of this experience I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

I have been to many nail places and this one is the BEST nail place ever ladies and Dan are super nice go above and beyond to please you and the work is AWESOME!!! I will never go any where else. It is clean, proffesional, and very affordable.

I have been here several times and have never been let down. Any of the techs will do a great job. It is best to make an appointment. Their prices are a little bit higher than other salons in Dalton but they are the best salon around. The place is clean and feels more sophisticated that other salons.

The customer service is wonderful here! Everyone is friendly and respectful. They are perfectionists and wont let you leave with the slightest smudge. There is a wait and it tends to be better to make an appointment but that just shows how good they are. Prices are comparable to other nail salons.

The people who work here are AWESOME!!! My mom get her nails done by Trang and she has not complained once. Everyone is so nice and funny. I am a guy and a nail salon is typically a girls place but I have no problem going there at all. In fact, I love going to the Nails Place.

They worked fast, maybe a little too fast they overcharged me 15$ because she simply did acrylic and added gel polish when I wanted regular polish. Wasnt happy about their communication with their customers. Wouldnt go back or reccomend this place. Watch before they overcharge for extra service she didnt clean my cuticles. Very disappointed.

Always super friendly atmosphere, with wonderfully talented staff that are sincerely friendly. Call make appointments to ensure you get time for all the pampering possible. All staff are mega talented and treat everyone with red carpet service so you could never get a bad technician to service your nail pampering needs.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Myself and two family members were looking to get our nails done and seen this place had good reviews, so we stopped by. When we walked in there was only one person getting a pedicure everything else was open. The lady informed us that they had an appointment at 4:45, one appointment that’s it, so she could not help us, she might have room for one. THE WHOLE STORE WAS EMPTY! She also had a very rude and stuck up attitude that I would not recommend to give to potential customers. But her loss she could have made the money of 3 appointments 🤷🏻‍♀️
