Had this shop replace my front windshield earlier on my 2017 C7 Z06 and while the actual front replacement of glass is good, the removal of the old front windshield and the install of the new windshield did not go so well as the technician who performed the install scraped the entire roof of my corvette in a giant line across near the top of the windshield. The manager there at the time, Troy, when asked about the scratches seemed to hesitate a little bit. I initially asked why the roof wasn’t removed and he replied you don’t need to take the roof off to perform the replacement which, while I agree, multiple other windshield shops will remove the targa top off of corvettes for this specific reason so scratches don’t happen or they apply blue temp PPF film while they work. After a little discussion he offered to send my car down the street to a detailing shop. The guys over there tried their best to remove the scratches via buffing but unfortunately the technician had gashed the roof’s paint too deeply. While at the detailer, they noticed that the technician actually gashed my driver side quarter panel quite deeply as well. The only fix now is to either have the roof and quarter panel repainted or have it given to a paint correction specialist (both options are incredibly expensive). Will keep the review updated to see if Autoglass plus will take responsibility for the damages or not. If they won’t, definitely going to be seeking legal counsel against the company to seek damage reimbursement in full.

Needed new windshields on both vehicles as both have been a target this year. Very friendly, and professional. Best prices we could find in Kitsap County. Dropped the vehicle off the night before and was notified the next morning they were done already! They even managed to remove the good to go pass and put it on the new windshield. We had our rear window on a F450 Dump Truck broken Friday afternoon. I called Auto Glass Plus and spoke with Pam after being referred by Julia with Fix Auto. I was given a quote for the replacement with out replacing the seal, as well with the seal just in case. I then proceeded to contact the other 2 Local Gig Harbor auto glass companies to compare quotes. Auto Glass Plus by far was not only the least expensive, but also was able to have it replaced and ready to go by the following Monday. Other companies were looking at almost 2 WEEKS OUT!!!! It is now the following Monday, 1pm. Truck is done. Seal still good. Price was less than quoted!!! Pam was very kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, thorough, and honest. Having a broken window on any vehicle is stressful, Pam made it easy if you can even believe that. Dropped off at 9am and it was ready by 1030 same day for a new rear windshield. They even clean up all the broken glass.. Fast, easy, friendly service. Definitely recommend.

Had a leak I thought was the rear window in my pickup. Turned out to be the 3rd brake light mounted on the cab above the window. They resealed the light for a fraction of the price a new window and seal would have cost. Honest and professional. Cant recommend too highly, Ive done business here several times the past 25 years and have always been pleased.

I was referred to Auto Glass Plus by my neighbor. I had them replace my drivers side window after my car was broken into. Both people I spoke with at the front desk were professional and respectful. The repair was done in less time than estimated, right at the cost that was quoted to me, and they even cleaned up the little pieces of glass that were still around the car. Auto Glass did any outstanding job on my wifes Solara. The passenger window had partially jumped the track. They replaced it quickly, for a great price and it works perfectly. They were friendly, and up front about possible problems with the job (which fortunately did not materialize.) I have scheduled them to work on my other vehicles as well.

Needed windshield replacement. They immediately checked and windshield would be delivered the next day. They also called insurance company and received the authorization while I was standing there. Made appointment and they replaced windshield. They even moved the oil change sticker on the windshield as well as the Good to Go pass. They were fantastic.

I had a severe back window leak. They were cheapest in area. They did the job I asked (back window replacement) but didnt even clean all the moss around the seal that was causing the leak in the first place. Still leaks but just barely.Also the front desk lady was awkward.

Great people. Great service! I had my windshield replaced several years back and a few days later a piece fell off the mirror. I never got a chance to get back and get it fixed but I kept the part. Just recently my windshield got broken again and I took that piece in with me. I explained about the piece I wanted fixed and they did it with no argument of any kind. They were more than happy to fix something after Id say 3 years. I was very impressed and I will use and recommend them for as long as they are open.

I don’t really mind that repairs cost money- I totally get it. What I don’t get is quoting a price to a customer and the customer confirmed the number 3 times.... then the car comes in for repair and taking that up three times the amount that was confirmed. I guess where I got really frustrated was the “you must of heard us wrong” comment. Your right, 3 times I heard you and said it wrong. Makes sense.

Needed a new rear window for my Volvo. Called in the morning, got it done the same day. Clean professional shop. Work done as advertised. Price was better than several others including Novus and Safelite. They accidentally cracked the windshield wiper while removing the window, but without any fuss ordered a replacement at no charge to me.Highest possible recommendation.

I had a bad water leak on the passenger side. Cups of water were pouring out of my Dashboard on my 2005 Mustang after every rainfall. My radio and electrical system in the car were beginning to show unusual behavior. Autoglass discovered the problem to be in the air intake just under the hood...a drain tube in this area had plugged dirt and pine needles and the entire intake area was filling up with water and spilling over into my passenger compartment...it only took them about 30 min to find and fix this problem for a very reasonable price. If we had not fixed this, my electrical system would have suffered continued damages. They did a great job!!!
