This Spa is top notch! I’ve been to multiple spas around Dallas/Plano area. Dr Setty’s staff is by far the most professional I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I first came here for laser hair removal and got such awesome results I decided to give Cool Sculpting a try. I did my hips and my lower back (the areas I have issues toning) and OMG!! I am beyond happy with my results. I can see it in my dresses and in how my pants fit. I am loving it so much there might be a few new areas to try soon. Autumn was wonderful to work with and did really great work on my Cool Sculpting. It was definitely worth it and she knows what she is doing!

Insanely rude and disrespectful. I have had to change appointments because I work a crazy full time job. I had to adjust the latest appointment due to my pay check posting and I wanted to make sure I could get everything done in needed. I all of a sudden was called to put a $200 deposit down after I already talked to the nurse about my situation. BE MORE ACCOMMODATING TO PEOPLE SITUATIONS AND DEMOGRAPHICS! not everyone is a rich stay at home mom. Taking my business elsewhere.

Worst medical spa in Dallas!!! I bought a package of laser hair removal and it was a total waste of money. Each time I came in the laser would breakdown in the middle of the treatment. Laser Beauty is great! Ive had the best results here. After 2 treatments on my underarms there is about 90% less hair already. I have also had hair removal treatments at Total Med Solutions on other areas with no results whatsoever. Dont waste your time elsewhere. Ive had such great results that now Im having 2 other areas treated, and Ill probably have even more.They run great deals, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and most of the time I walk in and go right back. Im in and out in about half an hour. I highly recommend this place, they really are the best.

I cant tell you how much I recommend Laser Hair Removal as a service and how much Laser Beauty Medical Spa has surpassed my expectations. The office is very cutely decorated and all of the patient rooms are extremely clean and sterile. So far I have felt comfortable with each of the associates, and they have gone above and beyond with explaining the process and making sure my needs were met! The process has been very quick and almost painless - there is some mild discomfort but nothing compared to what I expected. I recommend this to anyone who is tired of shaving!

Their machines are very effective! I originally bought a Groupon for 6 laser treatments in 2 small areas and it was great. I dont know if its because of my skin or the laser machine but after the second session I wasnt worrying about shaving my underarms! Their staff is absolutely amazing. I have just started my second set of treatments and have loved it so far. Every person that works at both locations is extremely nice. The first few times I had appointments I had to wait for a really long time but they seem to have fixed the problem and you are in and out in no time. I am happy they opened the new Allen location because it is closer to my house and the laser machines are even faster. You wont be disappointed!

Setty Plastics and Aesthetics is awesome and so is Autumn!! I’ve had the Glytone Mandelic Peel for redness done by Autumn and it’s great! My skin is naturally pretty red but after this peel my redness is definitely so much better and my skin looks great! This peel is seriously the best! :)

I have had very good results on my body, from the laser hair removal here. Their equipment is modern and superior to other laser hair removal places Ive been to. They are in a very convenient location and it is a comfortable experience from the moment you walk into the office, until the process is over. I like this place very much!! I have been going there for couple of years now. Very friendly, easy on appointment changes, sometimes I have given really short notice even though they have 24 hour cancellations. But they are super accommodating and are flexible .Would recommend this place if you are interested in the services they offer.

Ive been going here for the past year and I have really enjoyed it! I had one somewhat bad appointment where my technician was frustrated with the questions I was asking but Im giving her the benefit of the doubt that she was just not having a great morning! Have had 3 treatments so far, but not enough to comment on the effectiveness. The technicians have all been very nice. Beware - they will not treat you if you are on antibiotics! The front office lady told me when I showed up for my third session, so I had to reschedule, after driving an hour to get there. She said it was on the care sheet youre supposed to get at your first treatment; however, I never received a care sheet.

I recently got 3D Microblading done by Autumn and let me tell you she is AMAZING! I had literally no eyebrows and she had to create my eyebrows by hand and she did them per perfectly! Im super picky and I could not of chosen a better person to make my eyebrows perfect!! On top of being an amazing artist Autumn is the sweetest person you will ever meet her bedside manners are top notch and she truly cares about every single customer she has!

The staff is nice but seriously, they need to be more courtesy and respectful of their clients time. Either dont schedule so tight or give the client a call to let them know you are running 45 MINUTES BEHIND! The lady that was waiting with me ended up rescheduling because she didnt have time to wait and this was not the first time for either of us to wait a long time to be seen for a 10 minute appointment.

I have had a great experience with LBMS. My hair has hardly come back at all - it is amazing not having to shave or even think about it. I feel I have gotten very good results and it has been relatively painless. I appreciate the flexibility I have received there as well. One time I missed an appointment and they were able to reschedule me that week. Another time I showed up thinking I had an appointment (I didnt) and they were able to get me in that morning. I will not go back to shaving after my experience and will stay with them to complete all my treatments. Great Job and Great People! Thanks so much!

It is too late to write a review. But I cannot stand more with a staff(named Autumn who is previously a service consultant but now promoted to manager) here after the third visit for dealing with my $100 deposit that was taken by LASER BEAUTY MED SPA (previous name of Setty Plastics and Aesthetics) today.Last April, I wanted to do a treatment for brown spots on my cheekbones. So the first visit happened after reading some reviews of LASER BEAUTY MED SPA on yelp, and another reason to this Dallas location is close to my place. Then the staff Autumn took me into a room for service consultant. I told her frankly that I did consultant for spots in other places before but they did not think laser removal can work for my kind of spots. So I came to LASER BEAUTY MED SPA for further professional advice on it. Autumn took her eyes on my spots and guaranteed me that they can try laser on spots but this visit she pushed me that I need pay a $100 deposit firstly for reserving a service spot. I just listened to her and made the time of service treatment, which is the second visit.On the second visit, I was taken into and laid on the bed in their treatment room and then one of their aesthetic nurses came in and switched information of me with Autumn. After knowing the info, the nurse just told Autumn that she needed to examine position of the spots under my skin before laser, it is because the position is too close to my eyes to do laser. Then after nurses deep examination, she rejected to continue laser service for my spots and then she called Autumn into the room and told her the fact. Autumn just accepted the fact and we stopped treatment. Before leaving, I asked for $100 deposit then they told me this deposit is not refundable. It is only allowed me to use for buying their product or other services. Well, I accepted it.So this afternoon, I came to this Dallas location to redeem $100 for products. At the beginning, the reception told me that this deposit can be just redeemed to service but she could ask their Manager(now is Autumn)for transferring it to product purchase. She then came back and told us its ok to use for products so I picked out 3 products. During this time, I saw a business card of Autumn so I told the front desk girl Autumn was my consultant during my first visit and that was a bad experience and she was being pushy and unprofessional. Front desk girl became extremely interested when she heard Autumn and kept asking me do you like her? yes? or no? you dont like her? I felt weird but I thought she was just being nosy and shook my head. She then confirmed with me again so you dont like her now I realized that Autumn has been promoted to manger in their Dallas location and apparently the front desk girl went back and told Autumn so she came out and started giving me a hard time.I was surprised to see Autumn but I was more shocked to hear what she said in the next minute. She said in this case, they need time to approve me from redeeming my money for the products which means I cannot take the products with me this time and have to wait a couple of days for them to approve me in their system and have to come back again next week for the products that I already picked and put by the front desk.Doesnt make any sense and the only reason I could think of is that Autumn as a manager now is very unprofessional from the beginning and charged me deposit without any service. I was made to have to use the $100 to buy their products since no refund of deposit and now even they cant give me the products because she is a mean person and just wanted me to have to come back again. I will never bring any more business to this place for sure and I will tell all my friends, coworkers and any girls out there that dont go to this place! Its a huge MISTAKE. NO integrity NO respect BIG trap.At last, 100% agreeing with the other one-star reviews.

The people are nice, but thats the only good thing there is to say about this place. Theres inconsistency in the treatments, my hair was growing back in uneven patches. Its almost as if they intentionally do a mediocre job in order to get you to buy more treatments. Then they try to charge you absurd fees for half the cost of one of their expensive treatments if you dont show up. Id look elsewhere. Im sure there are other laser hair removal places that care more about the customer and providing a fair service rather than emptying your pockets.

My experience was pretty good, only thing to complain about was always having different people taking care of me in my appointments. Its one thing to show my body to one person i dont know but to show it to all the people in the office is kind of unnecessary. Over all though it was a good experience with the actual lasers. They did what they were supposed to for the most part, although i still have some patchy areas. Because of how expensive it is i cant afford to go back for more treatments right now.

I talked with Autumn about microblading because I have very thin eyebrows and Ive tried every magical serum out there to increase growth and nothing has worked. I was very nervous about Microblade but Autumn did an excellent job of walking me through the process and assured me that I would love the results. I went in for my first visit and was blown away at how amazing they turned out. My second appointment was even better! I now have amazing eyebrows and I even have to fill them in anymore. Autumn is awesome!!

I have been bringing my 15 year old here for laser. Have completed 5 treatments so far, with great results. 4 treatments were recommended for the arms and legs, I would go with 6. I had to pay for additional treatments to eliminate the straggling hair. Laura has been a great technician. She spends the time contacting every body part with laser. One time we were dissatisfied with a rushed job by another technician, and Heather made it correct for us. Overall I would recommend their services and will bring in my second daughter when she is ready.

I went to them because of a friend who recommended this place and overall it is a nice place. Front lady was always nice and professional. I had only one bad incident happen to me and at the end, they compensated me for that. I appreciate the call back and the concern.

I have been really happy with my results from Laser Beauty. They use the best equipment - the Candela GentleLASE and have the highest level of technicians on stuff. They only do laser hair removal, so they really know how to safely treat all skin types and how to make sure the treatment works! I love the staff and they way they treated me. I definitely recommend this location for anyone that needs laser hair removal!

This is a great place for laser hair removal.They are always having great deals, that switch up about every month. The estheticians are very friendly,and they are always on time with thier appointments. I have never had to wait longer then 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend Laser Beauty.

Hair Laser: I did nine sessions and got about 70% resolved. On my face it didnt work. I got hypopigmented spots on my legs from the laser which they say its not because of laser but I know it is,and I am a physician. This YAG 1064 probably has caused permanent pigment loss. People are nice and its clean. I could be a rare case, but Im not happy about the light spots and still have to shave my legs every week after 9 sessions:(I wish I could get the same tech every time, however its not possible and you can get a different technician every time you go.

I have had a wonderful experience at laser beauty medical spa. The therapists have been extremely professional and I have been very pleased with my results so far. The staff has always treated me with the upmost respect. I had a slight misunderstanding regarding the groupon that I purchased, and the office manager Heather went above and beyond what I expected to right the situation. I have never waited more than 10 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Overall, I have had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Gita,who is obviously the main person there treat customers as money pockets only. She said she will show me the procedure on just a little area and than said that as soon she did the service I have to pay and there is no way I can pay for one treatment i have to buy a package, she behaves with absolutely no respect to customers her service is also not that good as she missed by miles during the treatment.

As a 15 year waxer I would highly recommend laser hair reduction at Setty Plastics and Aesthetics. I purchaced a package of 6 treatments for the upper lip and the brazilian and I am very pleased with the results. For me, the process was quick and painless. I am kicking myself for not finding them sooner. All my treatments were done by Autumn whom I found to be very knowledgeable and friendly. This location has won me over as a longterm client with their professionalism, cleanliness, and value.

Unprofessional. I had an appointment early on Tuesday when Dallas had been hit by snow and ice. I called Monday before my appointment and left a message expressing my concern about the road conditions and requested a callback which I did not receive. I decided to go on Tuesday morning since the roads werent too bad, I showed up to a locked office and called and left another message requesting a callback which too was never received. Needless to say, I will not be receiving treatment from this facility or any facility associated with them. They obviously have no couth when handling their clients and have forgotten what good customer service is.

I was VERY disappointed with my underarms and Brazilian “laser hair removal “ results at laser beauty dallas. They were quick to take my money but slow to determine what laser would be fit for me (skin tone AND ethnicity) they only go by your ethnicity per the tech....you could be light/pale as can be and they think if you are Latin you are brown. Therefore my results were horrible. It didn’t even minimize the hair growth and Im mad I gave these people over $1000 for absolutely nothing! I had to give it a star to be able to post this but they get no stars from me. I’ve gotten other hormonal areas treated elsewhere and I have little to no hair growth so I know it’s doable ( I didn’t go back to them cause they are far so I tried something closer). BIG MiSTAKE. I asked laser beauty dallas for an evaluation do determine what’s needed to get better results and they were bothered by me asking something else be done or to put me on a different laser or give me a partial refund. The manager offered to give me $100 back. What in the hell was that suppose to do? It wouldnt even have covered one treatment. FYI. I got over 12 treatments on my underarms over 6 on my bikini area and I still have the same exact hair growth as if I never did laser hair removal treatments. I’ve warned my friends coworkers and family about lase beauty dallas.this is to address the response below from “owner”.... I NEVER EVER said I was happy with anything, results or nothing, how can you even try to clap back with a lie. Everytime I would tell the tech/ mngr how hair was still growing and there was little to no changes/results y’all suggested I exfoliate on the treated areas and to complete the treatments then I would see results. So I kindly responded said ok and took the advice. I, not y’all requested to just use up whatever else I had remaining on my underarms. PLEASE stand corrected.
