DONT RECOMMEND I added the photos because looking at the rest of the reviews after the fact, I see that they accuse damn near all of their bad reviewers of lying. This place was empty and I can see why. I asked her to fix something and it was always followed but aggression. Before you accuse my review of being untrue, look at the pictures. I could’ve don’t a better job on myself. Very unprofessional. Not worth a penny of what I paid.

Ended up coming here because my normal salon was booked and the person I came with was pressed for time. I wont say her name, but the one tech who did my nails was extremely rough. She drilled into 2 of my fingernails to the point where it burned. This is the absolute WORST acrylic set I have ever gotten. The nails are super bulky. On my right hand the acrylic is thicker than on my left. The left thumbnail is crooked. Middle right nail is way too big. She didnt even add oil or clean them up once she was done. On top of that, now Im having to get them re-polished because the polish has chipped. Hasnt even been an hour yet. Dont waste your money here. Sweet lady, terrible set.Update: I received a response to the above review (see below). The tone and overall response was unprofessional. To accuse a customer of lying is unacceptable. I have 2 witnesses who were present at the time. I didnt ask for mediocre service. Its one thing to say sorry you didnt like the service but to respond in that way is gross. Please get it together because this isnt the way you conduct business. No need to reply. Thanks.

Ive come here for years, my daughters were babies and not they are preteen and teen age and getting their nails done, Well they may have started at 4 and 5 but now theyve moved to gel. Good customer service and friendly. Im picky and if I ask for another coat or come all the way to the edge theyll do iylt. They aim to please. Massages are great also.

This is my spot! Its right down my street and the ladies who work here are great. She was super careful and really detailed while doing my nails. My nails came out so good! She really made sure every step I was content before moving on. I really recommend this place!

I made an appointment so that my poor little nieces wouldnt have to sit and wait while I got my nails dipped. I paid for them to get their nails polished. my nails ended up lumpy and looking terrible and I had two abrasions that were bleeding from the file. I wanted to just have them soaked off and and not pay, then I realized that it would hurt terribly to soak my abrasions in acetone. The polish on my nieces came off within a few hours. I didnt pay for my bloody nail job, and I wish I would not have paid for the awful polish job that was done on my young sweet neices. We were there for almost 2 hours.

I absolutely love this place I came in here driving down the street on an emergency Nail situation they took very good care of me and very very sweet and did exactly what I asked them to do I very much recommend this place is the owner is the sweetest person in does the most amazing Nails highly recommended

I seen Traci, she done amazing! My feet needed saved from sock feet, had to get them ready for spring an flip flops. Traci gives awesome firm calf massage on the pedicure. Definitely worth the price I will be back..

OH MY GOD! Amazingly, this place is Stunning! Her nail model makes me very beautiful, she is very funny, I will come here often and cheaply, but good quality, open space. I will accompany you to make other beautiful manicure. I guess you also want to come here, Nail is beautiful, I will definitely come back.

The salon always crowded with customers but the staff handles the activity professionally ! I really love their designs : creative and attractive, artistic a plus . The worst acrylic nails I have ever gotten!

I’ve been coming to Ms Ann since I lived in Dallas in 2016 . I’m now back in Houston and I still come to see her when ever I’m in town. She’s very nice and does good work. She take care of her clients. I highly recommend KT nails . Ann is an amazing woman

Came in an was immediately attended to !!! Anne is awesome made me feel sooo WELCOMED, they never rush on nails. Always take their time an thats prob why the wait. My first time here an it didnt disappoint!!!! Loved my pedicure an massage, will definitely be a regular thing .

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in a nail salon! I didn’t get what I asked for and I explained to the tech several times how I wanted my nex gen nails to look and she ignored me! Even snatching my hand back from me and yelled that I was demanding too much. I explained to her that she didn’t need to finish my nails and refused to pay her unless she was going to fix it. She told me to come back the following day but when I got there it was closed. I came back on Sunday and she refused to wait on me. Horrible experience.

Ann is so SWEET. She makes her customers feel really comfortable! She treats you as a friend not a customer. Her work is exceptional and I come to see her at least 2 a month! Check her and her staff out

Was visiting from out of town and needed a salon close to my hotel. Selected KT Nail Salon because they opened early and had high reviews. The staff is friendly and professional. I love the way my nails look. At home, I usually have problems with streaky polish application uneven filing, but Anns work was perfect. I wish I could come here every two weeks. Ivy did my pedicure and it was Ah-mazing. I didnt know how bad I needed a foot massage and again, I wish I could come have one done regularly. She is a goddess. I will definitely be returning here during my travels to Dallas.

Definitely not coming back to this place . My nails look bad and clumpy . The lady rushed to do my nails . They told me a price when i asked and when it was time to pay i was charged more. I hate how my nails look i do not recommend this place at all.

Although they were 20 minutes late opening, the service was wonderful.Kevin took wonderful care of me.i received the deluxe pedicure and it was well worth it.I will be definitely returning.Thanks KT Nails...Update Im upset that my polish has already peeled off and it was supposed to be a gel set....its only been a week so my money was wasted.
