Dont hesitate to come here! I have been searching for a solid nail salon for so long, and I finally found it. The people that work here are so hard working and put in 100% effort to make sure that youre satisfied with the services. If you dont like your nails, you can call them and come back within around 2 weeks for FREE of charge!I absolutely love this place and will definitely be coming back again.

I wasn’t entirely sure what I needed because I just had a baby and needed something that would not be too sharp or long so as not to hurt him. She helped me pick out a nail shape that’d work, filed the edges to be smooth(more so than I’ve ever had before) and even helped me pick a color set that turned out amazing!!! The only disappointing part is that I forgot to ask for the woman’s name who did them!

I had been a loyal customer for a few years up until today. I went to have my acrylic nails removed and then painted, but instead I ended up dissatisfied with the service I received. I spent 30-40 minutes soaking my nails in acetone and then waited an additional 15 minutes to be seen. The nail technician then proceeds to clip and file my nails with acrylic still on instead of removing it!! I pointed this out which he then starts to remove the acrylic from some of my nails but still left pieces on, and then he proceeds to make me pay before painting my nails. At this point I was fed up and left. It was a waste of my time and money!! Will no longer be recommending this place to my friends!

I’ve had my nails and my feet done at this place the first time turned out great second time the the girl that Did them got in a hurry and I think she just didn’t care so the polish is coming off my fingers and I had the gel nails done The polish normally lasts for at least three weeks I don’t know if I will continue to come back just trying to find a place in Dalton that can do a great job with my fingers on my nails

Im not one for bad reviews but my visit yesterday was inexcusable. I went in for a gel pedicure and am beyond unhappy with the result. The gel polish was literally pulled off instead of soaked off, the nails are crooked, the paint is streaky and on top of that she seems to have cut into my actual toe. The toe is swollen and looks to be getting infected. There are too many nail salons in Dalton to settle for what I experienced. Lesson learned.

My daughter who is a student at Dalton State came home today with these horrible nails. The technician that did these needs to be fired. This is unacceptable for $35. She said she spoke up and tried to tell the technician that she was not pleased with her work and she got an attitude and began to yell at her. The polish is thin and missing from some areas on the nails. It’s not smooth. It’s just garbage and the nail shape is not consistent. Her cuticles look horrible and the technician cut the skin around her nails causing it to bleed on one finger. She will not be returning here. I wish I could give -5 stars.

I scheduled appointment three weeks in advance, when I called they didn’t have me down .... so I was told to come in at 1 and I’m sitting here at 1:46 still not being seen ....very disappointed because I love Tracy but will be last time using this establishment.....

The lady did not take her time what so ever nails are messed up I will never ever come back here again!!! Second time and they look absolutely awful!!!!

I got a full set done and the nails are very lumpy and not the same shape and all different lengths. She rushed through it so fast so the polish wasn’t smooth or anything. She didn’t even polish the whole nail on some of them. I will never go back.

This was the first time at PS Nails and I told all 3 ladies I spoke with that all I wanted was gel color-including the lady that did my nails. I did not realize she was doing a full manicure (all salons are different and do different things) and I was charged $30 for what should have been a $15 color. When I called later all they said was oh, sorry. I will never go back.

Excellent experience, pedicure and gel nail with manicure for $45 and my little girl ($10) got her nails and toes painted too. Other then her thumb nail smearing we had a great time. We will definitely go back.

Just as good as Amys Nails and cheaper. I get the S&S powder dip on my real nails and I love it. It makes them hard so they can grow and it last a month.

Never going back to PS Nails. I have gone there for years and only one or two ladies do a good job. Unfortunately I could not get the one lady Amy who usually does them there and not sure if she is even coming back, but got another lady who butchered my cuticles. Painful 😖

I came and got my nails done and my 7 year old daughters nails painted... this was 2 days ago I’ve already had a nail break. I’m on vacation so of course I can’t come get them fixed whenever I’m 30 hours away. So I called and ask can I get them fixed or a refund whenever I get back they said no I can’t get them fixed. I also tipped 20 bucks as well.... so I won’t be back and I definitely won’t be recommending anyone else to come either!!!

I went to get my acrylics taken off today, which would be the second time that I’ve had this done there, and the lady was rough. She cut my pinky finger and as a result, I bled. When it came time to pay, I was surprised that I was even being charged, she tried to charge me $10, I told her that I was not going to give her $10 but that I would give her $5 and apparently she was not happy with that. She was telling me that it’s normal to be cut when getting acrylics taken off, but I had acrylics taken off 2 weeks prior at this location and the service was fast and painless. Unfortunately, the lady who took them off for me before was not there. So she got the lady in charge, I’m assuming that’s who she was, and she was rude as well. She raised her voice and told me that she didn’t see where I was cut when you could clearly see the blood. Either way I ended up paying $5.25 because there’s apparently a $0.25 charge for anything $5 or less. They told me that because I paid $5 that I would have to book my next appointment, as if I would ever go back. I wasn’t even offered a band aid. She also filed my bloody nail with a file and put it back in the drawer. Don’t waste your time.

They need to be more friendly. There was one who did my nails a while back and they were great and lasted amazing for a long time but the lady wasn’t so friendly

Tena was amazing. I wish I had written this sooner, but I did not appreciate what great service I had at PS Nails until I went to Queen Nails. PS Nails was quick, prompt, friendly, flexible, and reasonable. I loved my end result. I even had gel nails on toes last over 3 weeks before needing redone. To me that is super impressive. Especially since I have had to have redone after a weeks time. I will return to PS Nails from now on, because they are wonderful. The prices are a little higher then others, but after my experience with Queen Nails it is worth it. These girls work hard to give you what you ask, and they do not make you feel bad about your personal appearance. Thank you Tena!

I’ve never had a bad experience here before I know when I always come in it’s always busy. I just came from there and I have to say even though I’m always happy when I leave, I can say that my nails haven’t looked this good ever before !! The lady that did them today her name is Lynn! You will not be dis satisfied with her work! The shape, the thinness of the nails are Incredible!

My friend and I got a very rushed pedicure and manicure. They didn’t paint part of our nails. The workers were rude and didn’t listen to what we wanted done after multiple times explaining it. Overall a very unpleasant experience. I won’t be back.

My sister and I have been receiving services from PS for about 7 to 8 years. It can be hit or miss, but today was a huge disappointment for my sister. We both wanted acrylic nails and facial waxes. The girl rushed throughmy sisters nails, not cleaning up the rough edges, then when she waxed her eyebrows, my sister was lucky to have her right eyebrow left. NOW, the girl was on her cellphone the whole time. We will now find another establishment for nail services and waxing.

I just got my nails done and they had to redo them because the lady couldn’t understand what I was saying or didn’t care if she could. The lady asked if I wanted gel and I said no and she said gel is better and did it anyways. They were also supposed to be ombré and even on the second go round they still didn’t get it right.

It was Memorial Day and there were nail places closed all over jasper, canton, Blue Ridge, and Ellijay and this place was open... I recommend this place... it was worth the drive.

Love this place, I have been going to ps nails for over a year and I am totally happy, never had a problem . Vikki always does my nails and she is amazing, the place is always clean and everyone is very friendly, I don’t see myself going anywhere else !

So I went here yesterday to try it out and it was honestly a mistake. First off, they’re way to overpriced. I wanted a fill in and they charged me 20 when I luv nails charges me 15. Second off, I left the place with every finger bleeding Bc of how rough she was. And then I got home and all of nail polish started coming off. I’ve only been to ps nails for my eyebrows to be waxed and they some what do good, but nails, aren’t their specialty. I will never return to get my nails done

They do good wrok but they are mean

Had a couple of pedicures here and theyve been fine however rushed. Had a gel manicure and it was peeling not even 24 hours after I had them done. Five days later and half of them have peeled completely off and my nails are weak and ruined.

It really is hit and miss. I have had good experiences and bad. More times than not my nails will not stay on a full week yet when I got to other salons I dont have a problem.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFULI asked for rounded tips three times and she said no square looks better. They put gel nails on my daughter after she said no thanks. They were extremely rushed. My nails are uneven. I have glue on two fingers and I left with three fingers bleeding. My hands are so sore!

I vowed not to come back here months ago, but I didnt feel like driving to my favorite place 30 mins away. The woman who did my toes got upset after I declined a higher pedicure package SHE FELT I needed. As the pedicure went on I tried to explain about one of my toes and what I needed done. She nastily says SIT BACK AND LET ME DO MY JOB. I absolutely HATE this place. Their rude, unkind, hateful, and no one deserves to be mis treated because they dont want an overpriced pedi package. The owner is even ruder, he stares at the customers while they are getting serviced. I for sure wont be back. Ill spend my money at a nicer and friendlier establishment.

Do not go to this place. I’ve gone before and the lady made every one of my cuticles bleed, I gave them a second chance and I went in to get ombré nails. I even gave her a picture to go by and she said they could do that. Well by the end, they weren’t ombré, just a solid color and when I told her that’s not what I wanted, she just said “it’s okay, next time.” And told me to go pay.I made the mistake of giving them a third chance, and this time the lady put on way too many coats of gel polish and the next day, I had air bubbles on almost all of my nails. When one bubble popped, I found out that it was STILL wet inside, despite going DAYS ago.I’m done giving these people my money.That’s all they care about and they don’t even take into consideration what you want, only what they want.

I called them to tell them I was coming in, i was parking the car...when I came in they told me they wanted to go home...15 min till 8pm...I told them it was my bday tomorrow and I would tip them good and they refused my business... I would rather take my money elsewhere.

One lady was so RUDE!Once we came in .. They rushed us to pick a color . I wasnt even ready !Then hurried & sat us down .Once we sat they then took an ETERNITY to service us.In the meantime we went to pick a gel color .. A lady yells GET THE BOX, GET THE BOX I was so confused...P.s ( haha no pun intended ) but the peppermints werent all that good .

I went to this place for the first time and let me tell you that I will never go again. It is the worst Nails place here in Dalton. They are very rude, they treat you badly and, above all, they rush you to choose color. my friend and I went to a pedicure she put acrylics on her toes and when I took them out they hurt and she had her fingernails eaten and well ugly SO MY PEOPLE CHECK THAT PRODUCTS USED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GOOD ARE NOT QUALITY have much watch out
