The woman who did my sugar (Marcela) did an okay job and she was really sweet. But DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. Their prices are completely different and they will not tell you beforehand and expect you to pay it. Their owner made me pay almost twice as much than intended when she put the wrong pricing online and did not give me what I booked. Very poorly organized, and does not compensate for their mistakes, would not come again.

Love, love, loved it! Sugaring is so much better than wax! The ladies here are wonderful! It was my first time to get sugared and she made me feel very comfortable through the entire process. I will definitely be going back!

This was my first Sugaring experience and Nallely did an amazing job. It was a bit uncomfortable at first but after the first pull, it did not hurt much at all. She was quick and sweet; the office is inside the village salon behind the Starbucks. I will definitely be back.

This experience was truly horrifying. I walked in expecting to get an amazing Brazilian sugaring session and walked out torn and bleeding. I have had multiple sugaring experiences and never have I been torn from the sugaring. I believe this was due to poor technique. Also she started sugaring first before she added powder. That was odd to me....

Both ladies are super friendly, theyve made every appointment feel welcomed. The outcome of sugaring is so much better than waxing,in my skin opinion:) thanks girls!

Three of my friends and I are going to Austin soon and wanted to stop here and all use our Groupon. I called over 6 times the past three days (during business hours), and received no call back. The voicemail says nothing about the place, you can’t book online, and there’s no other way of speaking with them. Very unprofessional.
