Ive been going to EWC for 3 years now and every experience has been great. While I have my favorite go-to person, Eliza (she is wonderful!) I also have been helped by others and they are all nice. Very clean and safe place, I absolutely feel comfortable.

Ive been going here for years and always loved the ladies. They clearly do a good job with their staff. Today I had Paulina do my Brazilian and I was in and out in 5 minutes, pain free. She talked to me the whole time and was so friendly. I rarely ever pre-book but had to to get her again. Couldnt recommend her enough - get this girl a raise!!

Really quick and efficient! Hurt of course but because they use hard wax she was done in no time! I will say for the first time there the person at the front desk was a little sassy because I arrived 1 min late but overall it was a good experience! Also totally worth it to get the slow thebgrow lil kit they sell! Got the travel size products and they are perfect size for my honeymoon

This place was very nice.The girl who waxed me seemed skilled and didn’t make the experience awkward by any means.The prices are definitely high comparing to some other locations, but otherwise I think it was a lovely experience

I highly recommend Jewels Haymond! It takes a special gift to make a bikini wax a fun experience. Jewels expert skill level makes waxing quick and efficient. She put my initial nerves at ease and has been my waxer ever since!

Only my second Brazilian wax, but it was SO much better than my first. Kaitlyn was so quick, professional, and a perfectionist. I would drive an hour and a half out of the way just to have her again!

Ashley did an AMAZING leg wax. It was my first time and I was a tad nervous, but she explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable. She was very personable and kind - I’ll be back to see her!

I have no idea what is in their wax my armpits are bumpy and my bikini area is bumpy. I could’ve used nair if this is the result they were going to give me there was hair everywhere and if she couldn’t get it she should’ve told me to go home and shave and let it all grow out evenly. This looks gross. I’m headed to a dermatologist. This has never happened before! Go to WE ONLY WAX

Been to a few different European wax centers now, over a two year time span because of moving. I like that theyve committed to being as safe and as cleanly as possible. When I first started going they would use baby powder then after it came out that there was a link to ovarian cancer they stopped. Rad company. Its cool that theres loads of technicians so if you dont like one you can switch or if one doesnt fit your schedule you can switch.

Great staff. Great results. Monica is always on time and always available when I need her!

I had a very positive experience at the Preston Royal Wax Center.! I highly recommend using Miriam because I have never had a technician that was so thorough. She wasextremely professional and did the best job ever. I have been waxing for years and I will always use Miriam in the future. She went out of her way to make sure thatthe job was done 100% and when I walked out I was completely satisfied!

I have used several of their locations for convenience. This location has probably been the best one I have been to. I had the fortunate pleasure of being set up with Kelsi Blackmon. She is awesome. I have recommended and referred many of my friends to her. She is quick and very thorough. She is great if you are new to waxing. She will make you feel comfortable and secure. I use her every time and I am never disappointed. Also, the front desk staff is always polite and helpful. This is customer service at its best.

Moved from Houston and needed to use wax passes I already paid for! I booked.with no aesthetician requested. I got lucky and Eliza did the best wax Ive ever had! I loved my waxer in Houston but I have NEVER had such a great waxing ever! She cleaned it all off and tweeted the fine hairs! Book Eliza she used small sections to get hair off!

Kaitlyn is my waxer and she is wonderful.

The eyebrow waxing removed skin near my eye. It stung and swelled for days, then crusted and after a week healed. I asked the woman at the time when the stinging would end. She said by tomorrow it would be gone. I wrote the company but got no response.something went very wrong.

I have been to a different EWC, but this location is definitely my favorite! The staff was nice and friendly, but the brazilian wax from Lupita is the best I have had! She is awesome! She is detailed and made my kitty pretty again! Im excited for my next appointment! Thanks Lupita!!!!
