This was my first experience with this business and I will become a regular there. They didn’t waist my time or money, prices were fair. And the gentleman who did my nails was very kind and I could tell he is attentive in his profession. I would recommend this salon over surrounding places. Next time, I plan on getting acrylics & design as I’m certain they will do beautiful work. All around, a great experience.

We had a great experience! This is a very professional establishment and everyone was so nice. We were seated and serviced quickly. My daughter brought in a picture from Pinterest to show what she wanted and her nails turned out beautifully. Thank you!!!

I was a walk in appointment, I was told a 15 minute wait which is understandable. I ended up waiting 45 minutes and was asked to move twice before actually being serviced. I showed the nail tech a photo and she asked me a bunch of questions which was not clear at all, when applying the plastic nails she got the nail glue all over my hand and fingers. Which was not cleaned off my hands and left to dry on my skin. She did not so the shape I asked for in my photo and did them way too short, cut my index finger. Also the application was not correct. When I mentioned this the tech was offended and very rude. She started speaking Korean to her coworker and was grabbing my hands roughly. I will not be going back to this salon.

I understood that I had to wait a while to be seen due to it being extremely busy, but the service was super rushed. My nails weren’t put on straight and they’re messy. You can tell that she rushed putting my full set on. My pedicure was done amazing, but my nails weren’t. I’m not sure if I’ll be back. For spending over $80, you’d think my nails would look amazing, but they don’t. I’m so disappointed. I’ve tried to call, but either my call can’t be taken or nobody answers 😔

Today was my first time coming here. I was reluctant because I normally get my nails done in Florida and Im extremely loyal. But I am so glad I chose this salon. Its conveniently located less than 10 min from my house. Even though I was a few minutes late, my wait wasnt very long at all. The staff was very friendly and professional. They offer a wide variety of services and the salon was nice and clean. I asked for Lynn because I read a positive online review of her work. And trust me; she did not disappoint. I absolutely love my nails and I am pleased to say that Im her newest regular!! Thank you so much Lynn!!

My mom took me to go with her, everyone was very sweet at professional, i absolutely love how well they did! i did get a little cut on my finger but it’s no biggie, i can easily get it to heal. me and my mom love our nails!

This was my first visit with City Nails 2 and my experience was amazing! I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. Tammy was my technician and she was awesome. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. I will definitely go again!

The staff here is always so kind. They are quick and professional, and I am always satisfied with the service. The last time I came, one of the ladies offered the customers drinks and asked them how they were. One time, I accidentally messed up my pedicure, and so, I went back and they immediately got me in and out to fix it for free. They are very attentive and kind, and I definitely love this place!!

Nails that last are a top priority for me, and I have never been let down here. Each employee provides great service with detail and no rush.

I have gone to the same nail salon for 20+ Years and was very hesitant to try a new place since moving. However, City Nails didn’t disappoint. They took their time and did a wonderful job. Looks like I’ve found my new nail salon!

The quality of work can speak for itself in the photos. My nails are all different lengths, thickness has no consistency to it, the sns as you can see was never filed to fit my nail beds and my thumb has a discoloration on it and clearly has no top coat on half the nail. Yes my cuticles are in need of cleanup but that aside my nails are a mess and I will have to go today to get this corrected and have my nails cut down to make the corrections since they are all different lengths and shapes now. This was not acceptable and when what appeared to be the owner or manager took a look she should have never been ok with a customer’s looking like this. They asked if it was ok and unfortunately I said yes because I just wanted to leave after 2 hours and did not want further damage done.

The staff here is top quality! Super friendly and really professional. I asked for a certain design and got Just that! I am overall pleased and plan on returning to City Nails II again as soon as I need a fill.

First I would like to say that the atmosphere was very clean and relaxing. Although it was busy; I got mani...pedi and a full set and I did feel as though my service was rush at all! A bit pricey but Very satisfied with what I asked for!

I visited this place today for the first time, and it was a surprise that so close to my house there is such a beautiful and professional place. The girls are very nice, the place smells good, the music is perfect and at the right volume, everything is clean and organized. I had an ultimate pedicure and it was PERFECT, I received shoulder and neck massages at the end. This pedicure is worth every penny; I will definitely have one again and I recommend everyone to have one too.

I am always treated well and they remember everything I ask for for the next visit. They had to increase their prices because of the high cost of supplies, but the work that is done is superb.

This was my first time going there, and let me tell you they’ve got me as a costumer FOREVER. I have never in my life had my nails done this good I’m absolutely in love!!

The male manager is not very friendly. He really needs to work on his customer service. Hes not very accommodating and does not go out of his way to meet the customers needs. Today I called at 430 to come in to get my nails done and he told me to try tomorrow! Really! They dont close until 730! I love Hannah and the other staff are great, but he has horrible customer service. I have debated finding another nail salon because I am paying for a service which includes customer service. There are plenty of places I could go, but have tried to tolerate is rudeness because they do a great job, but if my business isnt valued I will take it elsewhere! Also, there have been other complaints about him from other patrons. You might want to take them more seriously!

I have been looking for a salon since I moved outside of Atlanta for over 4 years. This was the best salon experience I have had in years and my nails look incredible. I got SNS manicure and a pedicure. They actually massaged my feet which I loved. Most places just rub your legs for a minute, but they actually did a real foot massage. I will definitely be back and I will tell all my friends about City Nails 2.

This was my first time going to City Nails 2 and it won’t be my last. I was in town visiting my parents and needed my nails done before I went back home. I made an appointment because I didn’t know how busy it would’ve been if I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon. Although it was a few people waiting when I got there they took me right away at my scheduled time. The staff was super professional and the atmosphere was clean. My nail tech explained all prices and made sure I was okay with everything she was doing. The original color I wanted for my pedicure was not available but she was able to find a super close alternative. I will recommend this place to anyone. Next time I come visit again I will most definitely come back.

Great atmosphere, it was clean and the service was prompt. I like to get my nails a bit longer and it can be difficult to find a nail salon that does them well, but Lynn did an amazing job on my nails! This is definitely my new nail place in Dallas!

First time getting my nails done at City Nails 2. Let me say I left very satisfied! The atmosphere was great, the techs were amazing! My nail tech was Hannah, great service and great personality! My pedicure was done by Mart, again great service and great personality! I did the seaweed pedicure and seaweed manicure (with SNS) which included a message with both and left absolutely relaxed! Definitely will be going there from now on.

Service was good but this sign was up in 3 places and they WOULD NOT HONOR IT. Said it was for Christmas only.Package dealBuy 3 get one free nail and pedicure services.Spent almost $300 after the tip. Bc I still tipped well as it wasn’t their fault. The guy called the owner who said no.But they promptly took the signs down.

I have had the pleasure of having Miss. Long be my nail technician. She takes extra care to make sure my nails look fabulous but also feel comfortable. She makes the experience a value and something I look forward too. Thank you Long

This is my new go-to nail place! I have been searching for a good one in the Dallas area for quite some time, and when I saw the sign that they had opened, I decided to try it. I got a full set of pink and white solar nails and Q did an outstanding job. He made sure I was satisfied with my nails every step of the way, which I genuinely appreciate. The ambience is very calming but modern! It’s set up nicely with lots of space and windows so you don’t feel on top of other people! I appreciate you all and can’t wait for my next appointment!

I received a full acrylic set from Jenny. My nails were done just how I like them. They arent too thick and the design is beautiful! Jenny had me in and out. The whole staff is professional. The salon is newer with a great ambiance. The nail salon is a great addition to this area.

The gentleman who did my nails was digging his fingernail into my skin. After a short period of repeating, I started to bleed.

UT micro-bladed my eyebrows. She did such an amazing job! I’m so pleased. I traveled from out-of-state because she is the best!! While I waited on my eyebrows to numb I got a mani/pedi. Her technicians did an amazing job on my nails, too! I’m so pleased with all results.

Went today, today is their second day open. I saw Mimi, let me just start by saying my whole reason to get a pedicure is to have a great massage. I stand on my feet ten hours a day 5-6 days a week, she did a outstanding massage. I got the Volcano pedicure and she did an amazing job. I’m beyond amazed by my experience and highly recommend going to see Mimi if you need a great pedicure and massage. Amazing just amazing.

I usually have the greatest experiences at nail salons and I am always open to try new places so when I saw that this place opened I was so excited to use them but never again. I went here twice and both times were horrible. I usually don’t write bad reviews but in this case I am. First time I came was back in December and when I first walked in their receptionist was so sweet and kind and made sure I was taken care of but when I came in last week it felt like a very toxic environment and my nails were horrendous the tech was rude and very rough. Save your money. And now that their receptionist is gone there’s no middle man to help with the language barrier and the rudeness of the staff. And VERY OVERPRICED.

The owner is great and very professional. My nail technician Tram is wonderful...I just moved here and so glad I found this nail salon. Could not be anymore happy with my choice. 🥰

Loved this place! I live in Dallas and have been commuting to Douglasville for months to get my nails done. However, after my amazing experience at this nail shop, I’m making this my new nail shop. Everyone there is really sweet. I went there on a Saturday and it wasn’t too busy at the time. I don’t remember what the nail techs name was that did my nails, but he was a male. He filed my nails down too much and buffed my nails down too much. they were really thin. That same night I was running my hands through my hair and one broke off.... literally the first night of having them😡😡. Not worth the money I paid.

WAY WAY EXPENSIVE.. for what any other nail salon does better. I only needed a regular aycrillic fill in. They were like 30.00. Im like, what? Im not asking for a full set. I get my nails done in Kennesaw & Alpharetta! Both areas charge $18.00 for a full in.. This Place is a Wrip Off!! Dont waste your money...unless youre desperate, Lol.

The salon is very clean and the staff is very friendly! I took my daughter to get her nails done and they have salon chairs for children. It was so cute!

The most poor quality gel manicure I have ever had!!! My nails are uneven and the gel polish is poorly applied. And the most expensive pedicure, considering he did not cut, trim cuticles or exfoliate my heels and it was $76. I will not return and I would advise no one else either.

I have been coming here for a while and absolutely love this place. Although today was a different experience. I had an appointment booked with Lynn for right when they opened and showed a picture of what I wanted. She usually really takes time with my nails but today it felt very rushed and was not up to the quality it usually is. Overpriced for what I walked out with. I will most likely not be back.

I’ve been going to their Cartersville location for years and I love it, but their new Dallas location blew me away! Everyone was so sweet and did amazing work! They have so many colors to choose from for your nails with the matching polish for your toes! My nails and toes look awesome!

My teenage daughter was supposed to receive pedicure and manicure. We were very clear about the services we requested, and owner even repeated them back to usShe was there for 1.hr 45 minutes. She did not receive a manicure, they did only polish and trim . They did not clean, trim cuticles, etc. They also did not use the polish they picked out and used the one for the pedicure. They had her sit under dryer for over 45 minutes, before they even started on her nails. When I asked the owner about it they handed her a gift card. We are not going back and asked for a refund for the push change charge and tip. Owner told us, I had to bring her back to remove the polish in order for her to get a refund....very, very unprofessional, will not be going back. Waiting on my refund.

Sister and I went in for pedicures. The staff was a little busy but greeted us before offering us water while we waited. The service was great, nails looked amazing, and the technicians quite pleasant. Even after I messed up my polish while walking to the dryer, my nails were fixed without issue or complaint.
