Called for taxis service, was told I would be picked up in 10minutes. Waited 30 minutes, called, was told it would be another 20-30 minutes before they could pick me up. Drove self to airport. Very close in losing flight. Terrible taxi service. Very unprofessional, lie about pick up times, very rude and disrespectful. Do not use this taxi service. They are very bad.

Andrea was my driver today and she was great. It was my first ride with JP taxi and I only waited maybe 15 minutes and it was a wonderful experience. Andrea was great and definitely changed my mind about cab rides!!

I cant say enough good things about JP Taxis. Havent had a bad driver yet, and any time Ive needed extra help - multiple bags, add a last-minute stop, return the phone I dropped in the back instead of into my bag - theyve always risen to the occasion. From the office to the drivers ... Tyler, Mary Jo, Dennis, Matt (others whose names arent readily popping into my mind) - the entire crew is just great. Thank you for providing the Evansville market with such dependable and professional transportation!

Second time this company made me wait multiple hours for a pick up, first time it was raining. Second time its nice outside, and Ive waited over 3 hours for a pick up. NO EXCUSE could cover this level of incompetence. This company is a joke, I will NEVER USE this PATHETIC and WORTHLESS COMPANY AGAIN!

I never received a ride, before I could cancel the woman dispatcher hung up on me then a man called me and thanked me for canceling. Im sure the drivers are nice but the dispatcher needs some love.

Needed taxi 2 weeks ago to bring me to pick up my car. They said it would be 15 minutes & was pleasantly surprised when they got here on time. ( may have been sooner). The taxi was clean and driver was very friendly. Definitely will be using their services again.

Ive been riding with a driver of JP taxi by the name of Shawn for roughly 4 months now this guy is awesome hes always on time every time and hes always gotten me to work on time this man has called to make sure I was up when he knows Ive worked a lot of overtime called several times and said Im in the drive through at where ever he was and offered to grab me something so I could eat before work. if the other drivers are anything like Shawn then the entire company rocks
