Omg my hairdresser is the best. My hair is more healthier than ever. I used to have curly hair but now I have permanent straight hair, got to have the treatment every 6 or 7 months. I would not switch hairdressers ever.

Horrible!! SALON owner pictured, was very rude and humiliated me in front of the whole salon just simply wanting my money back as she originally promised...but refused when she found out I went somewhere else to have my hair FIXED because her salon chemically burned my entire head and neck, cut my hair 6-7 inches too short, did not deliver cut, style, or color I wanted, was chemically burned all over my scalp and neck that a month later Im still having treatments on and healing from. My new $50 Belk shirt was ruined because i wasnt even covered up with a cape, towel, or anything else that would have protected my skin and new clothing from BLEACHING which was on my head approx an hour. I was not given needed information PRIOR to services and I even asked my stylist ((CARMEN MATHIS)) if she wanted me to leave the photo of the color and cut open on my phone to recall what I wanted, she said she had it, and knew what I wanted. It will take a year-year and a half to grow my hair JUST to the length of the cut I wanted. 18 was cut off....I have no hair to work with now when it was down to my rear. I had PLENTY to work with. Save your money, time, and hard earned money!!! This SALON will NOT DO YOU RIGHT, and will NOT return your$$$ if they mess up or injure you! ((Which is all I asked and any rational person would have asked for the same thing!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON IF YOU CAN! I can tell you, a chemical burn as bad as I had it is very painful!!! So bad its almost too bad to even wash your hair gently....Good luck!!

I cant speak for everyone but Debra mcCollough really screwed up my hair. And Ive been going there for 3 years so... Basically she doesnt Listem to her clients and if you try to get it fixed youll either get charged more or everyone will be called into the salon to give you the evil eye. The first time was 2 years ago when I asked for balayage highlights and got an ombre. The 2nd time I asked for highlights and lowlights and then had to go back in bc it was too blonde. And when I went in I got the evil eye from everyone (except the owner). And was told I shouldve asked for lowlights, which I did. And now its been 3 times. And everytime I have the messages to prove I asked for the same thing everytime!! So according to this woman balayage touch up is the end of the hair not the roots(literally pulled my hair while telling me this when I had to go back) so besides the fact thats a lie,(just Google balayage touch up is you dont believe me) I never asked for balayage touch up and I had went 4 months ago and I did get a balayage touch up (and she went all the way to the root). Idk what games this hairdresser is playing but all I asked for this time was a root touch up with highlights and lowlights she said itd be no more than 80 so I went in and she didnt touch the 4 months of regrowth only the bottom (another ombre situation). So I messaged her back a week later and asked to get my roots done (again). And she charged me 45+ tip so like 55 more just to put blonde on the roots and now bc she already painted the bottom blonde it doesnt blend at all. And to begin with the 80 was a quote for both highlights and lowlights touch up. But then when I get there shes like why dont we just do blonde and keep your natural, so I said ok. Then when I went back she only touched my roots which are dark brown so now I have brown boxes at the top that dont blend. She shouldve ran lowlights through it too so itd blend since theres so much blonde at the bottom. So yes dont use DEBRA MCCOLLOUGH whatever you do bc she obviously didnt pay attention in school. Anyone can look this stuff up and all her colleagues just sit there and dont say anything when she says balayage is ombre and that balayage touch up dont go on the roots and I know it doesnt go all the way but you do touch zone 2 which is like half an inch past the root. She botched my hair and she insulted me multiple times and tried to make me feel stupid when she is the stupid one. The owner really needs new stylist who care about their clients not just money.

The staff is very friendly and works with you. Love Carmen and Dana. I am a person of habit and once my hairdresser moved I went though many stylist before I found them. Never leaving this place.
