JC Nails is absolutely gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. James is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. He does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. He is the most creative person I know when it comes to Nail designs. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you desire. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. My nails are always so beautiful. I always recommend JC nails.

Highly recommend! Im really big on my nails being a nice coffin shape and JC nails did such a good job, she took her time to file them into shape and made sure they all matched; my design was pretty much spot on to the inspo pic I showed them! Super clean and offer quality work.

I have been to every nail salon in Dalton and JC Nails is BY FAR the best one. They do quality work and don’t rush through nails to get you out of their chair faster. James is the sweetest, and Veronica and Vee are awesome too. Really everyone is!! Love my JC Nails family!

I went in to get my nails filled in and I sat down and this man came out of the back, and kept asking the others how to do things, I was missing one nail, one was about to come off but the rest was fine, he ripped off the one that was about to come off and then stuck his nail under the rest and ripped them all off. I hold them they were fine, I just needed them filled, he didn’t listen and continued to rip them all off, some nails he ripped from my skin, some are crooked and some are missing color. he grounded my finger with the drill. I walked in and they said $20, I left paying $50. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They charged me 60. I asked if they could lower it cause of how horrible the design was and the guy that was at the counter had shrugged his shoulders and laughed and walked away.

My first visit here i was told one price and when all done I was $20 higher and of course I told them no and they charged me the price I was quoted. The nails on my left hand was crooked and very plain to see. I went yesterday to have the nails removed. I was there 1 hour and 20 minutes and the lady that removed them was not professional. I have white powder underneath my nails and still have the glue on them. Needless to say I will not be going back. $78 wasted

This is my absolute favorite nail salon in Whitfield County I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All of the men and women are super nice and always friendly. James goes above and beyond to please customers and does the best designs. I highly recommend this salon for all of your needs.

Went there for prom nails and pedicure. The nail people where constantly making fun of the way my feet looked and caused a big scene. They also did a terrible job on my nails for prom. Was not worth the $55. They are very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I went on Friday, I saw there was a lot of people so I was going to leave they said there was not a wait to go in. I sat down after sitting there for 10 minutes I noticed other ladies around me waiting for their service as well. I was told there was no wait. I left. I decided to go back the next day. I went in the last who did my pedicure was trying to work on other clients while doing my pedicure. She kept getting up and taking care of other people. When I got home I noticed she did not paint a nail fully and one of them is uneven. I went here because I saw the google reviews but the service with this particular lady was awful.

The nails are okay but it takes forever. I was sitting there for forty minutes just waiting, without being attend. They weren’t even packed I like to go in the morning but. The service and nails are getting worse & worse. I don’t rly recommend to anyone besides old ppl bc they have all day to spend. Lastly the have had a major ant infestation. If there reading thisI recommend have some one at the desk saying hello and asking what ppl what done. btw they treat customers differently which is terrible.

I like how they do my nails here. I have gotten gel and fake nails; they last long, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wanted to try a new nail salon but regretting so bad. Waiting and hour to get attend, he took almost two hours to finish my nails. I did ask for anything complicated. I told him a certain color and shape. He did it a different color and different shapes. I tired telling him and ignored me. I as well wanted them short and he kept insisting in getting them long. For my and my friend it took 3 hours and half. Foxy Nails is so much better highly recommend! Learned my lesson

I love my nail designs from JC nails. They have done the designs I have ask for. The reason I gave a 5 star is because of the pedicure. I told young lady about my nerve damage and what was wrong with my foot. This afternoon was the first time in a few months I walked without pain. My nails look great but all I can think of is I wish I got the young ladys name that made me pain free for a lil bit.

I got my nails done 2 days ago. I had bumped my thumb and it had got chipped very badly. I called and asked how much it would be to fix it and James said that it would be free. I thought it was very very sweet. I haven’t been anywhere else since I started going here. They never disappoint!!!

Came for a set of acrylics but when I wanted to remove them, it took hours due to the fact that they use an illegal product that caused them to get gummy and difficult to remove. Went to another nail salon and they confirmed that they were not using proper products.

This is one of my favorite spots in Dalton. Im never disappointed with my nails when walking out of the salon, prices are fair given the amazing work. Ive had lash extensions here and recieved lots of compliments. You should definitely stop by, I cant recommend them enough.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done. I waited over an hour and a half to be seated while others walked in and were seated and attended. I asked James to do my daughters nails and he said “yes” and sat her at a station. Another client walked in and James seated her immediately and started to work on her before my daughter who was seated waiting for him. I’m mad at the fact that nobody was attending her as she waited at a station while others walked in and were attended immediately. They finished dispainting my nails and I got up and told them “I didn’t want them to do our nails that I was bothered and felt that they were over looking us.” I was told to pay $20 for the pedicure I “received” they only took the polish off. It is not a professional business. I do not recommend going there.

I went in for acrylic nails and they were good, not exactly how i wanted them but it was fine. After having them on for 2 weeks i went in to get them removed due to work. When i arrived the main guy who workers there attended me in a rush which I understand. He gets to me and starts removing my nail with a fake nail. He was basically scraping the acrylic off my nail. He proceeded and then saw me jump and asked if “it hurt”, in which i replied “yes”. He just said “sorry”and proceeded. As he was doing this i just wanted to cry because i kidd you not, this was so painful and having to go through that with all 10 fingers! He finished my nails and told me to wash my hands, as i was getting my purse and phone he says “10 dollars over here”, which I found very unnecessary and rude. I never make reviews but this time the service wasn’t good.

So we get there there packed were ok with that, but when we get seated to get our nails done they were really rough and made my friend bleed they didnt know how to do the nails we wanted

I went there to get my eyebrows microbladed and James did such a great job on my eyebrows! During the the beginning of the whole process I was scared because it was my first time, but James calmed me down and showed me what he did every step of the way. My nails were done beautifully for 2 different powder colors and 2 designs on each hand was $50 which is reasonable. My issues come from my nails coming off after not even a week and when I sent my friend there she was completely up charged. $45 for gel polish and very short nails it just didn’t make sense. Beautiful nails if you just need it for a specific day cause definitely does not hold up well and PAY ATTENTION to what your being charged.
