I’ve been going here for years! Tim always dose my nails, & we just catch up while he does them. They have become family to me and my family as well.

I got a regular acrylic set plain pink and they charged me $50 no design or nothing just pink … and the paint started peeling .. literally peeling within 3 days

The experience overall wasnt bad but the biggest complaint I probably have is the false advertising. Their gel manicures are being advertised as SNS. The only powder part was the overlay. The guy who also did my nails put SO many layers on my nails because the polish I chose was more transparent than others. I cant tell you how many layers he put. As a result, my polish look like little bubbles on my finger. The fact that my nails were filed to a square like shape makes this look even more comical. He also trimmed my toenails and one of them was cut crooked. He failed to fix it. Probably wont be back.

Went and got a full set and a pedicure 2 days ago and I dont know if they are very clean. Yesterday my toe started getting sore and today it is completely infected. I was thinking he may have cut too much of my toenail and it was ingrown. But I can feel the nail all the way down and theres no sharp edges. So that leaves me to believe that the tools werent sterile.

I went to get full set of acrylics and I wanted it coffin shaped, I waited for about 35 minutes which I didn’t care about that so much. But what got me was I wanted a medium size length and she straight out told me no and kept making them shorter and shorter. After all was said and done my nails look bubbly and I have polish on my figures and hands and the shape of my nails are round not coffin at all.

If I could give no stars I would. The ladies are really rude and one literally tried to yank my arm off. I will never go here again and don’t recommend anyone else going here.

(I live in Calhoun) I drove here to get my nails fixed and I left extremely happy with what they did! Amazing people!

I have been coming here since i was younger and have seen an increase in their prices. Lots of nailssalons do this, so i understand. The problem i have with this salon is that they will charge me differently each time. There was a girl getting her nails done right beside me who got charged way less for the same thing!! They are very friendly people, but they always tend to over-price me and are not consistent with their prices. Have gave them many chances, but have officially changed salons.

Fabulous and I do mean fabulous job on a pedicure. I was passing through town and tried this place the lady took her time and paid great attention to detail. Cost was dirt cheap. So glad I went in. Highly recommend.

I debated two days before writing this review. I use Zen nails over at Hamilton place mall in front of Ross. they do a fabulous job but it was storming really bad this day so I just came here because I live in Dalton. I wish I never had. biggest waste of money ever. when I walked in I had dip on my nails and the lady put the aluminum foil on them and left me sitting there for almost an hour. once she got them ready and prepped I told her I wanted black coffin-shaped. she ended up putting some dark burgundy brown color on them they are not even black. once she started dipping them I noticed that she went into the white primer dip only one time. Zen nails does this three times. she also only dipped my nails twice. when I hold them up in the sunlight you can see straight through them. on top of that they are lumpy and bumpy. she did not file them down like youre supposed to. she also did not put them coffin shape. they arent even square. they are some weird mix of square and round. Its only been 3 days since I got them done and you can see how far they look grown out. it was like this from day one she did not even go all the way to my cuticles. for my pedicure I asked for a certain designed to be put on my toes. The girl doing my nails said she wasnt good at drawing so I said is there someone else can do it. she said that she would just do it with rhinestones as that would be easier for her. well they didnt have any clear rhinestones so she put baby blue on my feet. then when it comes to the designs you cant even tell what it is and she couldnt put the rhinestones on there to make it look like it was supposed to be. I would never recommend this place. if you want your nails done right you need to go to Zen nails. they are amazing!

Overall their work was okay. I got a gell manicure done and it sarted to peel the same day. I don’t live around the area, so I called them to let them know I wasn’t going to be able to come in for another few days. When I went to get it fixed she wanted to charge me. I didn’t think it was fair, & she was a little rude about the situation. I would have given them another chance but I won’t be back.

They are absolutely the best in customer satisfaction and services. They never rush and always make sure youre satisfied before leaving. A very great place to relax and get the service you deserve!

This was my best experience here. I wasnt impressed when I first walked in because it didnt smell clean but they did a great job on my nails. Very friendly staff.

I went in on a Sunday night right at closing time, not being a regular customer I expected to be turned away, they stayed late to finish my nails and did an excellent job. Great customer service!!

They did pretty good but they put me in front of five other people that left because of it I felt horrible. Also I got gelish nails and the guy did not clean out my cuticles so the next day OF MY DANCE. They all peeled off.

I take my grand daughters here and they love it. The last time I took one of my girls she talked me into getting a pedicure with her. I was very satisfied with the guy who did mine. He was very kind and gentle with my very sensitive feet. He was just a doll throughout the process and did an excellent job. My grand daughter was happy with hers too but she did get disappointed with the paint job (she ask for a flower that ended up looking more like a starburst) her guy gave her, it didnt look bad it just wasnt what she ask for, otherwise she was happy with it.

Overpriced for the service and product. They are not consistent with the care they give, skimping on some while taking extra time on others for the same service. I got my nails dont there, they looked decent but when I went to take them off I said it was hurting and asked if there was a different way and he just laughed and continued. Not impressed.

They lady filed way to deep into my skin and didn’t cover all my nail with aycrlic .

Cant imagine anyone having a bad experience. It must be your own fault. I live in Pennsylvania and popped in here while I town for business for a mani/pedi.Amazing quality. Tim took his time and took care of my messy cuticles. His foot massage is one of the best! They knew their customers by name who were coming in. All employees were extremely friendly. If I lived here, theyd know me by name too. Great place!

They really dont know how to do naild i had a full set put on i could have done better if i had done it myself with my eyes closed they have lumpz and bumps and dips when i ask them to fix them they told me they looked great and i was looking for free work they wouldnt do rhat. Verry rude and nasty

I have gel nails and I had them a week and half ago and they start peeling the next day. I will not go back to expensive poor service.

I felt as if I was over charged for the pedicure I got.. never went back after that...

I went in to get a pedicure there were two staff and five customers. I asked how long it would be she said not long another employee was on his way. She said for me take a set in the pedicure chair. I sat there twenty minutes no one ever even acknowledged I was waiting. The guy doing the pedicures was painting another customers nails so I thought when he finished he would have at least started the water so my feet could soak. He moved right on to another customer. I left. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Just left, the guy wiped my nails with the towel and smudged it then refused to fix it. He rolled his eyes at me and my friend the entire time. I came in when they first opened (9) and left at one. And in addition to all of that they all talked in Chinese then proceeded to look at my friend and I, and laugh.

I needed to get my nails filled and a pedi... new to area. Found this location, Never again!!!!! Omg so rude,hurt my cuticles,bleed,and dug out my in grown toe nail sheese took out my whole nail....bleed so bad. The price was 60 when told it was 45!!!! Worst place in my life!!!!!!!! Avoid this shop

Worst service I’ve ever had came just to have my nails taken off and I’ve been waiting over 45 minutes and still waiting I got called over because she wanted to look at my nails and told me to sit down and she just had got done with someone and then started on another person and the other 2 people are just sitting around watching YouTube and playing on their phones I would not recommend to anyone

These people are rude and suck ass i asked for them to not file my natural nail and asked them to fix the top of my acrylics because it looked as if the acrylic was too low, ive only had one week with these nails and the first day they started lifting up and today i only have 9 nails on my hands and my nails usually last 2 months ! they use cheap products and rush through the progress ! if i could rate this 0 stars i would ! they dont even deserve one .

They are ok. 3 of us went and had manicures done and 2 of us got eyebrow waxing. The amount was not correct by their pricing on the wall.

New in town. Went there for a pedicure based on reviews. Was taken straight back to a chair where I was completely ignored for 20 minutes although there were 5 employees and 4 guests. If they had just put my feet in some water!
