I have had BAD luck finding a great waxing place. Either I break out or the wax lady all of a sudden “doesn’t work there anymore “.This is my new favorite place to go. It was my first time getting a Brazilian, and I was pleasantly surprised. Did it hurt- yes! But Gabrielle was communicative, patient, and very professional. I thought it was going to be much worse. I think the second visit is free because they want to prove the second time doesn’t hurt as much (LOL), which is quite ingenious. I will definitely be giving it a second try.

Every time I go, I get a Brazilian wax and they always take such good care of me and my needs. I always have Sonia and she’s so nice, she always carries on a conversation with me so nothing is ever awkward between us (cause I know how awkward a Brazilian wax can be). All the ladies are so nice and have great customer service. The store is always clean (bathroom included). They are really great and I really recommend them.

Tiffany was awesome. I had seen some reviews praising her on google and I figured I’d give her a try and trust me shes great. She did my eyebrows and I barely felt it especially considering I had some wild brows going. She cleaned them off super well and took her time making sure my eyebrows looked even and thick. She was also super friendly and funny!

This is the third time I’ve gotten my brows waxed and tinted at this salon and it’ll be the last. The first two were great experiences - this one was not. She waxed my eyebrows first and then put on tint … leaving my skin very stained to the point where my son said “what happened to your brows?!” When I asked about it she said - oh it will come off. As if I don’t have anywhere to go on a Friday. When I got home and managed to scrub it off my brows are uneven and spotty … meaning I’ll have to fill them in which defeats the entire purpose. Only go here if you like to gamble.

They did my first waxing here and it was really good so I was excited to come back again they are extremely friendly and did a really nice job just this second time around wasn’t so good. The employee was very friendly but the waxing wasn’t that good I have stray hairs on a lot of the areas that were waxed and I don’t find them till the next day as they aren’t located where I can see them or the weird lighting I was really disappointed this time around especially with how much I spend I payed about 250$ with tax and just small patches of hair I find is making me kinda upset. I didn’t get the waxer I requested because there hours online say 9 and on the door they say 9 my appointment was at 8 and I got there only for it to look closed. I didn’t get a txt for my appointment like I normally do so I thought I miss heard them. Overall really upset over this experience if you do go here please recommend Ariana she does it best I’ve had 3 different people and so far she’s done the best

This is my 3rd getting getting a Brazilian wax from Gabrielle and I won’t be looking for another wax lady. I suffer from ingrown hair and she’s been helping me with clearing that up with great tips and their exfoliating scrub. The waxes are not too painful either as long as you go regularly. I highly recommend!

Tiffany was great! Super personable. I was in and out really fast - got a bikini tight and eyebrows. I’m sure she waxed a little extra for me as it was.... overdue to say the least lol. I was worried about using honey wax on the bikini area as I’ve always used the hardening wax but it was not painful at all!

Everything was great! Sonia was a delight! And she was sooo quick! It was fairly painless as far as waxing can go. She’s friendly and asks a lot of questions to distract from the pain which is soooo helpful. And again she was so quick, I lived overseas before and in my experience previously my wazing would take so much longer. So Sonia is a gift by doing it so quickly!

From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out, it was less than 25 minutes and I received a bikini and underarm wax. The staff was super friendly, and on it! The studio is adorable and literally spotless. I look forward to coming back regularly to keep take care of business. :]

Lunchbox is top quality for sure. Normally I pay $10 or so to get my eyebrows done and here they charge mid-20’s but honestly it was so worth it! The lady I was with, Tiffany I believe, was so sweet and so cool. We talked the entire time and conversation flowed easily. I’ve never met kinder employees than those at Lunchbox. To make it better, there was legitimately zero pain to the hair removal- I barely even knew it was happening, and there was little to no redness after (and I’m very pale so that’s rare). Everything was clean, orderly, and followed covid safety guidelines. I’ll be going back!
