I got my nails done on Wednesday not even a week old and my nails all of them is either unglued from top or from my nail in the bottom and is a new set. I don’t mind paying for something that is going to last more than a few days. Very disappointed

I asked for white acrylics with a red heart detailing as shown in the first picture and received what is shown in the second picture. The nails on the index finger are different lengths. They were badly filed as well, which left lumps on some nails. This set cost me $50 and I was very disappointed because I didn’t get my money’s worth :((( The staff was very friendly tho!

I never leave disappointed from Foxy!! They always do exactly what I want, sometimes they do it better! I’ve tried other salons but Foxy is the best in town.

They do not have a written price list, if you ask, they verbally tell you the service price. After washing my hands at the salon 3 nails were dented, chipped and peeling. The tech redid my whole gel manicure by adding more product and uv light but in less than a few days two of my nails peeled off again. My friends acrylic full set popped off in less than a week but her tech designed pretty delicate nails that is why I did not give 1 star.

They had several people working but the man who did my nails took 2 hours, was rude, left chunks of acrylic under my nails and didnt know how to shape them. He left the white plastic dangling and when he was told several times they were uneven, didnt fix them. At checkout he did discount them even though they were double the price of other shops. There were many bubbles visible under the nail. I asked why and he said ...oh just little powder and dust. He used dirty tools that was 1 week ago today and 1 has already broke. Now getting them removed. He kept asking me if he was done! After about the 4th time of telling him they were no good I just gave up and was ready to just leave. He is the nail tech not me. My only suggestion is that this shop should not let someone practice on customers.

My sister and i went and got our nails done. I never had a problem til now. Our nails havent been done longer then a week and they are already coming loose. The guy didnt cut mine shorter didnt even ask. And her tech didnt even ask if she wanted a design or anything. This is a big problem. I always leave a generous tip but im regretting it now.

My daughter had her nails done here for prom. Even with them being busy, they were fast, efficient, and priced well. She got exactly what she was looking for and they turned out great.

I had my nails done for the first time at foxy nails. My nails were very cute but they started lifting up in a week and at one week and a half one of my nails fell off. Would not go again. My nails were not worth the $75 I spent for the amount of time I had them. 10/10 dont recommend. 😢👎🏻

Ok so i was gonna get my nailsdone for my 15 right ? but they turned out nothing how i wanted them to look, and they were really expensive!! what a waste of money and definitely don’t recommend if you were planning to get a design.

The guy that did my nails did a good job and I love them but I don’t know if I’ll be going back. He cut me while filing my nails a couple times and it still hurt the next day and another girl that went to them cut her finger really bad to the point where she was bleeding and still had to pay full price !

I got my nails done Saturday and one broke on Tuesday. I called the guy told me to come in he would fix it. I went in he was fast about fixing it even tho he was busy. Then another one broke Thursday when in to have it fixed they was busy she told me to come back in an hour and a half so i did then had to sit there for another hour before getting my nail fixed that would of took 5 mins to keep taking new people bc the lady who messed them up in the first place could do them again. Makes no sence i will not go back. That is bad business.

I went on Tuesday and got my nails filled in JR did an amazing job. On Wednesday I decided to go and get a pedicure I ask for a regular pedicure with Gel polish. The lady ask if I wanted her to use the razor on my feet and I said please she replied that will be 5.00 more so I declined that service as I feel that should be included. After she finished my pedicure and I went to the counter to pay she told me my price was 45.00 I was a little taken back at 45.00 when I questioned why it was 45.00 she told me they charge 5.00 to remove my nail polish because it was gel. I explained that she should have told me that before hand and I then could have made the decision if I wanted to pay the extra and that I felt that should be included in the service or else people would just be painting over old polish. I will look for another salon I dont like shady business.

I came here because my usual place was so busy and I heard good things about the place but when I went I they did the wrong color, shape, the acrylic was so thin that I broke two nails doing everyday things. I will NEVER go back.😡

Every time I go here they always do such a great job on my nails. They actually take the time to make them look good unlike other places. This is the best salon in Dalton to get your nails done without having to make an appointment in my opinion.

My 18 year old, daughter and I loved Ann and her nail salon. We were visiting, Dalton, GA from Texas and we are so blessed by the service we received at Foxy nails. She and her staff do amazing work! The salon is clean. We were in and out within an hour. Very friendly and make you feel as long time friends, even though you just met.

I showed them a picture I found online and it’s IDENTICAL! They did a phenomenal job!!! I wish I lived in the area because this is the best I have seen done. They triple checked that it was exactly as I wanted and it was a very fair price, especially since I had both of my ring fingers hand painted to match the picture to perfection. Highly recommend. Other than that the staff was very friendly and got myself and coworker in, in a timely manner with a full salon as walk-ins.

I got an acrylic full set here on the 21st of December but two of the nails fell off in the shower today. I would come other times and this would never happen.

First time here and i am not impressed. i have heard so many good things about this place so i had higher expectations. i felt like they were in a rush and didn’t really care about the work being done on my nails. all my nails are a different shape and i’m really not satisfied with the outcome :( i am sure they are amazing nail techs but i did not get that experience

Love, love, love this place!! I got a manicure with gel polish and my friend had a fill in(acrylics) and then gel polish. We had the best time! All the workers were so friendly and even asked if we wanted something to drink! Such a pleasure coming here. Our nails look AMAZING! Wish we lived closer, this would definitely become my regular spot.

So, after reading all the reviews I decided to try this place out today. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I loved it! The guy that did my nails was awesome. Definitely easy to talk to and kept me laughing, and he did an amazing job on my nails. I wish I had gotten his name so I would know who to ask for next time. Seriously recommend everyone to go there! The prices are very reasonable, the people are awesome and do great work, and they’re very quick. I was in and out in no time even without an appointment and he definitely took his time making sure my nails were perfect. 🙌🏼

After reading the reviews, I gave this place a try after a rainy work day. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND. This was probably the best nail experience I have ever had. The male tech explained so much to me. I could tell he wasnt trying to run the highest service. He thoroughly explained my options for a natural looking acrylic. Im so glad I came here. They have a wide variety of nail colors and the even have a demo of diff nail shapes. I stay about 1.5hrs away and its tempting to go back again because they do such a great job

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday and they did the most amazing job!!! They were gentle, I didnt feel rushed, and very calm!!! I will definitely be going here everytime for my nails from now on!

This is my fourth time to this salon and I love it. They give you great service, it is friendly and relaxing. Each time I go, i get the set or a fill in and they look just as beautiful as the first time i got them. Overall, i come out very happy everytime.

They did my nails how I like them and they offer a variety of different nail styles. Some places try and talk you out of getting styles that take longer than a normal full set or fill in with a simple color, but not them. Ill definitely be going back!!

Was my first time and the lady Didnt do what i asked :( my daughter and i went to get our pedi done . We just did not like. polish was chuncky on hers had over layerd messed up by the time we got home . Maybe next time.

This place was great! I went on a Sunday, it was clean and spacious. I had a Deluxe pedicure and gel nail color put on. It was relaxed and it didnt take too long but I wasnt rushed. The seats were big and comfy with nice massage action. Id never tried the manicure before. I would definitely come back here.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Implements were clean and sterile and there was a lot of attention to detail. My nails are beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. They even gave me a bottle of water! I will definitely be back again.

The girl continuously expressed how much she hated her job, the massage was s7ppose to last 5 to 7 min, she did it about 3 1/2, she was switching between my feet and another ladies without switching gloves, and she got paint on my toes and did not get it off, and I had to ask for a clear coat.

My pedicure was nice, I paid for the callous remover, but the lady did not do a very good job. I spoke to her about and she said I just needed a little oil, Ive been needing a lot of oil. I wasnt happy. I was out of town, so I wont have to worry about going back.

Really nice and easy. Took about 45 minutes for my sister and I to both get gel acrylics. They were super sweet and even gave us both a gift bag with a bunch of candy canes.

Worker who did my nails was really rude. He would sigh loudly when I didnt move my feet quick enough and was rushing. It made me feel very uncomfortable and then the nail design that another worker did on my finger nails was not good. Kept messing up and ended up not meeting my expectations. This is not the first time I came here and I really enjoy this place but today was just not good.The next day of gel nails: they started turning brown... Im not sure why??I didnt do anything to stain it?

Staff were friendly even after I changed my mind from gel to acrylic. I do feel like they were rushing since there were only two workers. I liked my nails before leaving but when I got home I noticed there were some that werent straight. I would go back once more but not too crazy about these nails.

Lynn is so rude went to get my nails done there and she didn’t want to do them then someone else walked in and she did them right away. I thought it was a business where you treat all the customers the same way. That’s probably why she closed her nail place for mistreating her customers and having a bad attitude all the time or getting mad when you don’t like the way she did your nails. I hope foxy nails don’t lose a lot of customers like she did.

I was in Dalton for a interview and decided to stop by to get a full set and pedicure. A week later my nail was failing off and I had horrible itching on my index finger. Turns out I may have some type of infection in my finger from the products they used, which has never happened to me before. I also noticed large patches of dry skin on my feet (both) after getting a pedicure. Found out I have ring worms and I know its from this nail salon. This place is unsanitary and overpriced. BEWARE!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
