Absolutely the best place around to get your nails done. I have tried many places and never satisfied until now! I have been coming here for over a year and I would not go anywhere else. I see Katie, she always does her best! I have seen Anna and Febe (Hopefully that’s how she spells her name) as well and again my nails are always flawless! You can not go wrong here!!

The wait was a little long as i was a walk in and it being Friday but overall they tried to get to me as soon as possible and the nail tech did an awesome job. I have been going to them off and on.since I stopped getting my nails done for a while I recently started again and was not disappointed and remember why I go here. Plus it’s close to work.Luv my nails ; )

I didn’t have a good experience this last time.The artist who did my nails went too rough with the drill on my nail beds and made me bleed and I left with a design I hated after multiple times trying to communicate what I wanted.I ended up going a different salon right after and getting them fixed costing me more money. I still tipped the guy because I’m too nice, probably shouldn’t have.

Every visit has been amazing! Always a different person doing my nails and everyone has been Awesome! Love them! Best in Dalton!

Took my granddaughter on her 12th birthday to get her nails done. They look nice

They did a good job on my pedicure and I did not have to wait too long to be attended. They clean everything and you have to wash your hands before you touch the nail polish so thats a good thing.

I have came here several times and all around haven’t been thrilled, but this is the last time for sure. The guy went too far with the drill on every nail and made two fingers bleed.

I got my nails done by older man who seemed very nice but when he buffed my nails with the buffing machine he went to far to nail bed and on a few fingers actually and caused me to bleed so i would never go there again

I got my nails done somewhere else and they were awful. I came in to I LUV Nails and they took care of me and my nails and took their time to make sure my nails were perfect before I left. They were professional, clean and quick.

My acrylics nails were literally ripped off my one of the technicians and she did an awful job on the color. They were lumpy and was charged for extra length on short nails.

My normal place was too crowded so I decided to try this one. I didn’t even get all the way into the door when the guy started yelling they were closed. I understand this completely with everything going on right now but they had people getting worked on and people waiting plus the open sign was shining bright outside. So with all this said I will not be going back. They were very rude!

They were disrespectful to an older gentleman that came in asking about their services.

Make an appointment with someone whose work you know. Experiences have been less than excellent with having just anyone do my nails. Today was worst and the final bad experience at this shop for me. The young woman who did my pedi was rough, rude, disrespectful, and did a terrible job . My feet looked and felt worse after she was done with me than when I went in. Polish looked as though a 4 year old applied it. She seemed put out because I have arthritic toes and she used this as excuse for the poor outcome. Others in the shop have been kind and done a great job in the past.

Amazing service every time I go!

I had a great experience. The guy who did my nails was so kind.We laughed and talked the whole time. He gave me exactly what I wanted. When I arrived there was no wait and I was served immediately. It took about 30-45 minutes and my nails look great! I would definitely recommend going here. They made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely come back!

Always very quick and great job done. The staff are always very friendly. My only place to go for my nails and pedicure. Katie is the best nail tech and I come from Calhoun to Dalton because of her. Great customer service and did a great job on my nails

Ive loved this salon for years, but all it takes is one horrific experience and Im done. Having to apologize for my disability, being scolded, talked down to, and man handled when I asked to have my nails reshaped are the epitome of poor customer service. Eventually, I asked to have another person finish my nails. He did great re shaping them, but the nail polish has his thumb print in it and black fuzz on several of the other nails. I already felt so mistreated, and ignored when I told two people that this was the worst experience, that I didnt want to ask to have them repainted. When I was drying my nails she was in the corner talking to the other employees, and they all kept staring at me while she had these angry expressions and making hand gestures of the shape I asked for my nails to be. Her name was Lee.

Within 5 days my gel polish literally peeled off like a bandage. Only good job done was the acrylic and cuticle care.

My daughter and I came here for the first time and had a great experience. Everyone was nice and took their time to make sure our nails looked great. My daughter brought in a picture of a very difficult design and they did their best to make it happen! We are both very pleased and will be back.

Very rude. It felt very rushed. I work 3 12 hour days a week. So my feet are pretty rough. The man left my feet very rough. Then I have to keep pretty short fingernails working in the medical field and because of that I could tell he was not interested in doing a good job. He rushed through it very quickly and I still have nail polish on the sides of my nails. Waste of money.

Update: I just touched my feet and she destroyed them! They feel like sand paper. They are worse than when I went. I’ve never had my feet feel like this after!!! I’m going to have to go to another salon to have them re done, because I refuse to go back and be treated that poorly again.

I’ve had bad experience the past 2 times. I decided to give it a second try but nope never again! My cuticles were hurt, over charge, and rude! They are definitely going down hill.

Not the worst nail salon out there, but definitely not one of the best. Customer service is okay, depending on who you get, but some of the workers can be very rude. My main problem with this salon is that they are always rushing, even when its not busy, leaving nails looking very messy, crooked, or thick.

Ive tried several nail shops in the area, this is by far the best Ive found. Wonderful staff and my polish stays on longer, especially the gel polish. Very competitive pricing.

This is my second time coming. I usually get gel polish on my nails, but it usually starts coming off by my cuticles in less than a week. The guy that did it for me at I Luv Nails did such a great job on it that it lasted twice as long as it usually does when I get it done at other places. Today, I got the SNS (dip powder), and it looks absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t be happier! I definitely recommend this place!! :)

The do awesome leg messages. I always get the deluxe pedi. I have swollen feet a lot, but after he gets done with them my legs are no lo ger red.

I was not happy with this place. The guy I had kept telling me no to the things I wanted, my nails arent straight, and he didnt paint the whole nail. I got a full set of acrylics and it looks like Ive had them for a week. 10/10 would not recommend.

The rudest nail salon I have ever visited! They were unbelievably rude!! One of the men kept snapping his fingers at my sister. A woman was very rude to me and kept shoving my hand away every time she was done with it. They left gel nail polish all over my skin and around my nails . It was my first visit and AWFUL SERVICE. I will never return.

I always have come here to get my nails done, but now, I won’t come back. This older lady did my nails, and she just messed them up. I spent months growing my natural nails, and what a waste of time. I told the lady that I did not want my nails filed, and I just wanted them painted. Then, she went and filed my nails, and when I told her to stop, she continued because “it had to be done”. Now, my nails have been filed too short on the sides that, now, two of my fingers are literally green because of the swelling from the filing being too short. Plus, she was so rude! It was just terrible service, and bad work.

Do not go there! I hardly ever get nails unless its a special occasion, maybe once a year. The guy who did my nails was super rude seemed annoyed that I walked in the salon and rushed the whole thing. I asked for gel nails and he used acrylic powder and charged me for gel! I asked if he could add one little rhinestone to the ring finger and he refused and kept saying I didnt need it every time I brought it up. Very unprofessional. I went to another location and was alot more happier with their service, price, and overall loved my nails. He pointed out that my nails were not gel and infact acrylic. Will NEVER spend my money there again. Lesson learned! I strongly advise against this location.

I will never come back to this nail shop. I received rude service today!! I dont know if Nathan was having a bad day but that is not my problem. From the time I sat down till I walked out the shop he was rude! First you insult me by not asking me what service on my pedicure I want. Then you turn around and dictate what I should do with my feet without saying please or thank you. Then you proceed to insult me by saying the color I picked I cant put on my toes. Who does that. I told him I get my feet done on the regular and all you have to do is put white polish before putting the color on to make the color work. Then I have back problems and He constantly pushing my leg telling me to put my foot back in the water. First if you see me stalling to adjust to put my foot in water then common sense will tell you that I cant just move my foot like you saying. Then he barely scrubbed my feet. I cant deal with arrogant people with nasty dispositions. You want my money but dont want to do the job right. Im straight pissed off right now!
