I have read many of the review and cumulative they are accurate. If you are visiting expecting high quality customer service you will be let down. They have no idea of having a sense of urgency. Their customer service falls far below expectations. I too have had the gentleman watching his phone while in between doing my nails. He has for up and went out for a smoke during the appointment. He will take calls doe long periods of time as well. They seem to. It care of you are there or not. I have heard them on the phone with people and they are beyond rude.The other side of this is that they do good work. They will shape and cut your nails how you want. I have never been cut when going to them and never an ingrown toenail or infection.So whereas the product they produce is acceptable the customer service is far lacking. If they could get that up to par they would have to send people away.

Nancy has done my nails twice. I have gotten gel nails. She leaves a wide gap between your nail and cuticle, both times. My nails look as though they have a weeks worth of growing just after she has done them. The male coworker is rude. He talks on his cell and stops working on your nails. He will stop and just leave go outside smoke etc. You make an appointment and wait forever to be waited on. I did not leave a tip this time due to the fact second time nails not completely filled in. When I go back will have them removed and not use them again. Also have heard from others they charge more on you card, if you don’t leave a tip. Will see, if they do,

I am very upset I was told 3 days in a row they were closed at 7 pm but the website states they are open until 7:30 pm. I am beginning to take that very personal. I work everyday so I cant get there until 7 pm and I have wasted my gas 3 days in a row trying to get a fill in with no luck. The worst part was there was 4 employees working on 4 other customers but I was told they were closed because they had something to do . I guess loosing a customer is not important to them so Ill take my money elswhere

The ppl here are amazing. They always and I mean ALWAYS do excellent work. Ive been to other places but these folks care bout their customers and make sure to keep them happy and coming back I know I do. I reccomend this Nail Salon over any other. They are friendly, and make you feel welcome.

My daughter-in- law and I went to get a fill in. We both came in at the same time, did hers and an hour later did mine. They charged us 65$ for both fill ins and they look horrible. We were nice and polite to them, but very rude to us. We wanted coffin nails, but guy said no. Rude very rude. We will not be back!!

These people are so rude!! My daughter got a fill in and the guy kept pulling her arm and was hateful as he stayed on his phone!! I was going to get Acrylics but I told them forget about it!!!

They did my nails ok,the guys was watching YouTube as he was doing my nails, so some are a little longer, but i didnt complain, my nails cost 45,i gave them a 5 tip, which is 50But my bank statement said they charged me 54 which i guess they decided to take a 9 dollar tip instead of the 5 i have them. So just make sure they dont over charge u when u go

A lot of nail techs dont or wont go as short as I need for work. Today the guy that done my nails got the length perfect and my nails look great!! Plus the price was very affordable!

Nails look good but workers there were talking about us and one of the women there was especially rude she also over charged for my sister who is 6 the normal price is 5 dollars and she charged 15 dollars for normal polish. In the end if I could give them a 0 I would. NEVER GOING BACK.

They dont speak very good English but they do a wonderful job on manicure and nail tips.

6 of my nails are dented and look bad and my nails hurt . My pinky nail was cut . I went yesterday and waited in the lobby for 38 mins before I was asked what I wanted done then was asked to wait an additional 10 mins so the nail technician could go to the bank where I said no I would rather not I’ve been waiting for 38 mins . And the nail tech seemed shocked I waited that long even though she looked up at me 6 times and so did the male nail tech . Very poor customer service . Do not recommend

I love love love my nails They did exactly what I asked for he was very gentle and even take the time to clean the acrylic out from under my nails instead of leaving it which i was very pleased with! i will definitely be back

The staff was so sweet with my kids. Gave us great service and treated us amazing. The nails we got were a variety of services and every one of them was delivered with class and ability. My daughters nails were quite detailed and the gentleman did a amazing job on her and hot them looking just like her pictures she found. Already recommended them many times since having our nails done.

Very professional and I have never had to wait over 10 or 15 minutes even if I don’t have an appointment. If you want something a little different they will try their best to make it look great.

Very dissatisfied with my first visit to this location. Entered and was greeted by a voice, but the voice did not come from the front desk. Upon locating the person, explained why I was there. I was instructed I would have to wait. This is understandable, however a 40 minute wait to only have a gel removal is a bit irritating. I waited patiently. Once it was my turn, I explained again why I was there to a rude young man. He acted as if what I asked was a bother to him. I sat down as instructed and he looked at my feet, and his reaction brought concern to me. I asked, do they look bad and he responded with, who did your nails? I was surprised he did not explain what the problem was, and he was criticizing another nail artists work. This is a very unprofessional behavior, and I have been to four different nail salons where I have never been mistreated as I was here. I feel this young man may have thought my request would impact his tip. I was generous, the request cost $5.00, and I tipped $5.00 because I appreciated the service I requested. Gel polish removal requires specific steps, and I felt best to have the professionals do it. I am very disappointed with this business, and recommend US Nails instead. I hope you will have a different experience than I did, and I will never return to Queen Nails.

Told the lady two three times what I wanted even showed her a pic she still gave me long nails and my hands don’t even match I won’t be coming back she knew I wasn’t happy with them she still said it’s ok be ok right she cut the side my finger

Both my daughter and myself went today and as we went in we were told it would be a 30min wait. No problem with us, an hour and a half later my daughter was called to start. Lady was nice, gave her what she wanted. As I waited I watched as all the other employees went to the back. After the last worker finished with another customer the lady doing my daughters nails called me to his section. As Im getting seated he rushed to the back as well, 15mins later she called him on his cell and they started yelling at each other. He was rude to me, rushed and even when I tried to point out the issues(uneven) Ive noticed he told me I was wrong and did not fix anything! We will not be back!

They gave my daughter a HORRIBLE fungal infection.

They wer very rude when i visited. I was only trying to inquire about their prices and availabilities, and they would even give me the time of day.

They work hard and are very quick. They will get you taken care of without appointments. The quality of the job is lasting.. These are my wifes words. Ive only had a pedicure to entertain my wife but they didnt tease me and it actually felt great. I respect both the men and woman who work there.It doesnt surprise me that they remain in business because they provide good customer service too

Do a great job with my gel polish. The young lady today took extra time to do a perfect polish, I am well pleased.

The old lady told me to first pay however the white customers pay when finished. She was very rude and my polish didnt stay on nail a week. Started chipping. Not going to them anymore!!!!!!!

Horrible place . I went in for a full set of acrylic nails, I wanted them coffin shape and pick out my colors . The lady started on my nails and than said one moment and left . 20 mins later she’s comes but a guy than starts on my nails . Very rude and unprofessional guy . He told me it was going to be $30 for my nails, I said okay and he laughed. While doing my nails he was checking phone entire time and than got up 3 times to be on phone . He asked if I wanted square and I said no I want coffin and he said ahh no, so I agreed to get square . He was working on nails and Told me again that it was $30 dollars and I had to pay first before he finished . I agreed to pay . Well he was on phone and dropped nail polish all over my legs so I picked it up and he scolded me . Saying that I messed up my nails and he had to redo them . Well I wasn’t going to leave the nail polish he dropped on my leg . I wanted to clean it off . He finished and left them all crooked . It’s Been few hours and they look horrible and nail polish is coming off .

The service was friendly enough. Smiles all around. When my daughter & I left we were happy. Broke, it was 79 bucks!, but happy. Maddie had mickey mouse on her toes for 10$! This was Tuesday. Today is Thursday, the same week & maddies toes are nearly wore off, except her mouse on her big toes!! My big toe is messed up & my thumb nail is too. Needless to say, I wont go back here. I expect a 10 paint job to last longer than 2 days. I dont see a post pic option, or I would.

I got a full set with american look for $28. Went back 2 weeks later & got a fill in (which should be $15) & a all over color they charged me $30. The guy that did my nails wasnt friendly & was very rude. Dont think i will go back if i have to pay more for a fill in than i did for a full set. And the french or american polish is $5 more

I got a fill in (which is 15) and she charged me 19 just because she took off 3 nails but she didn’t even ask me if it was ok ??? And not only that but one hand, the nails came out wayyyyyy shorter than the other. None of them are even. Horrible service as well. I will never come back !

I must counter the awful review left for Queen by this other person.This particular Queen Nails is the ONLY place I go. If you are not rude and are respectful of the fact that these men and women dedicate their lives to this salon to do YOUR plain hands and nails a favor, you will have a wonderful, completely pain free experience. I have gone to these same people since they were at their pior location. I have been to many different nail places when trying to find one I absolutely loved and have never been as satisfyed with anyone else other than Queen Nails.That is a fact and I know plenty of people who show the same loyalty to this place.

I hated that place. I paid $40 bucks today and I will probably have to go somewhere else tomorrow and pay again to have my nails redone because they did an awful job on them. Then they made rude comments and said that she didnt like her job when I asked her to fix her mistakes she only fixed one mistake and she did not fix the rest of her mistakes. So tomorrow I will have to go somewhere else because I cant walk around with my nails looking like this. And pay again somewhere else. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Dont go here.... I spent a lot of money here getting gel nails, the next day the gel polish was chipping on several nails they only fixed one. The next day after getting the one fixed it was back chipping. Over the next week I had 3 nails pop off. Ive never had this experience with gel nails and Ive been getting my nails done for years.

Made an 5:30 appt and was passed over for a walk in and now I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes

This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to before I got out of the place my nail cracked the line on my nail is not straight and the person was really hard on my hands and when they sanded my nails down to the shape I wanted they are not straight they look round on edge and the other side is square I am never going back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
